The Hickory Tree is my Go-To! I have found so many good buys, high quality, fair pricing, friendly staff and even a delivery service. I recently needed a king upholstered bed but did not want to wait 6 months to order one, and did not want to spend a fortune. Crazy beautiful lay-out! The employees are very sweet and helpful! The prices are definitely higher than most consignment shops, but they do have a lot of good stuff!

After trying to shop for bedroom furniture for weeks, I am SO EXCITED that I finally made it to The Hickory Tree. All of their items were in great condition and seemed to be the perfect mix of trendy and eclectic. If I could have bought out the entire store I would have 😭 I ended up purchasing a desk, chair, small decorative plant and framed print during my last visit and plan on visiting again soon to check out their new items and pricing. As far as furniture and decorations go, their prices were very fair and they have reduced prices marked on the items for if the item hasnt sold after a certain period of time.

I love this place!! I always find new things to use in my house... I actually designed my bedroom using everything from this place...The quality is really good especially for it and the people are so nice here. The customer service is great and I always enjoy coming to this place!!

Such a great store - high quality consignment furniture. Quick turnover so there’s always something new to see. This, along with The Loft and Vintage Blue up the street, make this area a great destination for furniture shopping. Very convenient to I-40 if you’re passing through Hickory.

Absolutely LOVE this place!! They display and decorate with their pieces so beautifully, no wonder they can’t keep anything!! Tammy is always such a big help! The other ladies are, too, I just don’t know their names. Every trip my mom and I make to THT, we leave with a car load!❤️

Lots of very cool furniture and accessories on consignment. Everything is arranged with a great aesthetic and the inventory turns over, so plan to come back through every few weeks. The staff is very friendly and helpful whether your wishing to consign or shopping for that special piece.

My first purchase from Hickory Tree since moving to Hickory was a very large Hutch and Cabinet The young lady helping me took pictures and sent to me to show my husband . I was back within the hour to purchase. . They were nice enough to recommend Ashe Van Lines to bring it to my house. Without that, I do not know if I could have bought it with no way to get it home. The piece is a show stopper. I will be back!

Great place for consignments of furniture, art, and special what nots. Owners will help with pricing items you have for sale. They only sale items they think are suited for quick resale or of higher demand so be selective on what you have for consignment.

Went to the Caldwell County Habitat for Humanity store yesterday and saw some couches waiting for pick up with a sold sign on them for $375 each. Get on Facebook today to see the exact same couches were listed as a consignment item at Hickory Tree - $800 for each couch. I was a little surprised so I commented and asked Are these the same couches that were in the lenoir habitat store? thinking maybe the owner had no idea and my comment was promptly deleted.Especially in light of all the natural distasters this country has seen in the past month leaving thousands of people without homes - the purpose of the habitat store is NOT to cherry pick the best items that are donated then sell them in your consignment shop for twice the price. This is totally sketch and dishonest. Since my comment was deleted I can only assume the owners were more than aware - they must not be proud of it either and dont want potential customers knowing about it. I was following their page to potentially buy furniture for several rooms I need to fill but I will never give them a dime after seeing this.

They follow you around like they are assuming you are going to steal something My friend and I do not steal made us feel like we were being looked down on as well as Judged
