I ordered the caja china last year on December was missing 1 box out of 2 and called they sent what they thought I was missing and we weren’t able to use it and was stored in our closet till this past Monday 10/26 I went to go put it together and missing the drip pan and the grill that holds the pig and the bar for the wheels and I had to go to a ace hardware store and get some nuts and bolts and told them I was missing a few as well and was promised a call back to try and figure a solution and I’ve been calling since Monday and they always give me the run around on the manger being busy or always out to lunch left voicemails and messages with other workers I order one case all my friends and family have one and wanted 1 for my self and has been a horrible experience

The best pig roaster I have ever seen and tried. My husband and I purchased La Caja China and used it over the weekend. The meat was moist, tender and extremely tasty. Would highly recommend anyone who roasts pigs often to purchase this.

I havent been to location since they moved from Medley to West Hialeah (I didnt need to). I came by to buy some much needed pieces. The new location is much bigger and got what I needed. They have a few deluxe version of Caja China that I will be purchasing in the future. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to buy your Caja China, from the original makers!

Excellent pig roasting box and very user friendly. Most tender pork meat Ive ever made with crispy skin. Delicious!

Definitely the best roasting box my family has ever used when hosting big parties. Easy, convenient, and tasty! Highly recommend the syringe and the mojo they sell for best taste.

My wife, Lara and I live in California but still ordered from Caja China in Hialeah. Leidy was extremely helpful from start to finish. Received everything as promised and on time!!! The mojo was delicious and the box roasted our suckling pig to perfection. Definitely happy with the purchase. A++++++

Friendly customer service, clean facility, fair prices, had to wait longer than expected while a box was prepared, overall pleasant experience.

The original caja china sold for about $150.. Just cheap wood and steel lining.. They raised the price to over $300 just because they became popular but its still the same box from many years ago.. Its a RIP OFF... Just make your own, or line up bricks in a square, put a steel/lid and seal it and you have the same heat induction system.

Ordered the la caja China 1 on Thursday night and was at my door on Saturday afternoon , unbelievably quick shipping , easily put together , with 2 people , impressive quality materials, should last a long time , will be roasting my first pig next weekend great company

Really do not waist your time. This is just like putimg the food in the oven. It is really not worty. Plus if you have not experience in it you eather burn it or do not cook it well. You are better off bringing it to a restaurant and paying 50 usd to cook it. Do not waist your money.Realmente es un fiasco. No sirve para nada. Cosina al horno es mucho mejor. Si no tenes experiencia o se te quema o te quedas corto. Cosina a la parrilla que por lo menos puedes ver o lleva a un restaurant y paga 50 usd para que te lo agan sin trabajar tu

The best product out there and its made in the USA.....do not get tricked into purchasing the imitation its made in China and the quality is not good.

Horrible . The gaps do not add up but not at all. Very bad workmanship. I do not recommend it at all, it is that 1 star is too much. I would give it 0 star
