I was just trying to get more info on my refill and the pharmacist was quickly trying to get me off the phone I didn’t appreciate it. CVS pharmacist should have better customer service.
Worse customer service ever miss guided me to a different CVS pharmacy saying they have my medicine available cz i needed urgent due to my health. CVS needs serious attention to their customer service.Not all but most people working in pharmacy department are not there to make your customers loyal.This is a very concerning situation, people come to you for bznz i dont pick up free medication, i pay for it and i really appreciate some respect as a customer.
Thank you to the lovely pick up counter person. So my PCP sent over the prescription and I spent 4 hours checking on the phone to see if the prescription was ready. It was not. Finally I decide to go to the pharmacy and the lovely person at the pick up counter says give me a few minutes. I do. Over 25 mins later and after several times that the person at the counter goes to inquire do I finally get my prescription. I should note I had 2 to pick up they had completed one and we were waiting for the second. Another customer had come to the drop off counter and picked up her prescriptions before mine were ready. Also the male pharmacist needs to put his mask above his nose and mouth! What’s the point if you’re not going to have it cover your nose?!
Im a type 1 diabetic and needed syringes to take my insulin to live. The worker pull my info a saw that previous doctor prescriptions for insulin, but refuse to sell me syringes without a prescription. I never had to have a prescription for syringes or test strips
Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too, came to pick up some prenatal pills for my wife and they said it would be only 10 minutes. Instead it was over an hour so yourself a favor and hire a new competent pharmacist
As at all CVS locations, the line never moves quickly. If youre looking for general store stuff, Ralphs is almost next door in one direction at about the same price point and much faster service. Three 99 cent store the other direction had better settle ton at a much better price, with similarly long checkout times.
Went in to the store yesterday, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I saw a new employee named Fatima had great customer service. Walked me through the item I needed. Everything was great!! Keep it up!
Initially it appeared that the experience was going to be totally terrible. It appeared that as staff made contact with me they immediately turned or dropped their heads as it to ignore me. I waited and observed the interactions between the staff and other customers being served. I observed that two of the younger employees were very engaging with the customers and they spoke to them in their language. Finally it was my turn. I approached the counter and being very conscious to be cautious, polite and professions submitted my request for pick up. There was never a connection with the clerk (Latina). She never looked up and walked away to seek help (my assumption/giving her the benefit of the doubt) without saying anything to me. An older employee came over and was VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. She explained everything to me, while taking care of her customer (multi tasked) and made my visit much more pleasant. The lady that appeared to be older, is a gem as a matter of fact because of her I am giving this visit 4 stars. My visit was between 6:40 pm and 7:20 pm. on a Thursday.

The manager and general store are awesome, very friendly and lots of variety. The pharmacy on the other hand are very rude and Ive been there several times, I just dont understand why EVERYONE that works back there is like that. I wish I could say it was just a certain person...but three that Ive seen have been so curt to customers standing there. My review...the main store is absolutely great & youll go back, but if you can go to another pharmacy!
Went in today and was greeted so nicely from an employee ( Sarah ) she was vary helpful and directed me in the direction I needed , glade to see we have ppl who still have amazing customer service
The pharmacy is so slow. They will make you go back and forth to pick up and drop off even if you call in for your med. Theyre not even professional at all. They need to take out the ladies that dont know nothing about med. They waste too much time talking. I prefer the CVS from Crenshaw and Imperial. Theyre much faster.

This cvs while close and convenient, well the pharmacy is lack there of . I mean when a doctor gives a person a prescription for any reason, then they should fill it . Doesn’t matter how many months it has been u can’t go against a doctor request no matter what the insurance is if it’s from the state or not . Now my boyfriend who is very anxious and having issues now will be anxious all weekend due to the staff there and now can only get a refill next week . Do u not go to this location if u expect immediate prescription that day cause they won’t do it . They aren’t the ones losing sleep all weekend or anxiety issues, then work the next week !!!

Bad service no one greets or quick assists you for your visit and then after 10 minutes or so theyre like thats the other line. And it was the same with the 3 assistants working there. Theres always something wrong here. I Just come here for the wife.
Customer service is horrible. Cashiers in the front area are very rude, they have a bad attitude. I rather drive to a different location to get a better service. There is always a long wait to fill and pick up prescriptions.
It had the medication I needed in stock fully.
You can boost liquor here. Theres no loss prevention. I see peopke walk out with bottles everyfime I am in there. They dont sell ciggs

I went into the cvs store on 8/6/17 around 430pm and could not find someone on the floor to help me get an alarm clock . I waited in line for a long time. The cashier called someone to help , and the guy that helped me didnt say anything just walked to the section where the alarm clock was and said which one do you want. I got the alarm clock but my sister wanted one that had a radio so we went back to section with the alarm clocks and the same guy came up to help us. He gave us this look like he was annoyed with our presence. Said nothing to us , we told him the one we wanted , he walked up to the cashier station and gave the alarm clock to the cashier and said nothing to us, just walked away. Waited in line again for a while and then the cashier didnt greet us , just asked for cvs card. No hello, thank you , nothing . These guys from cvs need to take some customer service classes. I will not come to this cvs again , I rather drive a block down to Walgreens .
People at pharmacy dont know what they are doing.... Very frustrating!
The snacks and most products here only caters to a certain variety of customers. Lots of the snacks products had pork as a derivative. No sunchips. No one to help on the flood for where to look for what was needed...and boy they sure are $$$ pricey here.
