Made an appointment to have my 2013 Kia windshield replaced. Had an appointment set up for Sept 24, 2021NO employee showed up or called..Got the run around from receptionist that he would show up but NEVER did... called SEVERAL times on Friday & Monday only to NOT have them answer my call.. I call from different phone #s and they would answer and tell me someone would call me back, but NO one ever did!!!! . So basically they’re avoiding my calls on purpose!!! If you couldn’t perform the job as promised then why would you would even commit & schedule me an appointment? Very UNPROFESSIONALNO customer service skills at all & VERY disappointing they would treat “new customers” like that!!!Very rude!!! I can only imagine how “good” their services actually are!! You should be ashamed of yourselves... VERY SHADY business!!!! I will stay clear of their shady “business establishment”

Go somewhere else dont waste your time with them. I took my truck in for rear window replace and fix the small dent on the frame by the rear window they got it fixed, but leave looks like mass up paint or scratch on the other side of the frame when I confront them with the issue he said it was there when I dropped off the truck, I show him the picture of the rear window of my truck. The picture did not have any scratch or damage paint on them, but he still said the damage was there when I dropped it off, so he did not fix it. Go somewhere else.

Twice now on two different days Ive gone there during their posted open hours and their door was locked and nobody was there. Dont bother wasting your time with this business. They also dont care about answering their phone.

I can not say enough GOOD about this company! My vehicle was older and unable to drive, John came to my house and gave me a quote. I needed to keep my costs down, was honest with them about what I had and my expectations. Whoohooooooo, they did exactly what I wanted. They quoted me worst case senenaro and when it was all said and done, it cost about half what they quoted. They treated my ol gal like it was their own. This type of mom and pop shop is hard to come by these days. I really appreciate them!

The people that run this company have horrible customer service. They will never return phone calls, do poor work, lie about things, arent there when they say they will be, and will try to cheat you out of youre money.

Well you call their phone number and no one answers. Then their website doesnt work to submit an estimate of what you need.

If you care about punctuality this is not the place for you. They say they open at 8:00, but the two times Ive gone (they knew I was coming both times) they were late and not a little late, a lot late.

Theyve replaced 2 windshields and done 2 detail jobs for me! They really take care of their customers and the dogs in the lobby are adorable.
