My favorite place to shop for snacks! :}Target has a great kombucha selection, I really like the seasonal ones. ^_^I like “borrowing stickers” from here all the time. :DLots of fun things to look at, great atmosphere. I enjoy how organized the store always is. I have been coming here for as long as I can remember and have never had a bad experience.

Another good place that is fully stocked with all the Target items. This is a very large store.

I go to this Target any time I am camping in the desert around this area. Always clean, always friendly people, and I have never had a problem with finding what I need.

This is one of the largest, cleanest and friendliest Targets in any county in So Cal. Supermarket and Starbucks are included with this deal. Plenty of toys at the moment so get in there for your Christmas shopping before its too late. Our 2 grandkids give it 2 ThumsUp!!

Target is always a very clean and well-organized store! They just remodeled so it is going to take a little time getting used to and learning the layout. I love the new set-up though. The store looks great!

I ordered an item for pickup at the order desk, the website said they had it, turns out they didnt have it in stock and they charged me anyway, its been 3 days and I still havent received my money back absolutely ridiculous. Dont shop here, they take your money and they dont give it back if youre ordering curbside

The customer service representative was very nice and extremely informative.

I love how clean the store always is and the associates are always friendly. You can find an associate to assist you unlike Wal-Mart.

Because they tried their best to help me as a customer I really appreciate that.

I usually have no problems with in stock or out of stock items. Customer service of your employees is excellent.

I still REALLY struggle as a customer to find stuff with the new layout. It makes me so frustrated that Id rather go without. Im sitting debating how much more I have of something to get me through, rather than continue to look. Like right now, Im in line checking out without several things. The world is difficult enough right now, this shouldnt be adding to it.

Very fast and convenient drive up service. The only downside is most of the time frozen or fresh produce and groceries arent available for drive up.

Bad location. Rarely restocks and when they do not theyre not on time. Very few items to pick from. Cheaper options are not at this location and only the expensive ones. Dont recommend this location

I can spend 45 minutes to an hour in that store and I can find a lot of things granite prices are a little high but the quality of the product is amazing, staff isn’t too helpful I’ll say that they never ask if you need help looking for some thing they just kind of walk around.

I love target. And now that Ive been vegan for 1 & 1/2 years I love that you are getting more and more products for me to choose from.

One of my favorite stores, its clean, well organized, love the make-up and the hair products!

This Target is top notch. Its huge, nice, clean and easy to navigate.

Ordered pickup and when I opened the face moisturizer, the plastic lid was already open. Also, the cleanser I bought was covered in the cleanser itself (cleanser all over bottle).

This location recently went through a management change and it is more organized now. However, the pick up service always takes longer than the estimated 2 hour wait and when I tried to exchange their Cat & Jack toddler jeans under their 1 year warranty because they ripped with 2 weeks they told me that they didn’t have a warranty. I went to the Apple Valley Target location and asked them about their warranty and they advised that they do in fact honor that warranty for 1 year. Bad customer service. I’ll be taking my business to the Apple Valley location from now on.

My pick up was quick and easy! Associate was friendly and greeted me at my car.

Save money with Target card and Target circle, clean organized and wide aisles way more comfortable to shop than Walmart.

This is the most clean Target I am have ever been to. When you walk in it looks like a model store from the magazines. The only thing I have to complain about is the Starbucks batistas did not know how to make a Chai Tea Frappuccino which is a simple drink.. other than that this store is perfect

I really find Target OVERPRICED! Not for me.

This is a very bad Target location , they claim to have a 2 hour pickup time but when I finally got a hold of them (they dont answer the phone). The lady tried to lie and say that I needed to come inside (Im Immunocompromised and cant risk exposure) When I told her I couldnt risk it she tried to say that it was a 4 hour pickup time instead of 2 and that I wasnt going to get my order tonight. This place is very unorganized and the customer service is the worst I have encountered in a long time save yourself the trouble the go elsewhere , I will be cancelling and returning all items on the order.

Ive been to most Store in our area but most of the employee does comply with the regulation to protect their customers and themselves by not wearing their protective face mask. I also noticed the cleanliness and organization of the store and employee. Needless to say merchandise prices are lower and wel stock.

Huge store with lots of variety and ample staff on hand

The drive up pick up was so easy to navigate. The employee was extremely nice and everything was packed perfectly. There was hardly any wait time and the directions were easy to follow.

Very nice employees. I had to wait at pharmacy, which I had expected. Pharmacist helping me was super nice and worked safely and quickly. Gal at checkout was very pleasant also. Thank you!

Shopping in the store is fine. Online shopping with pick-up is a problem. The people who select items dont pay attention and so containers may be smashed in. I usually attribute poor service to poor management and morale, but I dont shop here frequently enough to know for sure.

I appreciate that Cashier Matthew sanitized the scanner, and the pin pad. He also made me and my grandmother laugh. He was friendly and welcoming. Despite all that is going on with this pandemic and the stress or anger that customers feel being in the store with others, your associate had a great attitude and made us feel welcomed.

My daughter lives in the nearby community of Oak hills California next to the Hesperia Target superstore. She has been trying to obtain the clam chair that I was able to purchase for my granddaughter who has been wanting one for several months. Target has been out of stock for a long time. I was able to purchase it when my daughter called and told me that one was available and my granddaughters birthday was on that very day. The transaction was easy and the store gave my daughter no issues whatsoever. My granddaughter is very happy. I do have one little item that I would like to mention, the way in which the website allows you to purchase is not the most user-friendly that I have encountered. I was eventually able to figure it out but you have to go through odd sub menus in order to complete the transaction. That being said the staff at the Hesperia store was very nice. I highly recommend Target.

Seems like they gave up on enforcing masks, managers are uninterested in even ASKING people to wear masks :( recommend Trader Joe’s instead for safe shopping without having to worry about covidiots :)

The Hesperia, CA location NEVER forgets anything from my order and the wait is never more than 2 minutes! Its so nice to know my shopping is taken care of the way I would do it without having to take my babies inside.

Loved the online ordering process. It was easy to understand and was contacted in a timely manner for pickup.

Other than not finding all my items in one store, it was easy to shop, pay, park in drive up/pick up space and have my order brought out to my car, convenience and safety of not having to walk in a store, the employees have been polite, helpful, sweet, wear a mask correctly!

Generally this place is pretty good, but itd be nice if I could ever get a hold of customer service instead of having the call hang up the moment I choose that menu option.

Worst customer service of any Target Ive been to across 8 states and 6 metro areas.I never thought Id find a Target that made Walmart customer service look good, but the people running this location have found a way.Never a proper greeting or staff willing to be helpful in any way.Consistently better off driving to a Target in a different city or a different retail chain entirely.

Clean and not Crowded, not all cluttered like wal-E-world with random junk.

I was busy that day and my daughter needed a bathing suit for the following day. I decided to try the Target mobile app and do drive thru pick up. I got notified when my order was ready for pick and I was able to pick it up without leaving my car. Thank you for making shopping convenient for busy moms.

Safe, quick, and easy for curbside/drive up pick up. Windows stay up, show code on your phone to the masked employee, and they put your stuff in your trunk.

The ladys that work order pick are fast. Polite and very sweet.

The remodeling has been a bit of an inconvenience but other than that employees have been very helpful helping me find products. I absolutely LOVE drive up, it is amazing! Super fast service and it makes it easy with a little baby.

They have everything I need and I always have a pleasant shopping experience. Also nothing is locked up so I can just do my shopping and not have to wait forever for things to be unlocked just to forget them at the assigned cash register. I love target!

Heres a tip for shopping for clothes during COVID. I need decent job interview outfits and its hard to find a place to shop at that will let you use the dressing rooms right now. Instead you can order online here and do pickup. Immediately go home and try things on. Return what you dont like and even order something else in a better size or different color before heading back to the store. Return the other items while picking up the new items you want. Its a little complicated but better than ordering from an online store and having to ship items that dont fit back.

Nice huge super Target, clean, pretty organized, great merchandise, most of the time they have helpful staff/employees, but sometimes I gotta go hunt them down. Lets hope that changes, especially during the Holidays, busy busy busy. But all in all, great place to shop, shop, shop! 🤗👍👌

Absolutely disgusted with the guest service and leadership of this store, their guest service Jennifer was absolutely rude and judgmental from the beginning, when we asked to speak to Managmemt, GSTL Samantha came up and absolutely was rude and discriminating threw a pen at my sister and did not want to help at all with the price match we had. Which they price match to there competitor stores. I shop often at this store and have never felt so discriminated she had TPS walk around and follow us as if we were shoplifters. I called the store manager Tristan and spoke to her about this matter and I really do hope she talks to these two employees and shows them what customer service is really about.

Even though they are rearranging the store, theyve done a great job labeling everything so you can find them. And I really like how theyve rearranged it all. Its easier to move around the store now.

Worst customer service. I was stood on the register line for about 10 minutes ( when it hasn’t had the long line yet) because 2 people in front of me had full shopping carts. The employee told me that I had to go all the way back to get line. I explained to her that I had stood there for 10 minutes before it had the line. She didn’t care. She forced me to get line again. She thought that I cut the line and she was very rude and impolite to me.

Its very clean and looks like a target youd want to visit. The only issue is the lines. Its worse than walmart. Every time Ive gone inside, Ive regretted it once I have to check out.

First time at this target, just passing by as we make our way to Wolf Mountain Sanctuary.Store is a lot bigger than any other target Ive been in before and looks well stocked and clean, there seemed to be only a few associates around but other wise store is good.

I bought a canon ivy prints as a Christmas present for my daughter in store. The sell said buy the printer get some the paper for free. The problem is the store was out of paper and could not give me a rain check. I was very unhappy that there was nothing that an employee could do

When I recieved my delivery there was items missing that I had been charged for. I tried calling store only to get recording and finally hung up on. I understand the delivery company is different but you would think this company would want to be aware of their contractors shenanigans.

Bathrooms were absolutely gross😷. Trash overflowing onto the floor. Nice of them to not have soap in any of the machines during a pandemic. I asked a staff member if he could let someone know and still nothing after an hour! This is Target not Walmart!

A lady named Sabrina at the Victorville Target helped us out very well taking her extra time to tell us about the app and coupons. The manager named Mary also arrived quickly as we told her about how well Sabrina helped us. Very pleased with the service here!
