I’m still waiting for over a month now for a clearance center washer & dryer. 3 deliveries have been scheduled & rescheduled again today. Now it’s the dryer hose they’re waiting on. I’m so glad I didn’t give away my old set! I ordered a stove, fridge, dishwasher and stacked washer and dryer. I am still waiting on the washer and dryer. Not good and takes so much time calling the customer support and dealing with the same thing over and over. Since they were there on the day I purchased everything else, I’m not believing all the excuses they gave me (must’ve been written in the script to tell us one of the many lies). The 1st delivery man said the washer wasn’t available; bull shift! I wish I would’ve delivered it myself! I’m happy with the other appliances except the stove seemed more damaged than what I saw in the clearance center.

Overall this location is clean, well organized and could use some improvements on staff. A lot of the staff doesnt smile, no hi or how are you doing? Can I help you today? Everytime I walk in the staff is huddled and talking away while I have to find or ask someone for help after 5mins of waiting. A little Thanks, have a nice day! Would be nice to hear from other staff. The only guy who says hi or have a good day! Is the door man. If this location could brush up on their customer service skills, maybe just maybe they could get 5 stars more frequently. Again though, overall its a clean location, well organized and not so bad.

Busy place with a lot of good deals. They are pretty much one of the only big places for electronics now that Frys went out of business. They have an awesome rewards system and price match. This location had a ton of sales and new items on display. Lots of staff and they are always busy.

I purchased an open box (all-in-one) computer in fair condition assuming all parts to the computer was there. I get there to pick it up and all I received was just the computer. No mouse, no keyboard, no adapter, no plug. 😤I wasnt happy about it so I returned it immediately, hadnt even left the parking lot. If the computer was discounted more due to these missing components, Id probably take it but that wasnt offered. Instead was offered a different brand thats supposed to be similar.I wanted what I wanted and I had no other options (none given besides a refund). I had to purchase a new computer. It was discounted ($120 off) but I ended up spending more. Wasnt too thrilled about it thats why I wanted the open box option. 🙄

All of the employees are very nice and helpful, however the manager of this store needs to ensure that the job is getting done properly... Just about everything I grabbed off of the shelf had the wrong prices according to the tags they were hung on...This needs to be remedied ASAP. It is very frustrating to go to the register, only to be told the item you are buying is 2 times higher than what was listed on the aisle you picked it from. You can do better best buy.

Since I recently bought my new house, Best Buy has been my go-to store for in-stock, quality appliances! Im so happy they have the awesome appliances Im looking for in-stock and with quick delivery. Its easy to place and order and schedule a delivery date, they confirm the day before and always show up within the window. The delivery people are nice and respectful of my home and adhere to all social distancing guidelines. The setup is done well and the appliances are fantastic! Any concerns are handled immediately and with care. I will definitely keep going back for additional appliances and electronics for my home.

I asked an associate if they have military or first responders discounts. They didnt which was totally fine with me and I wouldve bought the product regardless. But when the associate (who was very nice and did her job well to fill me in on the product) verified with another associate, that associate responded with, why would i give a discount to people who make more money than me? I know he was probably kidding but considering we lost eleven Marines and one Corpsman this morning, it felt out of line. I wouldve bought the product but that encounter was just awkward and didnt sit well with me.

Went to purchase a Nintendo switch, but had some issues with Apple Pay. I asked the associate to put the switch on hold since it was the last one. He did. I then placed the order online with a 1hr pick up window (it was in stock). I went back inside and let the associate know I purchased it online and if they can have someone pick it now. He said comeback later and he will let the other employees know it’s there. When I returned a final time, I went to the pick up counter where the associate looked at me and walked off. I then spoke with a manager about my order and he said there’s nothing he can do. I asked him why they just didn’t pick the switch that was behind the register. He couldn’t answer, just told me there’s nothing Best Buy can do. If I didn’t want to wait, I could cancel the order and buy it in store. I told him I can’t do that because my money will be tied up with the bank now until it clears. Best Buy didn’t even try to fix my issue. I asked them to just cancel the order since I didn’t want to wait 12 days after it said 1 hour pick up in stock. He said they can’t cancel it and I have to do it myself. I highly recommend purchasing from Amazon or Walmart instead.

I never really like going to this location.The parking lot is a mess in my opinion. I dont know how many cars get banged into in this lot but the spaces are very tight and the rows are narrow. I drive a mini van and thats bad enough. A big suv or full size pick-up you really need to watch out.Best buy has a pretty clean store. Seem to have a good selection of products incl. Appliances. Not too sure about the best buy part.It seems amazing to me that stores like this can still survive now a days.I will say that they installed my costco bought dash cam for my van and did a great job of it. $100 for the front and rear camera system. Nothing shows.Its just always on. A nice piece of mind to have.

Well it seems I share the same horrible customer service experience as others have in the past. Waited ten minutes, I timed it, to get two screen protectors in a locked case. During the ten minutes, I saw at least 3 employees walk right past me and not a word. Customer service dictates that you ask every customer if they need help. Apparently the employees were taught, if I look down, then I dont have to help anyone or say anything. I know people will ask, why didnt I stop anyone? Not my job, I showed up ready to buy a product. The employees job is to facilitate that transaction.

Bought a Lenovo laptop from a third party which was dead on arrival. Took to Geek Sqaud for repair at this location which had to be sent out to have motherboard replaced. Went to pick up and was informed it was still not working. Manager went out of his way to do a return even though it was bought elsewhere and I walked out with a brand new replacement. Will do business with this location anytime I have the opportunity. Thanks for all your help!!!!

Thank you Chris @ best buy! I went to purchase a note 20 plus at best buy. The tmobile store I usually go to made me upset soooo I thought Id give best buy a try. I am super happy. Chris took care of me. Not only did I get a great deal at best buy Chris also downloaded everything from my old to my new phone. The crew at the Tmobile store doesnt like to do the downloads unless they absolutely have too. I received a great trade in value, I paid my phone in full. I will never go to another tmobile store ever again. I will be back to purchase the next galaxy note when Im ready. Good by tmobile stores. Hello Best Buy! Please get more galaxy note stock in though for next visit!A very happy customer 😀

I bought online, and did curbside pickup. Very simple and easy. They bring your product straight to the car, verify, and put it in your trunk. Lots of clearly marked curbside stalls. They brought out my items quite quickly.I also came back on another occasion to return a product. Friendly customer service guy helped me. Return line moved quick, and once it was my turn the process to return item was super fast.

Nothing about the store was particularly bad. But I was looking for something fairly specific but not uncommon and was disappointed to find they had one variation of it but not the other.(I needed an in/out 3.5mm audio splitter and they only had combiners.)

I went to Best Buy the other day for the first time in a couple of years, and its improved. Music and layout is better. I was able to get a new mouse for my laptop from a great selection. I also needed a screen protector which the staff were able to help put it onto the phone.

Store experience was average. The delivery was terrible. They slapped a box with an expensive receiver that was marked as fragile and this side up on its side at our house without ringing our doorbell. Toll on equipment from the mishandled shipping is yet to be assessed. When we tried calling the store. They do not take in-store calls.

I showed up 1 min late to purchase a hard drive I need and the two gentlemen at the door refused to help me because the registers were closed while I was watching people still purchasing products. The gentleman were not only rude but very unhelpful. I get it they want to go home but people have Business to run and time is money for us that are not working for a 9-5 job! Google shows all Best Buy’s store in Las Vegas close at 8pm not 7pm. If they closed at 7pm why was there people buying products at 8pm? Interesting…. People like this is why customers service is going down the drain!

Ive always preferred going into the store to buy my things but no one ever wants to help anymore I feel like Im a burden to everyone in here even when I get things off the shelf and go to the register to check out. Now Im all for online shopping and not dealing with this every time I go into best buy.My most recent visit I went in knowing what I was going to buy no one offered to help. When I went up to a group of employees that were talking, I actually stood there while they openly kept arguing on who wont help me. They kept going back and forth saying you go help him, Im good and the other responding no Im good, you go. They went back and forth 4 or 5 times till I started walking away and the third person sitting quietly just said fine ill help him and asked me what they can help me with.

I want to the Best Buy at 611 Marks StHenderson, NV 89014 for a car audio installation I bought a radio The wiring harness Dash install kit and an antenna extension pick my car up only two speakers work none of the features worked no all star no steering wheel controls The factory amp didn’t work nothing worked was told by the geek squad manager that is how it is supposed to sound as he an 4-5 other employees surrounding me and was told let’s go to the back as if he was asking me to fight went home and call customer service was told that the store was not honoring anything and that I had to go back to that store and talk to them they wouldn’t fix it they try to intimidate me now to get what should have been only $500 for everything now im out of $1000 for new parts and for a person who knows what they’re doing to fix it

They didnt have any of the items I went in for. The Geeks didnt have a replacement device for me so I had to go to a different store. They only offered buy in full phones and only offered Sprint, there were no specials. And I waited 20 minutes for a sales rep in a totally deserted store. Hire staff, fill the shelves, and then your sales will increase. Nevermind that, turn the land into a park and sell online. The best buy stores have always been out to look like mega giants. Big huge stores with nothing in em. Its the big truck, Tim the tool man, urf urf urf, mentality. GMAB...

Had an appointment to get the battery replaced in a phone. Appointment was set the day before. When I returned at the apartment time I was told that they would need the device for up to 24 hours to simply replace the battery. This was never mentioned when setting the appointment resulting in a wasted drive across town.

Horrible experience, Best buy sold me a dryer back in September of 2020 with the item in stock and to be delivered a few weeks later. Only they never delivered the dryer its been 8 months now and still no dryer. I ve called the store and corporate but ni one has any answers for me except to waste more money and buy another dryer. All in all dont shop here its a waste of time and money, Best Buy is eager to take your money but forgets about you as soon as you walk away.

We were looking at smart watches. Walked around the phones and accessory section for a good 10i s and no one acknowledge us. We finally approached two associates standing in the phone area and said excuse me...they both looked at us and didnt say anything. I said hello, the girl said hello and just looked at me. She never asked what I needed help with. I then asked if we could get some help with the smart watches and she responded with what do you need?. My husband then chimed in and said we need as much information as you can give us to help us decide if we are going to buy one or not. She then couldnt answer a question and went to get another associate. The young lady that came back with her was much more pleasant and willing to answer our questions.

I was there to buy a galaxy phone, I didnt need activation, we were checked in, they made us wait about an hour for customer service to go get the phone, when I asked how much longer they said it was still going to be long because there were 3 people ahead of us, I dont understand why I had to wait so long for someone to just just go grab a phone for me to pay when I was not activating at the moment, horrible customer service.

I purchased a 50 inch tv on August 12th. I bought the warrenty, paid for delivery and set up in my home. Delivery was the following Thursday. After waiting all day best buy called said inventory was backed up and it would be the following Friday. I was understanding as they said the delay was due to the effects of the Covid virus. Then Saturday, no delivery, no word from best buy so I called. They then said it would be the next Friday. I got really frustrated but ok. They called said it would not be delivered again due to inventory. My question, and its not unreasonable, is why would you take my money for a tv you cannot Gaurentee is available?? R C Willy had same tv in stock which was delivered next day. Get it together Best Buy!

I went today to buy a 1 Tarabyte SSD Hard drive. I talked to several employees and they said that they were too busy to help me. Finally after about 20 minutes, someone said that if I waited by the check out counter, they would bring me what I asked for. I waited another 20 minutes and then left. None of these employees I talked to were very nice. I wouldnt recommend going to the Best Buy in Henderson on Marks St.

This place is okay. The parking lot is a hot mess. Since they are right at the edge of a main through road, people dart through and you have to be careful when heading to or leaving the store. Service is okay; you have to look for help if you need it.
