Extremely rude lady behind the counter. The QR code to print my wifes shipping label wouldnt work, and she refused to do anything about it and told my wife to figure it out somewhere else and kicked her out of the store.

Quick 1-item dropoff. Staff were friendly and helpful, and quicker than the computer that day!

Had a to pick up a few things here. My boyfriend said the lady he has talked to each time is very friendly!

I had a weird shipping incident with a new cell phone and needed to go to the FedEx location. I was greeted immediately and the person began kindly helping me. Then the manager needed to deliver sort of bad news about my package. She took full responsibility even though it was obviously not a FedEx mistake. I offered to come back later and she insisted I let them deliver it instead. I agreed and about an hour later the delivery driver was at my home with the package. Not only that, he too apologized for the delay, wanted to make sure I felt good about the experience, etc. All three of these people were professional, friendly, masked up appropriately, and made an annoying chore a little lighter for me. I didnt even need this level of care, I wasnt mad, I wasnt a squeaky wheel or anything, they just worked together to delight me and it made a lasting impression on me. That is impressive in my opinion.

Apparently the FedEx system doesnt have a clue of what is going on in Helena. Very annoying. Not even corporate can call them to find out what is going on with my package.

Manager (Jienne?) is unfriendly. Never wears a mask, no matter how many customers walk in. She acts like customers are an inconvenience to her. Her sign on her door that reads “poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part” is a clear sign that she is NOT about customer service. Too bad, her drivers are great. This office needs new leadership / management.

You know. You can drop packages and pick them up, which is good.

Completely useless. Came in twice to try and get a package shipped out and both times gave me no help trying to figure out why my return label wasnt showing up. Second time they refused to print off my label and told me to go to Walgreens instead. I had to get off work early to get it shipped out just to have the time wasted.Edit: just took it to wallgreens and their system wont let them take it either. Not only was the FedEx employee useless but lied to me where I could get it done.

In my line of work, we often overnight paperwork due to its urgency. Jason has been a phenomenal resource at the FedEx shipping center. He personally tracked my package to let me know the process, worked tirelessly to ensure that my package was delivered and returned in an extremely tight time frame while being very friendly the entire time! I never got my package.

They do not know the laws about shipping firearms when I showed them right off the atf website it was legal to ship a firearm to myself without ffl they refused to ship. I asked if I called the atf would they ship she refused they were very anti second amendment. Just go to the post office where they know the federal laws.

Always friendly when I go there to pick up a package. The facility is very easy to find.

They lost my package, never answered corporate FedExs messages to call me, and I was never refunded the amount for the shipping. I should have gone to UPS. Even better? My package never even left the facility and it was lost.
