I drove 1400 miles one way to purchase this 40k horse trailer from Raupe sales in Haysville Kansas which I was told everything worked on except for a charging problem which they had already fixed. 800 miles into my trip I received a phone call from the son saying the genset would not start and if I wanted to change my mind I could. I toldd him we could figure out whats wrong when I got there. Turns out he totally misrepresented the trailer. The charging problem still was not working along with numerous other things. When I asked questions he just got nasty and said hes been here before. I asked him to please work with me to fix the problems so I could close the deal and i was told to either buy it or walk away and someone else would. I have NEVER been treated so wrong in all my 40 years of business. Note, His father who started the business 40 years ago was a total gentlemen and his wife was very sweet. Some where it did not pass down to him. Please hold this family in your prayers! They will need it. Yall know about that karma thing. God Bless

Dustin Raupe at Raupe trailer sales is very kind and provided great service to two trailers I took to him. Definitely will be using this business as needed in the future.

Was looking at one of the trailers he had. Asked if the trailer was in good shape and if there was anything wrong with it. Told me that they have gone over the trailer and everything was good. Asked about the tires were told they were 60%. Sent him $500 deposit on the trailer. Drove over 7 hours to do a trailer swap plus boot from us. Got there and the bathroom floor was rotted out if you would have sat down on the toilet you might have fallen through. Another thing the flooring had been replaced in the trailer because you could see around the ledge where the old floor was. Then the tires were only 20%. Since we were not told of the floor didn’t want to take the chance of more things being wrong with it. So we lost our $500.

Just purchased a truck from Raupe. Very kind and sincere family owned company. We came from Stillwater and the owner was kind enough to stay open late for us. Highly recommended from our family. God bless!

I cant say much never made it in time to meet the people there but inquired about a truck there an they didnt say much about it so I took it upon myself to go look at it after hours seeing as how it was on the lot an I am glad I did the vehicle had been repainted an was not a very good job i guess i prefer upfront honesty about things but you never know until you really look at things not saying anything bad about these people just saying been to know that before i drive to look at it
