We started to have pump issues on Easter, of course it has to be a holiday. We called R&R Pump. Taylor immediately worked on the pump. Tamer tested the pump for us, in which it was determined we needed a new pump. Taylor replaced the pump for us, mind you this is all being done on a holiday. Ive used R&R Pump for lawnmower tune-up, troubleshooting well pump problems, installing a sprinkler system (when they used to provide this service) and most recently, for a significant project to replace wiring from the well to the house. They are my go-to shop and they have always been very responsive, go out of their way to help in emergencies, communicate options and costs openly and honestly, and provide excellent service.

We had a house built in 2014 and R&R installed the pressure tank. Four years later it was rusted and leaking. I called R&R they couldnt find the invoice. Luckily my builder had a copy. Once I produced it, they came out and exchanged the tank under warranty, no additional charges.

Picking up parts for work

First let me just say the plumbers who came out were professional and courteous I had no issues with them. I called the plumbers to come out, do to a shut off valve that I was told by a sprinkler company was bad. I dug a six foot whole down to valve, in the process of doing so our auto water troughs stopped working as well. Before the plumbers got to the house a thunderstorm knocked out the power and we are on well water. The plumbers where for maybe 20 min. They quickly realized the valve was not broken and didnt need to be replaced. The sprinkler guys where wrong and it controlled the water troughs. They told me theres another shut off valve buried but they couldnt do anything do to the power being out and they had no clue where the other valve was buried which I had no problem with I understood. I get a bill that just said service call $375, when I called to ask why it was so high the owner called me back who was very hostile and unprofessional. I told him I wouldnt pay almost $400 when nothing was done other than checking a valve that wasnt broken and opening a well cap. He then began to argue with me over the time that they were here. I told him I was speaking calmly to him and I would appreciate the same gesture. I will say by the end of the conversation he asked me what I thought would be a fair price. I told him I had other plumbers in the past who actually replaced parts that only cost me maybe 200. I suggested paying half of the bill for the plumbers time and then he got upset again and told me I didnt owe him anything and not to pay and hung up. I felt his attitude and hostility was unnecessary and unprofessional and after trying to reach a comprise given the situation for him to behave this way.

We had a pipe not properly installed and was leaking. Called R&R Pump to have them come fix it, they were there and had it fixed the same day. Highly recommend them.

I use this business for repair of my snow blower. They do what they tell me theyll do, their prices are reasonable, and they go the extra mile to make sure youre happy. I highly recommend them.

Tamer and his boys are awesome, they came on a weekend and replaced my pump so I would have water for Monday morning and than repaired the original problem . They are always prompt and do great work.

We just moved to Helena, and we bought a Husky snowblower and a Husky Automower from R&R. Their customer service was so good that we are currently work with them to redo some of the plumbing in our house. They are like old school business: local people that focus on good customer service.

Top of the line help and service!

Ive taken three things to these guys (snowblower and lawnmower x2)... I guess you can say Im the fool. The snowblower ran for about 2 minutes after I got home. The mower didnt even start the first time I brought it home after taking it in. I returned it--and to R&Rs credit--they took another shot at it. However, it still didnt run upon supposedly being fixed a second time. I took it to Sears and the tech there took pictures of the supposedly cleaned and retuned carb that showed it was absolutely full of black gunk. It had also be reassembled improperly. Sears had it running like a charm on the first try. Couple that with the looks you get when you approach the front desk like you just dragged the needle across a record at a party and Im not likely to return.
