Greg was so knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what he was going to do on both the garage door & the shop door. He did the parts change out & helped get some trim in place so the gasket could be changed. He serviced the openers. Everything seemed nice & tight. Service was great. The employee who provided the prices was able to patiently listen while I said what I thought I wanted. He then carefully explained the choices and found just what I needed. The installer was on time, efficient, able to clearly explained how to use the garage door opener after the install. He even went beyond the install to do some much-needed maintenance on the door rails. I hope to have them install a new garage door next summer.

The guys brought the door when they said they would.. They worked solidly and got everything installed and checked out. Made sure we knew what worked what. And they set up my in car opener - it was not easy, I guess.

Chuck was patient and methodical in determining the reason our door wouldnt open. He then fixed the problem.., a loose chain. He then lubed the door and it has never run better. We could not have asked for more.

We had trouble with our garage door not closing properly, and requested service. Chuck arrived as scheduled and immediately began the repair. He was able to reconnect the rubber strip to the door with great effort in about 1/2 hour. He then looked at our overhead motor and found some screws missing, so he readjusted the motor and replaced the screws.He also gave us some hints on keeping the rubber strip on the bottom of the door from sticking to the floor, and how to keep mice from getting in. Over all we were very grateful for his abilitys to fix our garage door, and for his tips. We would recommend his service to anyone.

I had to call them because I had a broken spring on my garage door and there was no way to open it, even manually. They had somebody out there within an hour and he had the door fixed within an hour of arriving.Over the course of living in the same house fifteen years, we’ve had to call upon them two or three times, including this most recent event. They have always been extremely professional, timely, and they know their stuff. There is a reason they’ve been around as long as they have.
