Can say how impressed I am with Pete! Pete has been so patient and understanding with me after my accident and while he knows I cant get what I now call My Santa Cruz right now...he continues to check on me and lets me know each time a new one is delivered! And after a mix up with my husbands car, which led to the discovery of my upcoming new car, I wasnt sure we were going to buy from them again...but the staff have gone out of their way to assist us and make things right after my trauma. First, everyone was friendly to me either by phone, text, or emails. I was approached after a short time giving me time look around the car lot without feeling rushed, I was able to look at all the cars that I wanted to look over along with multiple test drives. I was able to work out a good deal for myself. Over all Im very happy with my choice and am happy that I went to Henderson Hyundai along with Seth and Paul working together made a great team from start to finish as my salesman.

I wanted to wait until I was a year in to put anything, but exactly a year ago today I walked into this place hoping I would at least get something from the under $10K section, especially after being denied everywhere else I went. I found them, and my car completely on accident. Haadi & Gabe were so helpful and answered every question I had, they even put me in something that was better than I expected to get in being a first timer buyer and all. Some of the most honest and nicest people ever, which was a HUGE thing to me during the whole process. I explained my wishlist and they knocked it out of the park! As for my car, it’s perfect… never had any problems out of it, and I never had to doubt what they showed me was true. My mother was so impressed by how the dealership handled everything. Definitely coming back for my Genesis G80 whenever I see they have the one I want. Keep doing the world good guys!! I for one can’t wait to do business again!

This is possibly the worst experience I have had here. Loved buying the car . Salesperson was fantastic made me feel like family. Had a service guy Will who personality kept me coming back for 2 years. But Will is gone now and I got Benny today. Today is the last day I get my car serviced here ever again. Walked in and was not acknowledged. Had to ask who Benny was. He heard me ask for him and as I stood in front of him he continues to not acknowledge me. I had an appointment for a simple oil change. An hour goes by now never took this long before with an appointment or with then aware I am waiting. But anyway I go ask how much longer and he says its only been an hour you have at least another half hour. I said I had an appointment. He says I know. You may have a seat. So that being said I will now stop my neighbor from coming here as well as my cousin who also services her car here. Thanks to Benny you lost 3 customers and hopefully more after this is read by existing and would be future customers.

This has been my go to dealership since I moved to Nevada less than a year ago and has had the best service by far. If something isnt right they go out of their way to help and give you nothing but great customer service everytime Ive been here. Ive been to a couple of Hyundai dealers between living in California and Arizona and this is my favorite one. I will be continuing to give them my service and will be back here for a new car when Im ready if Im still in the state. Highly recommend dealership.

Received a recall notice from Hyundai USA and scheduled a service for that specific factory recall item 2 weeks in advance. Arrived ahead of scheduled time and was first vehicle processed by the receiving person for that day. Spoke with the Service Tech inside and was told that they should have service complete and the vehicle back to us in about an hour. That was satisfactory with us because we were passing through town on our way to Utah and would be waiting on the vehicle. A little more than an hour passed when I received a phone call from the Service Tech who informed me that the part we scheduled the appointment for was not in stock and it would have to be ordered and it could possibly be in on the following Monday and we could come back in then. I informed him that we did not live locally and for us to just come back was highly inconvenient. Asked how it was possible when an appointment is made for a specific service it was remotely possible that they wouldnt have the part on hand especially when the appointment was made weeks in advance? To which he had no reasonable response or displayed level of concern. Considering it is well over and hour drive from our residence to Henderson Hyundai and given the Service Techs lack of concern and dont care attitude - we wont be returning to Henderson Hyundai at anytime in the future for repairs or future purchases. This experience was 100% unacceptable.

WORST SERVICE DEPT IN TOWN!!!This review is strictly against the SERVICE DEPARTMENT including the manager(s) and the service warehouse workers, excluding the edlery man I believe his name is Delphina out front checking customers vehicles in and the 2 ladies at the service counter. They were pleasent and great customer service. The others customer service HORRIBLE!!!All I did was take my car down there for a simple recall at 7:30 it wasnt ready until 12:30, cool I understand it maybe busy, but when I pick up my car the service gentleman (maybe a manager) had me sign my paperwork and thats it. He didnt even explain what was done until I asked him 4 HOURS FOR A SIMPLE FUSE CHANGE. I get my car and as Im trying to leave the lot I almost get hit TWICE by employees flying through the lot coming around a blind corner head on. Crazy! Driving home I noticed money missing out my console. I called three times no answer l/v/m and no reply back.I will be following up with a formal email complaint to corporate offices for an explanation. Im extremely upset on why an employee that has an income steal from a customer. This department needs soft skills training and revamp on their overall customer service skills, reprimanding your employees for stealing is called disciplinary action up to and including termination!! NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

I always have a great experience at Henderson Hyundai. Everyone is always friendly with a smile, from the wonderful gentleman who takes my car in the service area, to the friendly woman at the reception desk. They have recliners to sit in while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced! I have never felt rushed or pressured when speaking with a salesperson, and they are always willing to work with me to get me into the right vehicle. I have just purchased my FIFTH vehicle from Henderson Hyundai, so they must be doing something right! Thank you for helping me purchase quality vehicles for so many years!

Walked in and waited for almost five minutes before Richard, the man behind the counter even acknowledged me. I had a 1pm appointment for routine service on my car and there was a recall notice I received so I asked about that but was cut off and he generally seemed disinterested in even helping me. Found my way to the waiting room and then waited for almost two hours and 45 minutes until my car was done. People came in after me and were done well before me. When Richard came to let me know my car was ready he handed me my paper work and I again asked about the recall notice to which he mumbled it was taken care of. When I left I looked at the receipt and noticed all they did was change the oil and rotate my tires. Nothing about the recall was listed on the sheet handed to me so I called the dealership and eventually was transferred to Richard who again seemed uninterested to answer my questions about why he told me it was taken care of and why it took so long to change the oil and rotate my tires. I actually thought they had fixed it and thats why it took so long. I asked him to speak to the service manager because again he seemed bothered and uninterested in my questions, he transferred me and I left a message which was two days ago and havent heard back from the service manager. Go here if you love mediocre service but if you want honest answers and decent service, find another Hyundai dealership. To your reply....Thats why I left the review. You have my information and can contact me...Thats how decent customer service works.

Drove down to find out the vehicle I was interested in is actually $10k more than listed online on their own site for the same VIN. Feels misleading at best.Paul was great though (great attitude & communication through phone/text/email/in-person) and when the market stabilizes I will be happy to come back and see him for the vehicle I want.For anyone that can afford a vehicle with higher markup in the current market, I would recommend you seek out Paul as he will take the time for you and try to work with you.I do hope that the team here adjusts their pricing strategy on the website so it doesnt feel so misleading to go in and find out its $10k more for the specific vehicle.

WORST SERVICE DEPT IN TOWN!We took our Tucson in with a complaint of a tapping noise during all driving conditions. Dropped the car off and left. Got a call saying the front wheel well liners were severally worn and flapping about which is what was causing the tapping. If we do not replace the liners, road debris will get in and cause serious and catastrophic damage. Sounds odd but they are the experts, right? A couple days and $400 later and there is still the tapping noise. Took the car back and they took the entire day to reinspect to find a tie rod was wearing. That will cost another $400. You folks are the experts and severely blew the diagnosis. Can I get a discount? A blank stare was all I got.Took the car to Asian Imports Plus where they successfully diagnosed the issue and got us fixed up for a couple hundred dollars.Ask yourself these questions before you take your vehicle to Henderson Hyundai for service: Is this the type of customer service a respectable company would offer? Is this the level of expertise you want working on your car to ensure your safety? Is it in your best interest to take your car to a shop where they are just interested in separating you from your hard-earned cash?Still waiting on a call back from their manager. But, we will never go back and they probably do not care.

It had been a while since I took my car in and had it serviced. Bennie made sure it was completely looked over and recommended several items to be fixed. Even though I didnt want to spend the money I have always trusted the team at Henderson Hyundai to make sure that safety was priority. We fixed all the major issues and along with some other services my car is in great shape and running like new. I bought my Veloster brand new in 2014 and I still come back to Henderson for service. Bennie Pacheco my service manager has always been square with me and for that I trust this facility. The only complaint is that my car was not washed! :-) OH well next time!!

I have zero confidence in their service department. I brought in my vehicle for a recall repair. It took just over two days to complete. When I went to pick it up, it was utterly undrivable. The ABS, ESC and Check Engine lights were on. Once in gear you could not shift the vehicle. It has zero power it was a mess. They have had the vehicle now another two days and my service advisor will not call me back to tell me what is going on, even after I have called repeatedly. I guess tomorrow I am going to have to go down there in person to get answers.Update. Still no one from Henderson Hyundai will tell me what is going on with my car after repeated phone calls and voicemails. I have now filed a complaint with the State Attorney Generals office. My next step is to hire a lawyer.

My daughter obtained financing prior to going to a car lot; We selected a car we found online @ Henderson Hyundai; called on the phone to make sure the car was still in stock; arrived at the dealership, Carlos is GREAT; test drove the car & received purchase order all in under 45 minutes; went to the bank & got the check; made it back to the dealership & handed them a $14,000 + check; everything stopped at this point. They sat us down & made us wait almost three hours to sign some paperwork that seemed to take less than 5 minutes, and when I questioned it, I was answered isnt that crazy, well thats not crazy thats absolutely asinine! You pretty much pay cash for a car & then get stalled out for three hours for signatures! There has to be a better way, cause absolutely POOR customer service! Again, Carlos was GREAT!!

Service department associate Selene was amazing at her job. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services they offered in service department. I got quick Oil Change and was even offered a shuttle ride back home by Friendly Driver Eric . A hour in half later Shuttle Driver Eric was at my house to take me back to the dealership to get my vehicle. I also noticed they offered a free car wash afterwards. Very convenient. When i went to get an oil change i asked for a oil change sticker so i know when to return for my follow up. i called and requested for it and never received it. my initial review was sent regarding that mix up and got a call from the manager to please redo my assessment to a five and to offer me a free oil change and that theyll mail out my oil change sticker. and have yet to receive any confirmation on either. so now i felt forced to redo my review just to get them a good review only to have not fix my small issues at all.

I was turned over to two other people, and John, made no apologies. I hate been hondled (Yiddish word).In addition, the dealership salespeople were so unkempt. There really should be some standard for appearance.I left to never return. I bought my car in 2012 and was promised lifetime free oil changes. Today they tell me that unless they do ALL service (including changing a simple air filter) I have to pay for oil changes. There were no conditions when I bought the car, and now they are changing the rules. Their free oil change was never really free anyway, it always took 2 to 3 hours of wasted time so screw them, I will get service elsewhere, and will never buy another car from them.

When I ordered the oil change for my Kona, I requested that the car not be washed. My car was already clean and the carwash leaves spots. When I paid for the service the man told me, as I requested, the car was not washed. Before I entered the car I opened the hatch to get a bottle of water. All around the hatch door was wet. The car had been washed. If the man would have explained the car was washed by accident it would have been better.

This is for their parts dept. only. I am a wholesale customer, we did had bad experience with them before(never could provide right parts) but I still call them sometime because they are close to us. So yesterday my tech called for a negative battery terminal. They told the tech , he have to buy the positive terminal with it ($325) because it comes that way. Tech knew parts man was lying so this morning ABC Hyundai from other side of town bringing the negative cable only for $125.Imagine what they do to a regular customer.

I went in to have my car serviced. My foot got injured at the business. I proceeded to bleed through my shoe onto the floor. Not one time did they ask me if I need anything or if I was ok. Anthony was a great sales person. Noticed he had received many reward for his hard work. I drove up kind of cranky because all the parking was taken by cars for sale. Anthony approached me while I was still in car and showed me that a spot would be open in just a moment. I wanted to see the 2018 Santa Fe. He guided us to a used 2017 Santa Fe with leather seats and all the latest technology stuff. Priced perfectly we took it out for a test drive and fell in love with it. Save yourself lots of $$$ and time and shop elsewhere. Messaged Tony online about a 2021 Elantra. Hyundai has a $2000 cash back offer going on now so I thought great deal. He told me the price would be $24050. I asked about additional fees and he said a $599 doc fee and a $30 title fee. Ok cool. I know that dealers like to add extras on the price so I ask him again about extra dealer fees. He says that there is a $2000 dealer fee for window tinting, nail guard, invisible bra, door bumpers, and rear bumper protector. I advised that I am not interested in any of the add-ons. He said come in and he will see what he can do. I drive 35 minutes the dealership and ask for Tony and look at the car. He asks me if I want to take it for a drive or go over the paperwork first. I said paperwork. He points out the $2000 dealer add-ons that are basically clear plastic stickers in the front of the hood and inside where the car handle is, and a sticker that goes on top of the back bumper that is the same color as the car. I could likely order these things on Amazon for $15 if so much. Oh, lets not forget the window tint that they are charging for that isnt even on applied the window. Total scam. Just when I think I couldnt go worse, Tony points out an additional $6000 fee. I laughed and asked for what, and asked why he didnt tell me about this before as I wouldnt have wasted my time driving 35 minutes there. He said the fee is some BS about how there are only 2 cars like this one for sale in Las Vegas. When I didnt bite at that nonsense he comes up with some other story about a computer chip shortage. The dealership is clearing out 2021 inventory for the new 2022 models and have the nerve to charge a premium for it? He said he can get his manager to see what they can do. I advised that unless they remove that $6000 fee I would be leaving. He said they cant, so I left. I was there for literally 2 minutes having this discussion and looking at the car. So the were going to add $8000 in unnecessary fees to the vehicle I went to get. I can just imagine all the extra nonsense fees they would try to sneak in if I actually started filling out the paperwork. I was hoping this great deal wouldnt be too good, and it totally was. Going back to Carvana to purchase my vehicle. Online shopping is where its at. Too bad Henderson Hyundai is so greedy. You could have had a sale today. LOL, Just searched Amazon for your $2000 dealer add-on and found it for $12 with free shipping.

My husband just got back and said he was told there are no parts there, there never were and we would have to come back again! Not an apology, not an explanation...NOTHING! It takes us over 45 mins each way to drive to this location! What a waste of our time! I would appreciate a call from a service manager...this is unacceptable!

Mechanics could have easily upsold us an automobile battery but instead told us the truth, and said it was the $5 fob battery causing the issues. Exceptional honesty! Highly recommended dealing with Deb in the Service Dept. as well. She has always been fantastic, the last 5 years!

A great experience with service writer Will. I took my car in for a safety recall inspection. He gave me a time for completion which was accurate and also provided me with a car wash which was much appreciated.
