The first person helping us was a bit rude to my son, he would ask for a size and she would point over to the boxes and tell him he needed to look for his size there. Then Noemi came over to help us. She was amazing. My son was struggling to find a shoe that fit him, she went out of her way to go to the back and brought out different options for him in wide width. Great customer service! Overall a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful as I chose several pair of shoes. The prices I paid were awesome, and they had a ton of quality shoes on sale.Ill do business there again.

This place is a place I will never shop again. Staff and especially the manager are rude cows. Almost no customer service whatsoever. They do not honor the price mark on products. And sells prices. Make the drive to Tri-Cities I go to Dick’s Sporting Goods Way better than big 5

Really spendy but you can get some decent clearance deals that put high quality goods on an attainable level. I usually wait for those deals - last time I went in I spent $79 on over $200 worth of goods - a whole workout outfit and high quality running shoes.

Tried to charge me double the marked price. The clerk, Nancy, needs to be better trained. She didnt ask for my email so I could get the coupon discount for my items. Poor service by Nancy. Although, great service by the gal in the shoe department. Nancy could learn something from her.

Betty was amazingly helpful and energetic in our shopping day. I requested a larger stock size than most, and she hunted persistently until she found the one package of socks in my size. Cant complain about her effort.Now, that being said, why do they not carry larger sizes in shoes, socks, and sports wear? I have big feet, but I deserve shoes to, right?

Went to look at things with my 4-5. Year old son.. he. Was running around jot letting me check his glove size and all that.. then some worker started following us in every isle standing at the end. Not being polite or assisting. After testing. Her see if she really was following us , and she did, I put the glove back , didnt buy the two tents and never went back to their shoes sale to even look, went to Walmart right next door and got everything lower then half the price for same items... They use to be ok but idk am I going to steal the heavey bag I wanted to buy? Get real big give ,its only a big joke

This is the only sporting store in Umatilla County, so this is where we get all the sports supplies and equipment for our son. They have shoes, clothes, sporting equipment, guns, camping gear and seasonal things like sleds. We where just there a week ago looking for adult soccer socks and they didnt have a big variety. All the employees are friendly and welcome you when you walk in and ask if they can help you with anything, the store is always clean, and they always carry the sporting clothes or shoes we need.

My husband purchased my Christmas gift in this store and as it didnt fit, tried to return it today. He had the receipt, the original bag...etc. He was not given his money back but was given a gift card instead. Now there was nothing in this crappy store I wanted, as everything is picked over and limited sizing. (Sizing is always limited in this store as well as sporting goods.) But we are given a gift card as if we would ever want to come back, after they wouldnt return our money? I am boiling right now and will be calling customer service tomorrow.

Ok store. As with most big 5s, its cluttered aaaaand confined. Also, in this site, dont expect to find anything remotely decent in golf. All junk

They have to many sports stuck in a store that is to small, they need to focus on camping or team sports, right now they dont have enough of either to very helpful. They also need to cut aomw rhings out, such as water polo, we dont have a water polo team in 150 mile, they still carry water polo gear

They didnt have what i was looking for and everytime my husband asked for assistance the person he asked just called for someone else.... Which made us wait forever poor customer service
