This is more of a warehouse / stockroom for the on-line store. The employee that helped me when I showed up didnt have a great knowledge of their products or stock, but is probably more helpful over the phone, where he could look information up for you on-line. Bottom line: Dont physically go here -- use their on-line store instead, and call with questions.
