I keep getting broken kitchen (Hampton bay) cabinets from my online special order. Instead of reordering the cabinets I need they have just returned the item the last few times further delaying my project. Customer service has gone downhill big time! I have been back for the same upper corner cabinet 5x now! 4x it was broken and time before last they couldnt find the cabinet. I ordered 10 cabinets and 6 of 10 were broken, so many trips for nada...bummer. They should start to remove simple packing to check cabinets on arrival to ensure they are not broken since the problem is apparently quite prolific.

This Garden department is the worse !!they dont water!! plants are dead no one that I asked for help helped me they dont even know plants theyre rude and when I told a manager about what was going on she just brushed it off and didnt seem to care.she seemed flustered and didnt know how to fix the issue she needs more training.

I asked an employee where the wood glue was. He didnt know what I was talking about and told me to ask someone else. I asked a garden center employee where the drip irrigation stuff was. She had no idea what I was talking about and pretended to try and look it up on her phone. She was like, nothings coming up on here. I said forget it, Ill wander the store until I find it. She said ok and seemed relieved that i was going away. Home Depot is always good for a laugh, but also makes me cry for the state of humanity. Lol. If you have a pulse, home depot is hiring!

Poor customer service, especially, when Im spending my money. Couldnt order 10+ windows, barely purchase able to purchase utility door and patio slider. I worked hard on being professional and polite.

I went to p/u an online order. I wanted to get it in the locker...too big with shipping box over product box 🥴. Love HD.

You probably have a 95% chance of finding what youre looking for at this Home Depot. More so than say the Vallejo store. Friendly and helpful.

Inventory not very accurate and items like electrical and plumbing not organized. Customers mess it up and workers don’t even seem to clean it up and organize it back the way it should be.

Im strictly a garden center shopper. Love their options, love thats its located outside in a nursery, options change regularly. Does not sell azomite, which was a bummer. But was so happy with the quality of life from my new green friends.

The customer service at this Home Depot is absent. In other words, don’t expect any.Otherwise, it’s your typical Home Depot; out of stock and inventory not matching online counts. But if you know what you want and don’t mind hunting through Home Depot’s nonsensical way of organizing and categorizing things, you’ll be fine!

Such a mess. Nobody that works there is educated in any kind of tool field at all, you ask for Teflon tape they tell you uh probably near the other tape i think well thank so much for that. Ace hardware is much better staff and organized just way more pricey

Hone depot is always a big help.Things happen and thats where to go to get the item to fix it. I would like to see more knowledgeable people in aisles for questions.

This home depot has no service at all the only one who helped me in tools was Geraldine geri every other associate dont ask if anyone needs help they are too busy talking about district managers and what color hair they got today. If you know what you want than go for this home depot if you want better service try martinez home depot. Where you can find Dino liz martin mike thompson karleen just to name a few those people help. If you dont see them in that store than the store has failed also. Home depots are hit and miss with service. Like i said if you know what you want just go in and buy it, if you need advice your better searching google.

Good parking for the RVers passing thru to get things needed.

Smaller footprint than normal Home Depot’s. Some items are not available, but still get’s the job done for most projects.

They dont have a great selection of spray paint for the last month. Why i have no clue. Ace hardware sells spray paint for cheaper

Ive had some excellent help lately. One day I waited to the plumbing looking for PVC fittings and some pipe. The guy helping me new right where everything was and exactly what I needed. I was in and out in no time.

Built a new fence and repaired another. They had everything I needed for the project. The job is completed.Thank you.

The Home Depots are like paradise to me, thanks for the military/ veteran discount and in some state like Nevada, veterans have designated vip parking places.

I always enjoy coming to this Home Depot. I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience. Sometimes the line can be a little long but self check out is a breeze. Theres always an employee around the corner available to help with a question. Granted, not all know the answer but they never hesitate to ask a coworker. Returns have always been easy. Im sure Ill be visiting more often being a new homeowner and will be sure to update my opinions.

Clean store but their online inventory was wildly inaccurate. Of 30+ electrical octagon boxes they had listed, actual inventory on hand was zero. Same with a common copper plumbing tee: over 100 listed in stock, I had to rummage through mixed and mislabeled boxes to find three. But the store was tidy!

Its one of the better stores, as far as customer service.

Good stock generally speaking but I think the El Cerrito store gets priority with certain lumber and garden items so Im forced to go there sometimes. The customer service and staff at the Hercules store is fantastic for the most part with the exception of a couple folks that I have dealt with who had me waiting for about an hour to pickup an online order or to lazy to help find a lumber item i was looking for. Excellent curbside pickup 9 out of 10 times and i like the locker pickup for smaller online orders as well. The manager of this store does a really great job!

I ordered and paid for a washer and dryer to be delivered. I received an email telling me that they would be delivered on January 14th between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. They were not delivered. I called and was told that delivery was cancelled because the appliance deliveries arrived late, so delivery was cancelled. I was not informed of the cancellation and waited all day. The only reason I rated one star because the woman I talked to when I called was helpful and nice. I now have a new delivery date and have to wait five more days to get the delivery, if it shows up. I’m extremely disappointed and upset with HomeDepot.

Its more like Home Depot Express but has all that you need for basic home repairs and popular upgrade items for sprucing up the home front.

Although I love home depot I have to be honest. There were 4 employees at the customer service desk dancing and focused so much on playing around that they seemed extremely bothered whenni asked for some help locating an item. A floor person was trying to help me but these 3 ladies and 1 gentleman just made me feel like I bothered them because I tried to ask them to help thier associate.

The staff here is mostly helpful if you can find one. If you find Raoul or the guy with the wide brim fishing hat, youve hit the jackpot. Ive never asked them a question they couldnt answer.The store is clean and mostly stocked (variable being CV19).

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced on multiple occasions! Avoid at all costs folks... However most recently I purchased a $1800 LG refrigerator on November 18, 2020 and was told it would be delivered on January 29, 2021 (as if a 3 month + delivery date wasnt ridiculous enough)!I patiently awaited the delivery date only to receive a call that delivery had been pushed out further to February 8, 2021... Again I patiently waited and when the delivery truck rolled up on Feb 8, 2021 the refrigerator unit they delivered was significantly damaged with a huge dent right under the water dispenser and multiple scratches so I immediately refused acceptance asking for a refund to my credit card.Today it is February 18th, 2021 exactly ten days later, I have spoken to multiple store associates more recently Mithra in the appliance department multiple times on February 10th, 17th, and 18th to resolve this matter and issue my refund. I have escalated to Megan the day shift manager and spoken to her on February 17 and again on the February 18th being told by her she would resolve this and I would have a refund before 5 pm on each day- to no avail!Finally getting frustrated with dealing with folks over the phone, I showed up in person today after working all day at my job and spoke to Steve the assistant manager (who for his part made a lot of phone calls) but this should have already been done 10 days ago.... Long story short I still dont have my $1800 refund when the refrigerator was refused 10 days ago! They are blaming LG for some issue saying its their system but I did not buy from LG I bought from your store!Get your damn act together, give me my refund on time, and start to value your customers or you wont have any pretty soon! Dealing with this place has been a complete disaster! Save your money and the headache folks... Go to Best Buy or Lowes, any where else is better then these unprofessional clowns that dont value their customers time! Ridiculous that my business credit card needs to carry any charges for a product returned to you over 10 days ago! Shame on you guys!

Customer service is a lot better than the Richmond store sometimes I go out of my way to shop there because its cleaner and a lot better customer friendly

Unlike most Home Depot stores, this particular one is truly wonderful. It is relatively quiet. There always seems to be someone available to help you find things or figure out what you need. The checkout clerks seem genuinely interested and concerned that you found what you need. These are the good things.The one bad thing is RETURNS. Just forget about it or take to another HD somewhere else. This one woman seems to run the returns department, and even the other people working there are scared of her. Even with a fully scan-able receipt and valid identification and the same credit card you used to purchase, you aint returning it. Not at this store anyway.

Got the barbecue grill I wanted and found out they have a van you can rent for $19 for 75 minutes! So I did. Everything went smoothly, even with the social distancing. Returned the van within 75 min. and paid only $19 + tax. Awesome!

The paint color castle grey on line looks grey. The paint color castle grey from the color mixing computer looks like a reddish tan. Im stuck with a gallon of paint I cant use.Next time Ill ask to see the color palette from the mixing computer first.

Wait an extra days to get it on Amazon, drive further to go to yardbirds or take your chances at Aces’ but do NOT shop here. It’s like they pay the people here extra to be as unhelpful and rude as humanly possible!I had a leak in my kitchen so I went to go get some parts. Some guy said he would send someone to help me, the guy or the help never came. What did eventually come was some some kid to kick me out the store because they were closing soon. When I told him I was waiting for someone to help me, he said you can come back tomorrow. When I told him that I needed it today because I had a leak in my kitchen this kid had the audacity to say “ohh well that sucks”. I’ll gladly spend 3x the money or time to make sure I never shop here again.

Online order and curbside service - NEED IMPROVEMENT. Placed order tried to p/u and called as instructed..no one was answered phone and sat at curbside for 20 min. then commented to a worker who tried to get someone to assist. This took more than 10 min. called telephone again another 21 rings, no one is answering... left the place. Totally useless.Impression all HOME DEPOT is operating this way. No managers/supervisor checking to ensure customer service is carried out accordingly. So what is the point of offering Curb Side Service???

Hercules home depot is a great resource for home maintenance and improvement but the garden center gets most my money lately. They have most of what you need but they seem to have difficulty keeping things in stock. I try them first.

I asked 3 employees to help me cut window blinds to size in isle 39... They paged them 3-4 times, after 30 minutes... Nobody showed up. I asked a 4th employee and he just told me that that they were short staffed. What kind of business is this?

Zero customer service

For a home depot near the house I can enjoy shopping for house hold products without being annoyed by workers with good customer service. I only speak on the evening shift workers. Ask and they shall speak a few words. You must be knowledgeable about what your there to buy. The workers are good for telling you what Isle the product you seek. Some with little knowledge but most are dump trucks and with half ounce of respect. Fair enough.

Delivered damaged appliances. Wont take any responsibility. Now I have over $600 of groceries that will spoil. Scratched up new dryer and washer, with damaages made to my new home. Kept giving me the run around. And ended the call with you have a happy new year. Shame on you guys for not even trying and ending the call with a snarky remark. Social media and the ease to escalate things publicly to media should have been on the back of your minds.

Need to work on the drive up pickup. On multiple occasions . Ive ordered a pickup online. They say they will notify through email, but it should be ready in about 2 hours. Which sometimes they are. But alot of times you dont get the email when theres an issue. So the next day when you call to check on it. Most of the time no one answers. So youll have to go check in person. Either when you check in person or if they ever answer the phone. You find out that 1 of the items they didnt actually have in stock even though online said they did. So they dont complete your order when they cant find one of your items .I suggest maybe they notify through email, or call. That they dont have one of the items in stock, but order is complete. That way they can finish their ticket and the customer wont be waiting in limbo.

Purchased Samsung Washer n Dryer on May 17th Install was set for May 21st. After 3 failed deliveries and the wrong equipment to do the job, Countless hours of me calling the delivery company, Samsung and home depot. Its June 9th and I still have no washer n dryer. smh! Please Home Depot change third party companies this is horrible service. Ive asked for a full refund.

I just came back from this store, I was trying to buy the new Makita Skillsaw with the batteries and accidentally activated the alarm, the associate can to shut it down but not even bother to ask me what I need, I saludate and tell her that I need the tool and she told me they dont have it, she turn around and not even bother to ask me if I need something else, I ask her if they have it in other store, and her answer was, maybe Berkley, I dont know, I dont think thats the way to treat a costumer...
