Kobi Auto Collision repaired my Mazda CX-9 after a kid with a suspended license rear ended my car on The Northern State. The ladies in the office are outstanding and kept me informed of my vehicles progress during the repair. When I picked up my car, I examined their work and it was flawless. My vehicle was flooded in the recent storms this month and they set me up with a tow and handled my claim with the insurance. Come here for your collision needs because they take care of everything from A-Z!

I can truly say they go above and beyond to work with the customer and this exemplified true customer service. My son’s car was side swept by another on the highway. To our surprise the other person’s insurance company denied the claim knowing that their driver was lying. Didn’t even came out to look at the damages in our car. I didn’t know this was possible. Madelyn at Kobi worked with us from start to finish to get this resolved. In the end we had to pay out of pocket however, Kobi gave us a great deal and repair his car. They didn’t even charge us for the rental he had for two days. The end result, his car looks like new again. Madelyn also provided a person who gave us a good deal to install the camera on his car, if we had this..the insurance couldn’t denial the claim.Thank you Madelyn and staffs for going above and beyond, we appreciate it.

I 100% recommend this place. They made my first auto collision repair (replaced a door) so easy and effortless. I was a bit nervous about where to go since this was the first time I had to get my car repaired after being backed into. However, Sabrina and the staff were so nice and made the experience much easier than I anticipated. That was just the customer service. The actual repair was perfect and the car felt clean and new when I got back in it. 10/10.

Had a little accident that left only my car damaged, was recommended to take it to Kobi to get it fixed. They got it back on the road within the month. They provided towing and came with a rental for me to start using same day. They try to make the whole process as stressless for you as possible.

I was looking for a shop to do a simple stripe on my Motorcycle Fairing. Walking in i explained what i wanted. They could of easily said yeah okay give me it, pick it up in a couple days. But they showed genuine interest. They gave me more ideas to add than just a simple stripe and spent the time to find the perfect match to my Harley Davidsons color. Which we all know they dont give those paint codes out. After encouraging me to add more than a simple stripe, i said in my head dam they got me. They didnt charge me a cent more than the price they gave me when i asked for a simple stripe. Usually when dropping off anything for repair i dont expect updated pictures. But thats exactly what they did to make sure it was coming out the way i wanted. Above and beyond.
