Was shopping for a new PC for the family and have been online and other stores to compare, but the attention and knowledge of the employee (Nicholas) that helped us at Best Buy is what pushed us to buy a decent Lenovo AIO computer for everyday use at a good price as well as a printer. Great customer service comes along way in a city that lacks it (Hialeah). Will definitely go back again.

THE WORST BEST BUY LOCATION EVER! I have purchased 2 Televisions from this location! Both Of the items within a month had no sound! It is impossible to contact them via phone, you just wait for hours with no answer! As a mother of 4, who invested in over $500.00 worth of a product and to be defective is just horrible! The manager MERCY had not even a ounce of empathy! She has a horrible attitude! The employee CHRISTIAN was even worse. There was one young lady who even had a ounce of understanding and as soon as Christian took over he has the worse customer service I’ve seen thus far for the amount of money that I’ve spent with Best Buy! Please go to another location in SOUTH FLORIDA! Corporate need to send secret shoppers in order to see how horrible these employees TRULY ARE!

This is the WORST store in Miami... I went to do an exchange and i wanted the same headphones that i had, but those same headphones cost $120 more, so i asked if he could give them to me for the same price that i paid them and he told me No! And the warranty said that i could get the SAME o another headphones that cost the same. So i went to the Best buy in Pembroke Pines and they did it without any problems...

First of all, let’s just say if you would like to speak to any representative in the store.. THATS NOT HAPPENING. If the caller id doesn’t say something is wrong with the line and your call cannot be made..when you are put in hold for a store rep to pick the phone NO ONE i mean no one will pick up the phone. The caller id mentioned there was a wait time of 4 minutes… lets just say 45 minutes passed and I didn’t have ANYONE pick up. Called again and same thing. This called when called the Hialeah & Pembroke Pines store. What is the point of having a working phone number if you have no representatives who can pick up. Or the ones in the store choose to not answer? This is ridiculous! Something i was going to buy at Best Buy at this point id rather buy in Amazon.

Very poor customer service and experience. Had to wait 15 minutes for assistance after having to go back to the front of the store just to tell them I needed assistance only to be told they dont have items in stock, dont carry something, cant service T-Mobile accounts although they have TMobile signage. Also they send employees from different departments to assist which have no idea what they are doing. The guy was nice but he was so clueless on everything. Literally every question I dont know so more time wasted and I appreciate being able to find out but it shouldnt take me wasting 30 minutes of time to leave empty handed. You all need to take a reality check of your processes before its too late and Best Buy is another relic of the past.

Waited for 15min for an open box online order that was already ready. Employees were more interested in standing around gossiping with each other than helping. Got my new TV home and despite being in excellent condition it was dirty, scratched, missing the remote, and missing the legs. This location is a bad joke.

The only best buy Ive seen with a waiting line to get inside the store. That was a preface to saying Ive had other service related issues here. I usually come for a adapter or something small I would have trouble finding at other stores and didnt want to wait for shipping. After some looking I found the enclosure for an old hard drive . The usb hub I also found . Jeff Bezos is only getting richer partly due to service issues at places like Best Buy. But the store can be helpfuk at times

So basically I really needed an attachment and this Best Buy was the only one near me that was still open. I placed the order on the way there and made it after close but the employees were nice enough to open the door back up to let me get it. I know working in retail (especially a closing shift) is so miserable and you could tell the employees were ready to go home but they were still friendly and that’s refreshing

Rude people, uneducated manager that was with no tag and didnt want to give me his name. My only order was showing being prepared at Hialeah location, when I got there they process the delay. I told them I do not want to pick up the other items, I want everything together, they told me well, its been pick up and you need to wait three hours in the store for me to return it. Call online Customer service, since the phone number for that store is not been picked up and the answer was the same. We dont know. We dont care. The store is run by 20 year old people that do not care about anything and they know how to cover each other. Worst place to go. Its very sad that store has gone that low.

To ask a question you have to be placed on a list and wait a few minutes in order to get the wrong answer. I specifically went knowing what I needed and their experts and manager both said it was impossible to do what I wanted to do even though I had consulted with someone prior and they specifically advised me what I needed to buy to get the results I needed. I left without the items because they convinced me that it was impossible to accomplish what I needed with their product. My spouse later googled the issue I was having and what I needed in order to resolve and again in several YouTube videos it stated that I need the equipment I specifically went to buy. Best Buy needs to better train their employees as they may be missing out on future sales.

Nice and clean inside. Stocked up and good sales. Also not a million people inside with the whole social distancing thing going on. Had to wait for a few minutes to get in but once inside wow.... the perfect shopping experience! Now I am ready for the world to get back to the old normal but it was nice to go in, get what you need and not wait for anything. But go first thing when they open so you dont wait to long outside.

I bought a Bluetooth dongle for my car stereo. Works excellent! Sinks with my phone and it lets me use the phones mic. Great little thing. It has a battery too. So no cables... It lasts a long time. Really happy

The worse experience you can get. My refrigerator breaks down and we bought one from Best Buy in January 25 and the earliest delivery date was for 28 of January and we wait and they didn’t show up. I call them on the 29 and reschedule for February the second and they didn’t show up again and I have to call them again and they only said that they have to reschedule again. This is unveiled this is the worst service ever.

This guys are legit scammers. They sold me a laptop that it got damaged and when I went to repair it with my receipt and original box and laptop. They told me someone else returned it on August last year and I was there in person with my proof of purchase and my computer crashed completely and they say they couldnt do anything for me anymore they didnt want to trade in the damage laptop they told me they wouldnt even talk to me before I requested speaking to the manager

Pleasant curbside experience!I’d been looking for a deep freezer. Then I found one and then beat buy was out of stock. I started looking on offer up and the such and saw someone trying to sell a chest style deep freezer for more than what they paid for it from Best Buy. While on Best Buy researching prices I saw that they had the one I wanted back in stock! Win!So I placed my order and set it for pick up. I was not paying $69 for delivery. I notified them that I was there when I got off of the highway and literally by the time I pulled up to the front, the guy was already at the door with my upright freezer on the dolly. If I would’ve known they would’ve been so fast I would’ve waited until I actually got there.The young man who helped us was super nice and got it in the truck with ease.

I confidently shopped at BB until today. My cell phone started experiencing charging issues a few days after their 14 day return policy. They refused to exchange it. Best buy is always a good place to buy from and if you are a smart buyer you can get great deals, so be smart.My most recent experience was not as smooth as always. In the past their customer service and warranty had help me a lot. However, I this time I bought some earbuds for me and my family on Black Friday for $25 and I went back withing return time frame to make an exchange for a different color. (Same item) so the lady at the customer service wanted me to return them and pay the diferente at the new price so I would have to pay $21 more. I said no I am not returning and making a purchase I am just exchanging. So I asked for a manager. He came and right away said YEAH I have no problem with that, DO IT and that was it. I still give them 5 stars.

Bestbuy is a shell of what it used to be. There return policy is a joke, if youre over 15 days they wont do anything for you. If you received a gift bought here and it is broken they wont do anything for you. The shelves are empty around the store. In my opinion Brand Smart U.S.A. is a much better option 👌 and of course Amazon. Ill definitely skip Bestbuy as an option the next time I need to buy gifts or anything else.

Be smart when you visit this specific store. I was looking the Nintendo switch so At first I search the best buy webpage And It was in stock at this store. When I arrived the entrance girl told me Nintendo switch was out of stock. I told her I saw it in stock in the webpage so She said Ok get inside and ask someone more. I did it. Unfortunately I can not give this store 4 stars or more. I purchased an airfryer for a friend and when I went to pick it up, I could not fit it in my trunk and I had people in my car so could not fit it in my car either. The associate who brought out told me he would take it back and not complete the order so that I can come back and pick it up. I went today to pick it up and could not do curbside pick up. I had to stand in line anf wait until the store open because the line was getting longer. Only to get in the store to discover the item was put back on the shelf and I paid for the item already. Thank God they still had more of the items so after waiting for them to make sure that I did not pick up the air fryer, I finally got it and can now give it to its rightful owner.
