Champion 4x4 is by far the best shop to take your truck or jeep to build it to your dream truck. I took my 2021 GMC Sierra Denali Dually truck to get quite a few goodies added to it and I couldn’t be more happier. My truck after everything was installed, looks just like I had pictured it. The lift kit and wheels completely changed the look on my truck and is a beast now. The people at Champion 4x4 talk to you and treat you like family instead of other places that will not take the time to make sure you are happy with your vehicle and just not really care about you. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to customize their truck or jeep in South Florida.

Champion 4x4 is an amazing place they have great customer service they help you out on anything you need they answered all the questions I had made and they answered everything made it very clear wouldnt go to any other shop its true what they say Champion 4x4 is South Floridas largest (and the best) Jeep, truck, and off-road store, specialized in lifts to improve the performance of any 4x4 vehicle.

I put in a 4 lift kit at another shop, It started making what sounded like a metal to metal rubbing noise. I took it back to the shop and they told me it was the ball joints. I repaired them and the noise continued. I went to Champion 4X4 and met with Juan the sales rep. (very friendly professional and knowledgable) I also met with Ruben the shop manager and he was able to diagnose the issue with in half an hour. They took the time to show me what was the issue and the parts needed to fix the issue. They ordered the part and 4 dyas later they installed it. It was my struts rubbing with a component from the lift kit. Another issue I was having that my truck sat .5 lower in the front (it was driving me crazy) . They took the time to make sure that the truck was perfectly leveled. My truck is back better than new. This shop is top notch. You guys have a customer for life.

Took my wrangler there as tires/wheels were bouncing. I had visited several car repair/ tires shops before. After inspection the manager himself took 20 minutes to explain to me in detail the issue most probably originated from the gear box since everything else was in perfect condition. The car was under warranty, I took it to the dealership and Champion 4x4 team was 100% correct. Very professional. I recommend champions 4x4 to to all Jeepers.

I went to this place because of the reviews it has in google. I went there to get a diagnosis on my truck and an estimate on the repair. I was hearing a noise in the front suspension that I suspected were the front ball joints. I left the truck in the morning on my appointment day and went back after lunch. They provided me with the estimate, about $1,829 on repairs. They said, the truck will need new lower arm, tie rods (inner & outer) and struts, plus labor, alignment and “SHOPFEE”. I asked the guy, what was making the noise and he says: “is a combination of everything”. I also asked, why changing the lower arms and ball joints instead of only the ball joints. He says he wasn’t sure those were sold separately. I ended up buying the ball joints in Advance Auto Parts and changing them myself with the help of a friend. The old ball joints were in real bad shape, and noise was gone after replacement. Bottom line, these people wanted to basically change almost the entire front suspension for a ball joint issue. I would have given 0 starts to this people if possible…

They charge me for 4 wheels and mess up my under ordering the wrong ones. When I go pick it up they realize are wrong. Then offer me to order other ones and the option to pick up in another city or walk again until next week…. So I decide to cancel everything, and they refused to give me a refund because only manager can do it and he is not working until Monday. Wtf… seriously 😒, never seem a higher level or incompetence. Very disappointed on the service. Won’t recommend it to anyone.

They not only know what they’re doing but they are caring helpful and will walk you through the process when upgrading your car. I originally had my lift kit and tires done here on my Jeep which they did a good job on. There service is ok but could be a little more attentive to detail. On this last visit which was just a tire rotation and balance it took nearly 3.5 hours to get my car back. And thats with an appointment. My low tire indicator came on a few days before but since I had an appointment I figured they would inflate the tire to its correct pressure being that they were also balancing them.. I put over 40 miles on today and the low tire light is still on. Guess they balanced it some other way (?).. Oh well Ill just inflate it myself since they didnt. Again, ok service but should be more diligent...

They were jam packed with orders but Leon still found the time to research and find me some awesome wheels and tires that we’re better and cheaper than the ones I found on amazon. I showed up there for the first time to just see the facility and they all came out to see my truck and give me their expertise as to what would and what wouldn’t fit. My lifted Silverado wasn’t tracking straight and the tires were shaking. Also my front end was making pops and noises. I dropped it off for a rotate balance and alignment. I picked it up later that afternoon and it was dialed. Felt like a new truck. Smooth on the Highway and running straight. All the littler pops and creaks while turning in a tight parking lot were gone too. Seems like they must have tighten bolts and hit the grease fittings while they were under there. Thanks guys. I’ll be back when I need work done again.

I scheduled a long overdue alignment with them. When I show up to drop off the vehicle, they turn me away. Their reasoning “we just can’t”. I had taken my Jeep here once before and we had problems because they just straightened the wheel and tried to pass it off as aligned. ALWAYS ASK FOR THE RESULTS PRINTOUT. It was tense because I caught them red handed lying. There were all sorts of excuses after the test drive; that’s just the way jeeps are, The printer isn’t working, etc. I insisted and one of the higher ups took over the situation offering to align the Jeep himself completely and for real in front of me. I was ok after that, apologies were given and all was ok by me. But it looks like this time around they remembered me and just flat out didn’t want to deal with me. SO WHEN CAN I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?

Not sure if I got these guys on a bad day but, my first trip there was good and the guys seem knowledgeable. My second trip I pointed out two issues and asked if they could take a look, I was already there getting tire work done. The first issues was what appeared to be a loose bolt that you could easy see from standing on the out side of the vehicle let alone once you have the rim and tire off on the same side the loose bolt is. The other issue was a computer scan to check the engine light code that was on....They did do the scan after I asked them what the light was and they said they didn’t scan it, this is after they told me I was all set and then I waited 15 minutes for them to check the bolt but I had to leave.I went home with out having them check the vehicle, two days later I get a call from them stating they had after market replacement part that they could install.....by that time I had already torqued the bolt and change the abs sensor. So they wanted to charge me to install new parts but never even check the issue?

I had Chief Rock Rails installed by Champion. It was their first time working with this product. It took a bit longer than expected but they stayed true to the initial quote despite the unexpected additional time needed to complete the job. They did an awesome job and paid close attention to detail. It is evident that they love what they do.

This place is definitely the best in workmanship and price. The guys there are knowledgeable, experienced and love what they do. I just had work done on my Chevy and they left it perfect, just like I wanted and super quick. I highly recommend this place, you wont be disappointed.

When I walked into Champion 4x4 I had been shopping around for prices for my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500. Ive built many cars in my life and worked with many shops but the service I received from the moment I walked in and they had the patients to seat down with me and review all my options cause my main concern was not to have any rubbing. They helped me select the best fit of rims tires and suspension and was the only shop who guarantee I would have no rubbing issues. When I finally brought the car for install they painted my calipers and my shocks. Truck road like I dream no issues. Ill never go to another shop again.... Thank you guys

Took a set of wheels and tires to get mounted ended up scratching my wheels and saying they didn’t do it and couldn’t mount them at the end had to go to another shop that actually cared and ordered me the correct tires for the wheels . Lost a day of work by leaving my truck there. Had a Jeep build that I was going to do there , now never seeing me again In this place.

I have a couple of stories on this shop I took my truck to get wheels and tires done at 3 pm on my first tike coming here. After getting off work iI came by and they still were not done at 7 30 pm is when they finally finish the work.Later on the way home i discovered that one of my tires that i took in they had remove the valve and not put it back in casing a flat. I brought this to their attention but decided to fix it myself I decided to give them a second chance since one of the counterman was nice enough to invite me back in.Today is my second attempt i bought new tires to be put back on the same wheels I brought the last time. I called wednesday and was advised they can do it first thing saturday. I waited till Saturday brought them in at 9am its now 5:22 they are still not on. I believe that if you dont buy from them or work with there services they do subpar work. I definetely will not be coming here again as they are wasteful of your time and money. Take my warning

I have been with my Jeep for several years now and I am very particular as to who I trust her to. I had been taking my Jeep to another Jeep shop a little north of Champion, but when it came to my lift, tires and exhaust my original shop didnt seem too interested in talking through my options nor getting back to me with pricing (I think it was because I wasnt too interested in the brands they were pushing) .A friend, who is as particular with his Jeep as me recommend Champion, and from the moment I first called, the Champion crew was on point! They knew their stuff (inside and out) understood what I was looking for, gave me plenty of options to work with and to top it all of, they gave me a better price!!These guys rocked and made a loyal customer out of me. Man... solid guys! I was actually referred to them by another Off Road Company that couldn’t do my install! Only bad part is that I don’t live here! We could use these guys back in Vegas. Phil (owner) actually was the first guy & the last to help me. Expected places like this to Nickel & Dime you on additional parts & labor. Nope.. they were the opposite. Hard to find people you can trust and not rape everyone on the price! Highly recommend.. Phil even picked me up in my truck after the install was done... because the only thing missing there is a freaking bar!

You want something done right the first time? Dont hesitate or look anywhere else. Had a bad first experience taking a brand new jeep to a different shop (and regretted it) but these guys took care of me. As soon as you walk in you feel comfortable and you know something good is about to happen. I had explained to one of the owners my issue and he told me to bring it in. They did a full inspection of the rig from top to bottom and told me exactly what was wrong. They only told me what needed to be changed and worked with my budget. They didnt try to upsell you or try to get you to buy unnecessary things. These guys will literally not let you drive out of there unless your ride is in safe working condition. Full walk through before they even bring it to the back for any service. They know what they are doing. I wouldnt trust any other shop not only because they fixed my issue. But because they were helpful. They answered all question they are patient and keep you up to speed with anything thats going on with your ride. Did I mention the follow up call ? Oh yea theyll call you once youve left to check up on you and your car and see if everything was what you expected. I cannot thank them enough for their work. Thank you Champion 4x4! I came in there frustrated because I got a lift done elsewhere and the balancing, alignment and tire rubbing were terrible even after going back twice for the same issue. I came in to champion 4x4 this morning and the gentleman at the front desk to the right was extremely helpful and fit me in for the same day to correct my issues. A few hours later and my truck was resolved. Phill explained to me what was done and corrected step by step. He really understood my frustration and didnt try to steal my money. Great place. came in on Saturday(4th of July weekend) morning to have my Toytec boss suspension and some new tires installed and they finished the same day they even stayed way after closing hours to make sure i left with my truck.Everyone there is great and seems to enjoy what theyre doing, they even showed me another vehicle they were finishing up on.Highly recommend anyone looking to have something done to their vehicle to stop in here, great work for a fair price.
