Was able to go in a couple hours early and they got mad or right away. Just a tip, if you plan on going in early call first. Theyre really nice and receiving office and backing into the docks not too bad

Dirt lot where you need to drop the trailers is crowded the yard puppies dont move fast enough to get everything organized properly so drivers can come in drop their loaded and grab an empty through doing a dropping hook

I wish there’s Zero star!This place is the worst receiver ever. I got here at 4AM and I am still waiting to get unloaded!These people don’t care your time and hard working as a truck driver!Drivers, if you can avoid this place do it!

I would not give a single star even for such kind of facility, but I had to, otherwise it won`t publish! Facility without any responsibility, no one picks up the phone, transfering for no one! If you booked any load coming here, just cancel that IMMEDIATELY!!!

Horrible experience i have ever had with any Receiver. Put them on the list with C&S Grocery, Wal-Mart, Food Lion, Sav a Lot, and WakeFern (NJ).

Drivers beware. Never deliver a live load here They take 1 pallet out count every single box. Take another pallet out count every single box and so forth. Neva eva , eva , eva coming back here. Average is 8 to 10 hours to unload 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Check in at guard shack, get door assignment. Once backed into door walk bills into the receiving office, wait in truck for lumper to tell you how much. When empty lumper will bring your bills and receipt. 3 hours to get empty.

Check in at gate was okay guards has a great personality. Checking in at warehouse was okay , staff was friendly. Unloading ? You can go to sleep for 3+ hour without anyone wake you up, accept you dispatch - did you get empty yet? Unloaded in 5 hours. No parking on property.

In a word ... PATHETIC ... Have been here for five hours and still not done. They are taking one pallet at a time and spending almost an hour to count it. Turn this place down if you can. No parking here and no decent truck stop nearby. They are nice but totally dysfunctional with a third party lumper service. I would give them a negative star if I could. I will never see this place again or charge double rates for lost time. Again ... PATHETIC ...

Dont get there before the morning staff gets in to unload you or else you will end up being turned around and will have to wait at the side of the road down the street. Anytime after 6am is fine. They will give you a door and the unload time is quite lengthy tho. The other thing is, its tight in there and they all cars to be parked along the fence line which can get in the way if you have trucks on both sides of you at the dock your in.

Only reason they got one star is because I had to. Got there at 5:30am and had to pay $250 lumper fee and it took them 12 hours to unload my truck. Definitely not a place I want to deliver to again very very very very very very slow no drive to hurry up and get the job done. Thank god I wasnt on computer logs. Its a shame you pay so much for someone to unload your truck and it takes them 12 hrs or more to unload it

Always easy dropping at this place...Dusty in the summer and muddy I the winter.Guards are knowledgeable and there is no overnight parking here.

Had an appointment to unload at 6 A.M. Showed up on time and had to pay a lumper fee. It is now 1:07 P.M and still no signs of them finishing any time soon, on top of this they do not answer their phone. If you can avoid this place do yourself a favor and please do.

I just had the worst experience at a Roses store in Bayou Vista, Louisiana store number 692 on my receipt. The black cashier Monae. Nearly hit me with the scanner that is attached to a cord. She yanked on it INTHE DIRECTION OF MY FACE, which was completely uncalled for. I even stepped back from her as far as I could. I am white. These blacks at this store have a big attitude problem with white customers. The low prices arent worth being treated like c....p when you check out. Ill never go back there.

Drivers: if you ever get dispatched to deliver here and can refuse loads, this would be the one to use it onThis is my 2nd time here today, remembered this place immediately upon arrival. First time i was here took 6 hhours to offload me, and when i went inside to see what the hold up was, the lumper told me to pay him extra cash if i wanted to get unloadedToday i only have half a load, 10am appointment and very few other trucks here now its 1230pm and im still here. $200 they charged me today and havent even started unloading me yetThe workers here are extremely rude and ignorantIF you do have to come here, dont waste time trying to see whats going on or complaining. These people dont care, they wont work any faster then a turtle, and you will be here anywhere between 3 hours and 9 hours, so just go to bed

5 hours so far. Assigned to a door that already had a trailer in it. It took 20 minutes for the Brain trust at the front gate to find the P. O. Number on my bills and input it into the computer. Highly disorganized location. Why make me wait while they restack freight for distribution? Get it on the dock and sign my bills.

I am giving this place one poop covered star because I have to to comment. I would avoid this place like it’s the plague Unless you like slow lazy prejudice rude customers. This place is not only rude but downright slow as slow can be. The only reason I’m here is because the shipper delivered here but I won’t bring anything here again not if I can help it. Personally I will refuse to come here if I’m ever assigned this place ever again. I wouldn’t even go here to find a damn empty this place can go to hell piss on them. Good luck if you go here watch out for that mean guard lady over at the front gate. She comes to work with a chip on her shoulder. As for the security guy inside the building door 57 before you get to receiving he’s more of a rude wanna be security than the entry gate.
