Called in for same day buisness card prints. Didn’t have them ready same day like I paid for. Next day I came in to pick them up which they were not what I expected. 100% understand I approved the proof BUT I explained over the phone what I expected and was looking for. I sent over the mock up I created and they re-sized to proper size. Due to them not being what I asked for and understanding that I messed up by approving proof I once more paid for same day prints and you guessed it! They weren’t ready once more. I needed these card to pass out at an event I was attending the following day. Now I’m out $180 and zero marketing at event. Won’t be coming back. Thanks

I just moved from Utah and I always used Minuteman Press in Orem. They always had great customer service and quality work. Here is no different. I went to pick up my print and showed up 10 minutes before close. Nobody was there. I emailed and called and received a quick response as soon as they opened the next day. An emergency had come up and they had to close a little early. When I came back again to pick up my print, they helped me carry my kids and print to the car as well. They were going to even come and deliver the print to my house. (I showed up before they had the chance.) I was grateful that they sought to fix the situation. Quality work and customer service. Ill come back for my printed needs!

I love International Minute Press. A few years ago, I worked for a company who used them to publish their newsletters and flyers. They were always beautiful and delivered in a timely manner. I am working on a portfolio and needed to find files from several years ago. I called and they were happy to email them to me!
