My first experience here! Let me start by giving the shop owner a HUGE THANK YOU! The woman that helped me was so nice, helpful, and worth every penny I had. My mother and I traveled to LA from SJ to choose my bridal dress and wanted to decorate our hotel to commemorate the day. Stupid Corporate Dollar Tree refused to blow up by balloons (even though they were purchased there) and the baggage girl was so ghetto and rude I wanted to punch her. “You can call my manager” is a no for me. How about I take my business elsewhere! Which is exactly what I did and I am thankful every day I stopped in D&A Party store and received actual customer service. Professional service. You made my bridal moment come true. I will be back here again. This shop has a special place in my heart now.

I had the worst experience ever when it came to renting party supplies from this place. I confirmed everything I wanted with the owner (Lupe) and I was very specific I wanted a tent closed all the way. The day they showed up to set everything up the gentleman told me you only want the top cover right? I said no I told the lady Lupe everything closed. Omg after that both gentleman were super rude but specifically the one with a black shirt. Using profanity and extremely rude comments while setting up the tent. I was extremely uncomfortable and to top it off both gentlemans were extremely old that I felt so bad I had to send my nephew to help them. They had such a hard time setting the tent up it almost seem it was the first time doing it. I figured if you are charging $30 delivery to Inglewood I was hoping I was getting better service especially just being 5 minutes away from the rental place. After all the stress I went through they didn’t end up the doing the job correctly and had they had to come back the next day to set it up. It was so horrible that my parents decided not even to use the other stuff we had rented from them. Today when they stopped by to pick up the items the owner noticed we didn’t use anything from what we rented from them and didn’t even offer a discount after I had even told her how disrespectful her staff was.

Fantastic party supply rental location. The staff is great to work with and the pricing are reasonable. I rent from this location every time I have a party and need extras for the celebration.

The people were friendly, the prices were fair. I was renting a table and 8 chairs. I was surprised when no one came out and helped me put the table and chairs in my car. Thumbs down for customer service.

Horrible service full of lies. Over priced and charged hidden $20 delivery and hidden taxes. Very unsatisfied with the service. When I asked for a receipt took them awhile to bring it to me and even then their prices they had did not add up to the total my credit card was charged for. Negative negative thumbs down 👎👎👎

Expensive and they charge a delivery fee to deliver locally. Went to a place further, saved money and got free delivery and pickup

The lady was friendly to those who spoke Spanish. Her service towards me was rude, unfriendly and unpleasant. I wouldve gone somewhere else but I was pressed for time.

Very good services
