I went to the Staples on Biscayne and their printers weren’t working. I ended up having to go all the way to Hialeah where Olga and Luke were so kind and quick although they were backed up with other orders. I appreciate great service.

On Sunday, July 25th, 2021, we requested a job from the Copy Center of your offices in Hialeah at 1700 West 49th Street. We were doing a job where we needed to distribute information for 141 properties in Miami Lakes.We were having troubles with our printer and we had the idea of utilizing your services. The Copy Center told us we could e-mail the packet, we paid over the phone and when we arrived the job was done with such excellence that we are impressed for your immediate response to customers and for going the extra mile by doing the job in such short notice.Staples in Hialeah has gained loyal customers… we sincerely appreciate the drive for customer satisfaction and we commend the Hialeah staff for their professionalism.

Their customer service is the best by far ,I went to get a printer and they help me with everything in a friendly and professional way ,I will recommend this place to everyone out there .(Prices are really good as well)

The manager is so rude and his attitude towards customers is insulting. I would not recommend this place. I went there for printouts and asked for help, he just showed me the printer and gone, later on I requested the associate and asked his helps because I have 22 attachments. He came to guide me immediately left. After taking one print, I called again for help, then manager and associate both came in and told them it will take so much time. I requested the associate if you could help me to print it through computer, he said yes give me a minute but manager stopped me and said come back later after an hour knowing that the office will be closed in 30 min. His behaviors was so insulting and lied to me as well by say that the person is helping a women and it will take an hour. But the women left in a minute, smiling at me and told me that I am already done with my stuff.

I went today to return some merchandise and after doing the transaction, I left the store and forgot to retrieve my credit card from the pin pad. Shortly after I noticed my card was charged and reported it to my bank. Problem solved. What it actually made my day was how the staff handled the situation: 10 min after I reported the issue to the bank, I received a call from Silvia at the store, to let me know they found my card and they were willing to refund me for the charge made. They took the time to find my number on their system and reach out to me to help. There is still honest people out there! Big kudos for their management & staff!!

The managers treatment is very rude, I bought a chair and it was heavy and he was unable to help me. Only one girl helped me. The cashier was bitter. I really did not like the attention of this store.

Great place to get copies, and office supplies

Anyways so decided to visit this store to buy ink. The customer service was amazing. The staff is great. I had James who took care of me. Very courteous young man who went out of his way to help me out. I had previously went to Office Max and theres no way to compare the customer service to the one I received here. They got themselves a new customer. Will definitely come back here!!! :) A++++

I was in Broward trying to find a square swiper for my store , credit card machine was down. I called the Hialeah staples by accident , Gabe answered the phone assured me all staples carry this device . And check that they have one in ft laurel dale . Great phone manners and customer service.

I just spent 30 minutes in this store trying to pick up an online order. The cashier let me sit there endlessly until I asked if anyone was going to come help me at the pickup desk and he was like oh I can help you. Then he called for someone to get my order. The lady took quite a while, and I had to sit there while she slowly took my items out of multiple boxes and count slower than my 4 year old who was impatiently waiting. I will NEVER shop at staples again.

I will never buy anything at staples if its not paper stuff, nothing electronic ever,i got a pair of headphones and in 2 months they broke,i came back to get at least a store credit and not even,they make you to pay a guarantee for everything otherwise you only have 14 days for returns.this bussiness is going anywhere with zero customer satisfaction.

Update 7/26/2016: The worse customer service ever. I try three different people and nothing. I did not find what I was looking for, I have to walk the whole store because the help never was there... not even a good disposition, besides the external structure the road was in bad bad shape. Needed full maintenance.

Fake photo paper. Poor quality when obtaining photos on photo paper. Which was a cardboard with glitter. Please do not waste your money or time to take your photos there. Waiting time more than due (supposedly 5h) I waited more than 24h to take 12 photos of 3.5 x3.5

I give them a star because there is no less. Tremendous bad attention, at least I dont go anymore !!!To begin with, they are not able to help you when you are going through work with the machines to print something because the document simply does not appear and secondly they had the checkout box broken; I had stopped for 30 min to be charged and I had to ask after such a long wait because no one attended to me, and it was then that they told me that in the regular checkout because theirs was not working and it was empty it was not even that they were busy with customers . It is as if your time is not worth it. I dont understand if they dont feel like working, what do they work for? Stay home and save others a bad time. I am not to put this type of comments but I really came out of there super annoyed.

Very bad attention on the part of the person who is in the copy department had no more clients and every time he asks for help he adopts a very arrogant and despotic position in 2 hours I needed his help in 3 ovations he walked as he drank water and When I decided to lend the help to put money on a card, he had me waiting for 20 min staff that was on January 21, 2017 from 12:30 until 2:14 pm that I stayed in the premises so many people with work nec and those who give it They dont want to work Why?
