Bought our Delta Heat BBQ from them and had excellent service. I never write comments but they were very customer-service oriented. They even delivered an item to us. Course we lived near the salesman but he offered and delivered. Totally will recommend them

Bought a grill insert with a side burner, and we had a good experience and In particular I want to mention the sales person Sean who went out of his way for us to get all we needed.

Great customer service. I brought them an antiquated years old ignitor for my outdoor kitchen grill. They had a replacement in stock, gave me pointers on how to install it and even tips on maintenance for the grill. Will definitely go back again if need be.

Bought a Green Mountain Grill today. Pete and Diedre were terrific. Very helpful the minute I walked in the door. Explained everything, answered all my questions, loaded up and placed everything in my car. I looked all over Henderson and these guys had what I needed, and were very professional. Highly recommend!

The staff there is great I replaced all my barbecue items out in the backyard and added two burners. Not only did they come out and do 2 different site visits to make sure everything was right they installed when they promised and everything came out looking fantastic definintly would recommend the staff on sunset. Deandre and Pete were very helpful.

Excellent Service, Pete Knew his stuff about GMG pellet grills. I bought a Davey Crockett. He actually called about 2 weeks after to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Service like that is hard to find a nowadays.

I went in to ask a few questions about the built in bbq at a home I just bought. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly. The perfect combo to go back for all my bbq and outdoor needs.

I bought $5000 in merchandise about 3 years ago. Having a small problem that can easily be fixed went it made a appointment for a tech to come out. That was last Monday. No call no show. I called the office twice left a message no returned call. Disappointed doesn’t quite describe it. For the money you spend here the service should be impeccable!! Next time I’ll shop else where. Now you know.UPDATE 12-15-20It did take a few months of going back and forth but bbq galore did step up and replace with a brand new unit.

Got a new BBQ... Cant wait to cook....

This is the worst company I purchase a island with a bbq grill September they called me in November to tell me there’s going to be a delay wouldn’t be able to receive until December so I call the the store and they told me that the paperwork was not submitted that it would be another 4 to 5 weeks this is completely unacceptable they where not going to make it right so I requested a refund then they tried to short me with that DO NOT USE BBQ GAlORE!!!!

Least professional staff I have ever dealt with. As soon as they got my money I no longer mattered to them! I purchased a grill on Friday from them and paid $50 for delivery and was told I would get a phone call on Sunday for delivery. No call. I called Tuesday morning and they said they would look into it and call me back. No call. I went in Tuesday evening and they said they would look into it and call me Wednesday. No call. Wednesday evening I went in and they tried claiming that they called and left a message on Tuesday morning. IF that were true why would I have come in Tuesday evening? Why would they have not called again Wednesday?They provided HORRIBLE service as soon as my money was in their register!AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought a very pricey round concrete fire pit. Plastic models at Home Depot & Lowes are hundreds of dollars cheaper and probably burn much better.. Mine burns a low, mostly blue flame. I could stand by my stove burners and get the same result. Also,the installers had no clue either. As I look at the sad blue flame I feel as though I got ripped off.

Don’t ask them to come service your built in grill! They will charge you $100 to come out, not show up, and then act like you never called to make an appointment! Terrible customer service. Who knows if the actual grill service is any good. I never got that far. I would give zero stars if I could.

Its like a dealership for barbecue grills it awesome. They also sell barbecuing utensils, accessories and seasonings you wouldnt normally find at other stores.

Beware... The Las Vegas Barbeque Galore store has burned me twice! My bad judgement for doing business with them a second time. The sales staff acts like they are invested in quality service until they get your money.. then they did not deliver on time and were dismissive when we called, after waiting all day for delivery. After numerous calls they literally just dropped the $3000 gas grill in a box at 7:30 pm The first time we spent over $6000 and had problems with the Sales Manager (Mike) who was terminated shortly after.. ultimately my bad/fault for giving them follow up business

Love that our backyard is now an oasis, perfect for entertaining. Our salesman, Noel, was wonderful and patient (even with my nagging phone calls) and made sure to keep me satisfied. Highly recommend... make sure to ask for Noel!
