From the perspective of myself, a socially anxious big girl, the staff made me feel most welcome and at ease. I was assisted by a very professional and seasoned young lady who made the experience of stripping the hairs out of every follicle miraculously pleasant. The staff appear most dapper and the environment is so clean. They also have plenty of hand sanitizer and enforce temperature checkpoints. Very reliable establishment. I look forward to my next appointment 😌

I been coming to European Wax Center in Hialeah with Patricia for about 4 months now and I have not looked back once!! Patricia and the team have changed my life, I would get ingrown hairs and had to shave everyday. Ever since I came to European wax my ingrown hair are completely gone and my hair growth has gone down dramatically. Patricia is my favorite wax specialist, she makes you feel comfortable while you are getting your wax and answers any questions or concerns with no problem. I always get my waxing done from European Wax Center, I highly recommend the esthetician Safoora! I mostly get my Brazilian done from her and trust her completely.

Great service!!! I waxed before with other people and this is the first time a waxer explain to me step by step the whole process. Patricia was very patient and understanding. I was very nervous but with her I felt comfortable and had a wonderful experience. Men normally do not like waxing but I highly recommend her.

I enjoyed my experience at European Wax in Hialeah. The staff and technicians are extremely friendly and professional.Ive gone on several occasions to have my chest and stomach waxed by Jackie and Jenny. I have extremely thick hair and sensitive skin. Every time Ive gone , both of them have gone the extra mile to make sure that I go through as little pain as possible. I have been getting serviced at this location for a year now and I can say Yeni is the BEST WAXER! If you want every hair gone and be smooth as a baby she’s the one you NEED TO GO TO! SHE’S THE BEST! She has years of experience so she knows how to handle guests with sensitive skin, stubborn hairs, ingrown hairs or any issue. The Front desk girls, Skye and Jennifer are great too. Very good attention from the girls who wax, Kamila and Cinthia are the best, I recommend them 100%. The only thing that really upset me is that the girls who are in charge of charging do not speak Spanish and secondly they tell you one thing and then they charge you another. They do not give a solution to complaints and dissatisfactions for charging more than agreed. They create more problems than solutions. I had 2 years attending this place. Im not going anymore. I dont like my money being used without my authorization. I think nobody likes it.

Quisiera hablarles bien de este lugar pero no podría porque sería todo mentira.Le hablo basado en mi experiencia.Cuando encontré el lugar antes de hacer mi primera visita lo primero que hice fue buscar sus cualidades, cuando vi sus reseñas encontré una muy en particular en la cual no dejaba mucho que desear y mucho que pensar ,en la que hacía mención de que en este lugar jugaban con el dinero de las personas , donde no daban claramente la información, que te decían un precio y a la hora de hacer el pago era otro precio diferente y mucho más superior de lo que te avían dicho antes de realizar el servició.Creí que sólo sería una mala experiencia que avía tenido esa persona y quise ir.Bueno a mala hora fui,ya que lo que avía leído era y es sumamente muy cierto.En este lugar no tienen respeto alguno por sus clientes.La Muchcha que está en la resección una trigueña bajita la cual no recuerdo su nombre , no es para nada profesional.El día de mi cita ella me dio un paquete el cual incluía servicios gratis y que para mi próxima visita no tendría que hacer pago alguno porque estaba pagado.Creerán que fue todo mentira , ya en mi próxima cita que supuestamente sería gratis tuve que hacer pago, y sumándole a eso le ponen la propina que ellos desean sin que uno les siga,propina que nunca dije que pusieran ya que siempre suelo dar la propina en persona a la técnica en cash .Pero por si fuera poco me hicieron una extracción de mi targeta sin ser autorizada.Cuando hice el reclamo solo me dijeron que no me podían hacer la devolución.Empezando por la muchacha de la resección sin ética profesional hasta la la encargada del lugar son una falta de respecto,Donde no respetan a los clientes y juegan con el dinero.Una pena con la técnica Yanet que es muy buena en su trabjo y muy profesional, que perderá clientas por culpa de otras que no hacen bien su trabaja.Esta fue mi experiencia.
