Very bad customer service, would not exchange hair brushes that are brand new with tags on them there is a young women that is causing issues with attitude and a man that is very disrespectful and not wanting to return hair brushes that has never been used.

I had a bad experience in this place recently, they sold me a product, they did not explain me well how to use it and my hair drastically changed color, from blonde to purple just on Dec 31 at noon when I went to complain, he told me it was no fault that He had explained to me, when it was not like that, at no time, he did not want to return the money, nor change the product for another, nor did he intend to help me solve my frustrating situation, I think they have very bad service and the one who sells should be well advised when gives product options to customers, for my part I do not intend to return to that place, nor do I recommend anyone to see my bad experience.
