Nice Store. Well supplied and lots of choices. Fresh fruit and Vegetables all looked very fresh. Two employees were very helpful.

This store absolutely has the best organic produce! 🍅 They carry the best tasting tomatoes! They also have best vegan cheese!

Upon entering was greeted with great customer service. I was asked if I had any questions or if I was apart of the saving club. I had questions re: items I needed to procure. The staff pointed me in the right direction and I found a wide selection of supplements that was needed.Interior is always in amazing shape, shelves fully stocked, produce abundant, and even a small clearance shelf with items that have been carefully selected. I love that this store is not overwhelming in size and the staff are very caring. Staff has always been wonderful answering all of my health questions, and if one member of the team didnt have an answer they found someone that did.Pricing is reasonable. There are always sales going on, and now with their newly updated point system for every dollar you spend it goes towards your account. I enjoy knowing that the produce is organic and it is not hiked up in price. Sometimes the goal of being healthy and eating healthy feels so unobtainable due to pricing. At this chain they made healthy choices affordable for everyone. I have found so many items that I would normally find at a specialty store, makes my life a bit easier.

I love this place! Always only organic produce. I dont have to check every label to see which produce is organic. Knowledgeable staff can help you with any vitamin questions! Whats not to love!! Omg! The artisan sour dough bread they have recently been getting is amazing!

I really enjoyed shopping at this store. I was excited to see the fresh fruit flavored free water, tasty samples and aisles of super healthy, fresh foods. I bought a lot of items I couldnt easily find elsewhere and some excellent supplements. It was also reasonably priced. I recommend signing up online before going to access the discounts.

Excellent staff and great variety of goods. We really enjoy shopping here. They were also very sweet on Mothers Day and allowed my child to pick out a free treat.

I had a lot of dental work done. And was in need of good old fashion chicken soup. NC, did not disappoint a great sake on everything I needed. Including buckwheat noodles!!!

I like it, its convenient for me. Vitamins and supplements are well stocked and reasonable in price some of the other items are higher than average. Vegetables are watered too much and are iffy.Dairy ,non-dairy,cheese and meat have a good selection as well as frozen goods. Good variety over all.

Just as good as Sprouts. Okay better than sprouts, larger store, bigger selection, prices arent extremely high like Sprouts. Kind store associates, like Sprouts.

Love the store but it is hit and miss with some items quite often. Also used to love their brand of bread but it has gotten to be very dry every time we have purchased it in the past 3-4 months.

My go-to for ALL organic produce...no cross contamination with non-organic...their fresh meats are a bit pricey and limited, but high quality.Good organic, dairy/non-dairy items (great egg pricing) and uncured deli-type meats.Excellent, diverse frozen foods section.Also, a good packaged bulk section.All shelf groceries are quality...no fluff here...also, many store brand /lower-priced items.Also have great selection of health & beauty.Enjoy shopping here because it is a smaller store and the employees are always happy to help you with any questions or even concerns.They even have a community room/kitchen that, in the past had been used as an educational and cooking/sampling area (before co-vid) and hopefully will return once its deemed safe again to gather.They also have a store discount program you can sign up for, which is accessed upon visiting by your phone #.Oh, and bring your own reusable bags...or purchase there...or can use their castaway random boxes.Gosh, Im sure Im leaving something out...but my review is already quite lenghthy (can you tell I LOVE this place?)...definitely worth checking out this store...It will most likely become YOUR fav too!P.S. Also look for discounted sections in the store...have gotten some great deals...👍

I love this store! I just moved from California and I needed specific baby probiotics and to my surprise, Natural Grocers was fully stocked on them. In CA, I had to always order online. No store had them. Thank you for making my life easier! :) The employees are also always pleasant!

Great neighborhood grocery store. Right next to a local Henderson 7 eleven & carwash so you can get gas, groceries, get your nails done and wash your car! Friendly staff. Lots of healthy choices for food variety in prices, fresh produce, knowledgeable and helpful people that work in the store and help you find vitamins and supplements. They also offer classes, informational events and so much more! You get a free bag when you sign up for their store program it’s kinda cool. The prices are super bad when you think about eating healthy versus unhealthy. If you hang out and take your time you can find some awesome deals in the clearance section, something for everyone. Sometimes they have samples that they give out.

This used to be my favorite store to go to. But the last few times Ive been there it seems like the employees are annoyed if you have a question for them. I literally get deep sighs and shrugs of the shoulder lately when I have a question.I overheard another employee today complaining about a customer over the walkie-talkie where everyone could hear it. I know times are really hard and its super stressful to work in a market right now. I have complete respect for how difficult their job has become but I just dont feel welcome in the store anymore.I probably wont be back

Im slightly overweight, why does most of the staff look at me like I dont belong....lol. Health food stores is a way to get healthier right... But the killer is that some staff can afford to lose a few pounds too. IJS. Other than that, its a nice place to shop. Well stocked and the staff is knowledgeable about their products.

I like Natural Grocers they have all the vitamins and its so convenient to have a natural food store close by Whitney Ranch..When I went into this store they treated us with respect and helped us find everything we needed. And by the way I got $10.00 off of our groceries. My friend spent like $0.37. Thats right!! They gave us free vitamins and Joesph was very helpful. I missed Fresh and Easy, but Im happy that this store is here. I dont have to drive across town for my vitamins and they have everything I need to keep me healthy.I notice the vitamins were kinda high but they have so much more than that in this store.I love to be greeted. You determine your own experience by your attitude going there.Go there a few times before you determine this is not for you.Go check it out for yourself!

Due to a rude and disrespectful employee, we will no longer be shopping here. We went through the register and Brendon Y. rang us up. After we got to the car and double checked the receipt, we noticed 3 out of the 5 items we purchased were rang up incorrectly as 2 had clearance stickers on them and the other was marked wrong in the system compared to the shelf. I go back in to our previous cashier and this was possibly the most stressful exchange ever. Brendon couldnt do simple math in regards to what should be returned for the overcharge. For example, one of the items that rang up at $3.39 originally but was on clearance for $1.69 with a sticker, he was adamant on it only being a $.06 return difference. Um...what? When I tried to explain it to him that he was incorrect and if he understood that the return was more than $.06, he rudely snapped back dont ask me if I understand. First off, his customer service was appalling. Second, I didnt want any trouble other than getting charged the correct amount and returned the appropriate amount. I ended up just returning all the items and walking out without repurchasing any of them. Hands down the worse customer service experience.

LOVE this grocery store! Natural Grocers has great prices on all their products and an excellent selection of healthy and organic fresh and packaged foods. They also have a tremendous selection of supplements and wellness products which also have great prices! To top it off, their staff is super friendly and helpful! I have closer options, but I still drive out of my way to shop at Natural Grocers!

They had everything I needed

A nice neighborhood option for specialty items. They dont have a high turnover of product so its not always going to be the freshest but the service has always been great and they are more than happy to try and special order something if you need it. The prices arent always the best but have some really good deals, so just shop smart if thats your biggest concern.

This is my Go to for certain bulk items. Chia seeds, house- made energy cubes ( refrigerator section), herbs...etcOnly thing I never buy here is their fruit and veggies...they have a very limited selection and little pricey for them.Clean for the most part, staff is okay , not attentive but doesnt bother me. Prices are very fait.for many items. Good quality items.

This is a great place to find healthy groceries at affordable prices. The chain is committed to carrying only organic produce and products with no artificial colors or flavors. While this limits the selection a little, it makes room for many more unique and delicious options. Dont forget to bring your own bags!

This place is great! Small but packed with great selections. We love sprouts but natural grocers has items most stores wont carry. We like that they have many vegan options. Also their peanut butter is delicious!

It still remains to be seen if this chain survives or not. They seem to have a hi turn over rate of cashiers. I hope they do survive because its easy to navigate the parking lot. Even though Sprouts is not far away this store fills a need in this area more than Fresh & easy did. The one noticeable thing I notice is how people are always loitering in the parking lot and in the store. For example, after they check out, they dont leave the store. I wonder if anyone else has noticed that.

Great store with a very caring staff. They have everything you need and lots of sales. They also have classes and events that ate free. Its always very clean. I love how c easy it is to get to for me and I live right by it. The produce is all organic but can be pricey. I wish it was a little more cost effective. But overall the staff loves to help when they can and they have lots of great stuff

Nice selection of supplements and vitamins. A pound of asparagus was 7 something a pound. Yikes. Sprouts had it for .99 cents a pound the same week. Nice little store, but a bit over priced.
