I had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, patient, very helpful and friendly. Not to mention their furniture ; beautiful and durable at a great price and quality. I Left this location feeling like family. My delivery was on time and the set up was literally 10 minutes. Im very happy with my purchase and my experience. I highlyrecommend.

Overall quality of items is good! But the customer Sevice is awesome with new staff. The old staff was terrible except for José. Will was a great manager and is very kind and helpful. He actually cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make sure you satisfied with the service. Spent $25,000 on a local convention and weeks leading up to the event they guaranteed that they would have the couches we wanted to rent for the weekend. Arrived to find out that they dont want to rent out their brand new couches to us for the weekend. Left us without any other options or anything for the show. Completely unsatisfied.

I went in this Hempstead location and these 2 gentleman; Willl I. And Miguel M. Were amazing! They were helpful, gracious, kind and thoughtful. I will return and recommend everyone to shop at the Hempstead location!
