I would not recommend going to this pharmacy for prescriptions. Staff are rude! They will answer the phone and throw you on hold immediately. When asking questions they will immediately cut you off before you’ve finished your question. If the pharmacy does not have your RX in stock they will not call to inform you. If your insurance is no longer taken there and you have a RX to pick-up they will not call to inform you of recent changes. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and have been consistently receiving POOR SERVICE. The only reason I chose to go to this pharmacy is because it is conveniently located. I will be transferring my prescriptions as soon as possible!!! Please save yourself a wasted drive and stress and choose another pharmacy company altogether!

Great selection of products to choose from, very poor customer service. I usually drive an extra five minutes down the road to not come to this CVS.

This is my local cvs so i care about the image and maintenance. This store is still new and nice inside. Usually in and out without to much of a line . Now they have the self checkout kiosk which helps for speedy checkout. But its time you guys painted the parking spots outside again . Its time you call the police on the panhandling outside the door or hire someone to do this job. Its time you cleaned up your garbage outside.. the citizens are trying to raise the property value of hazel park living and attract a better crowd and its happening so join the community and take care of business you earn plenty of money with your location and the amount of foot traffic moving through so no excuses. Ill raise the stars and edit this post once you do what you need to to maintain your property.. after all you are my neighbor

The store was not terribly busy. The Woman that served me was so friendly and it was a very nice shopping experience.

Called about covid testing and the man i spoke to rudely rung up on me. I wasnt rude or anything. Very disappointed and will not ever go back

An absolute dump. Filthy carpet, damaged walls, trash-strewn parking lot and landscaping beds filled with dead plants and weeds. Rivals the HP Kroger - another total dump.

Clean store, most of the cashiers are nice. I do not like how I always get asked for money by people outside of the store (for bus fair)

Worst Pharmacy ever. Every time I need to get a prescription filled they mess it up and my doctors have to personally call them to make them read the entire script before they can even start to get it right. They are also some of the rudest people I have ever met when I ask a question about my prescription. Never go here.

Wish I could give 0 stars ! Pharmacist is so rude & they lie . Dropped off & went to pick up they never filled it after calling me an said it was ready . They act like they don’t want to be bothered . Won’t be back I’d rather deal with small company’s whom don’t treat their customers like that .

A very good place for shopping. You will get almost every brand here with a wide variety of range of everything. Very spacious neat and clean place. Good food court available such that you can spend your whole day easily without any worries.

They always treat me with respect and are helpful when it comes to things Im looking for around the store. They also fill my scripts fast. I love this location!

This store is really nice outside and inside. Its always clean and they always seem well stocked. I stop in here for random items from time to time. I really like that they are a 24 hour business. So when know one else is open I know where I can go for what I need.

This pharmacy, my God, it takes them sooo long to answer the phones especially when they FIRST open even! Like who wants to sit on the phone with a a kidney infection going on fever a huge migraine for 20 plus mins. Sorry but not sorry I dont feel like leaving the house to get an answer! They are super slow with filling prescriptions too. Unbelievable!

Always helpful when requested. Frequently slammed, but usually fast paced. Most at pharmacy are competent and polite, all are discrete. 24 Hrs is a life saver, and huge convenience.

I go to this CVS because it is within walking distance for me. I do not take pain medications like one of the other reviewers had written about, however, I have had miscounts on my medication. A few of the pharmacy workers are hard to understand but always seem willing to help. The front desk workers, on the other hand, never seem to have a smile for anyone and you get the feeling that they would much rather kick you to the curb, then help you.In short, I would much rather wait a little bit and cash out at the pharmacy... than get the cold shoulder at the front register.

Count your pills. I came here for a basic fill up of antibiotics which is usally 2 a day for 7 days however I am suppose to be on 3 a day for 7 days. They didnt read the prescription and I had gotten it filled on holiday so now I am home trying to get this fixed.

I went there for my appointment with Smile Direct Club and Leonardo Semma took care of me in a very professional and welcoming manner. I had a very great experience and Leonardo was able to explain a lot of things about the whole process and was willing to thoroughly answer all the questions I had and clear up a lot of the confusion I had. If youre looking for a better smile, dont hestitate to reach out to them over there because they are amazing.

I live closer to TWO other CVS locations, and i prefer going the extra mile to this one.

Ive only been once but I thought it was a very nice store. Bigger than the Ferndale location. Neraby traffic congestion is the only negative for me.

I get my perscriptions here because it is 24 hours. My work schedule does not allow me to be able to pick perscriptions up until really late. I liked this pharmacy but now they are no longer 24 hours which means I have now gone 2 days without my daily meds. Also, I will have to find a different pharmacy that will be open convenient hours. The closest one is twice the distance away from me from this one. I am not at all happy about the hour change. I now must take my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service from Lisa with blonde hair today. Made an exchange on a vitamin product with no seal purchased last night. I walked in to grab the newer product, I checked other vitamins on the shelf to see if they had a seal as well and some did not. I brought one to the register so that they would be aware of the products. She was loud and rude out of no where saying Ok. Do you have a receipt? I showed her. She replied, next time bring it in a bag because this looks real cosher. You cant just walk in with vitamins with no bag and bring up another one. Maam selling products with no seal is real cosher. I just opened the product on the way home from work to take the vitamin and noticed it, then stopped at the CVS to exchange it, therefore I did not have a random bag on hand. After sitting in the parking lot shocked by her service, I decided to go back and return the newer vitamin..in a cvs bag. I walked in and said heres a bag, now Id like to return it. Like Just give me my money back altogether now. Had product been cosher I would not have had to make the trip at all. She was much kinder now that her manager was working the register next to her.

Pick a different CVS or somewhere else to go! Seriously! My husband biked here today and was asked to leave his backpack at the front of the store (where anyone could have walked by and stolen it). Ive visited this CVS many times and never seen anyone be asked to do anything like this. Frankly, the contents of the backpack (electronics etc.) were by far more expensive than anything that the store offers for purchase. Bad move, CVS. Youve definitely lost some customers.

Worst Pharmacy ever. Ed the pharmacist is rude and disrespectful. Drove to this location because of the 24hr pharmacy. I was told I wasnt in the system, but some how he knew I went to the Eastpoint location. This is after the doctors office called twice to ensure it would be filled. So had to wait till the morning and my local cvs filled it with no issues.

Basicly the only chain drug store in Hazel Park so its always crowded. I prefer to drive to the next city with a drug store.

One of the worst CVS ever. There can only be two people waiting in line, and your guaranteed to wait at least 10 minutes because the cashiers are mostly all plain stupid. Hire some smarter people CVS. At least ones with a Green Card or a GED.
