I had multiple bad experiences at the 31st and the Pawnee locations so i drove to Haysville on a last chance try before switching phone services.. It was like night and day!! Great service and really nice people! I even added a line and im pretty happy about it. I will only be going to this location from now on.

Not friendly. Manager was rude. My moms screen protector fell off within 24 hours and was told to bring it back in if she had any issues when she brought it back in the manager told her he wouldnt replace it and it wasnt his problem.

They were very helpful in getting a new tablet.

Charles was so helpful and a joy to be around. He helped me find the right phone for me and he was dead on. I love this phone and will go see Charles from time to time.
