Needed a covid test on Friday. Called the week prior to figure out when to be tested so the results would be within the 3 day window required. Got tested Wednesday before noon so the test could be FedExd that same day. Walgreens did not get the test sent out. No results on the Friday I needed them costing me to miss an event I spent several hundred dollars on. No help at all from the store in tracking down the results. No more business for Walgreens.

Very nice friendly staff they sell a little bit of everything. And if you sign up for their Walgreens card it will save you big time. Our total was 31.00 until we signed up then I price dropped to 19.00.

I recently had a covid 19 test done on a monday that i needed back by thursday for a out of state surgery on friday. The lady assured me it would be sent out that monday and be back in 48 hours, way in time for the surgery. Here it is, wensday evening and no results. I called and another girl said oh it was sent out today so it will take 2 days. I told her thats not what the lady told me monday. And if i didnt have my results thursday, i will loose my surgery and my 6200.00 and the girl said oh well i dont know what else to say...thanks walgreens of hays kansas...yall just cost me to loose 6200.00!!!!!!

The staff are friendly & helpful IF youre in the store. Other then that you are out of luck trying to get through the lousy phone system that Walgreens insist on keeping even though 9 times out of 10 it misdirects you. Drove all the way into Hays to pick up meds for my mother only to find a sign saying no pharmacist on duty. To avoid another waisted drive, I tried calling to see if it was open and as usual had to deal with that STUPID system. Im having my mothers meds done somewhere else.

I have to admit I thought this wouldnt be a nice Walgreens but I was pleasantly surprised. Its big and open and has everything. Good place to grab a snack or drink

Printed hundreds of photos at their photo center, and they turned out wonderfully! They were doing a 40% off sale on photos, so each print was only 12 cents which made the printing more affordable!

Constantly have problems with this pharmacy. Ive gotten prescriptions that are missing doses and when I say something they dont do anything to help fix it I will also submit a refill request that is already doctor authorized two days before I will be in to pick it up. Get there to pick it up and they still dont have it ready. I get informed that theyre still working on it but both the walgreens app and their text service advised me the day before that it was already ready to be picked up. If it was just once or maybe twice I could get over it. But this is a constant thing.

Walgreens needs to stop selling cigarettes! That BULLSHIT about happy and healthy is just that. BULLSHIT. What pharmacy would ever sell cancer sticks if it were committed to keeping people healthy? Great store, other than the disgusting cigarettes.

I wanted to let everyone know I had wonderful service at the Photo department at the Walgreens at Hays. The workers were very helpful and what I ordered turned out really great!!! Would recommend this to anyone who wants great service!!!!
