Spieker Sprinklers did an amazing job with the whole process of my sprinkler system install. From Joe the owner all the way down to the install team that was at my house for 2 days. I couldnt be more impressed with how knowledgeable they are and how they answered all my questions. Not to mention how friendly every one was! When I had an issue with one of my valves, they were there the next day to fix it. I couldnt be more pleased, not only with the service, but the price was so reasonable! THANK YOU I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know!

This used to be a great company, but I would look elsewhere. Had issues at both my house and my mothers house. We were charged 95 dollars for flipping a switch and told to place flags in our yard for them to return (essentially doing their jobs for them).At my moms house, they tried to repair leaking sprinklers. Didn’t work because the tech only replaced parts of the sprinklers instead of the whole unit. We went to the company, talked to the owner and we’re told we could find the parts we need on Amazon. So the sprinklers are still leaking and we are looking for a good sprinkler company that will actually do their job.

I wish I could post zero stars b/c these guys have the WORST Customer service. They charged me extra for their turn-on service when all they did was flip a switch and press a few buttons on our system. They said they were at my house for over 40 minutes, but when I told them my security cameras would prove otherwise that is when they said they charge for drive time from the previous job. Which is crazy b/c I live in the city and I shouldnt be charged an extra $20 b/c the person before me lived 30 minutes from my house. We will NEVER call them again and I will tell everyone I know the same thing. Ive heard horror stories about this business before and now I believe 100% of them!

They are the best!

I’ve been trying to get a ahold of them for 3 weeks now. I had a good experience with them last year winterizing. Even though one of the guys chastised me for “waiting until the very last minute” the other one made up for it with great professionalism. I wanted to give them my business but, if you don’t even follow up with customers or fix your answering machine you’re losing that business.

They came to our house today and broke in to get access to our sprinkler controls when we were walking the dog. Very scary. They arrived much earlier than we were told they would arrive. My husband specifically told them he wanted to know when they would be here so he could be here when they were. When I phoned the owner to tell him about the experience, he didnt care and questioned the truthfulness of our experience, and was incredibly rude. The worst part was our teenager was home and was terribly frightened by a strange man entering our home. It was just terrible. There was a woman in front of our home arguing with one of the employees when we got home from walking the dog. He had just done the same thing to her at her home, and he was swearing at her. Very unprofessional.

Dont. Just dont work with these folks. They came to my property unscheduled and uninvited to do my winter flush out. I went with the flow and tried to be accommodating and let them in to do their work - they left a mess in my home and used my towels in an attempt to clean it up, without permission, and destroyed my towels, left every light in my home on, left all of the doors open to my home (I had a meeting and came back to find my house in this state, mind you), they also left the access to the water outside my property exposed and left all the gates to my property open (I have a puppy, so this was a horrible experience for me to come home and find). After all of that, they billed me for their unscheduled and uninvited visit. BILLED ME to come and wreck my property. Do yourself a favor and dont schedule these folks - they arent worth the trouble they cause.

Employee that came by my house very rude yelled at my wife. Dont use unless you want your door broke down and told you are lieing when you called to inform them how their employees are behaving!!!!!!!!!

Joe and his team are the standard bearers for the sprinkler and irrigation industry in Helena. Quality work, quality parts, and great people.
