I have been buying cars from M &P for over 10 years. From the moment I walked in this place, I knew it was no ordinary dealership. I remember being there a few times during lunch and they brought me lunch of my choice. The ENTIRE STAFF is very friendly and helpful. From the receptionist at the front desk, Finance, salesmens to the detailers that prep the car for delivery. Everyone there seem to like their jobs just from their friendly and warm welcome.I went into this dealership after being denied credit due to a few mistakes I made that affected my credit score at the time. M &P didnt hold that against me nor did I felt judge based on my credit score. These great people gave me the opportunity not only to assist me with getting a car but one that I wanted. This experience I will never forget because not knowing me they gave me a chance and I appreciate them more than ever. As a result 10 plus years and Im still buying cars from M & P and look forward to many many more. I bought my Mercedes from M&P 10 years ago and I have no problem with the car sales portion of the business. However, their car repair/mechanic is another story. I had my car towed there because it wouldnt start. Well, that was my first mistake. My car was towed there on Thursday, 7/19. They werent able to look at it. Called Friday 7/20 and the only mechanic who could do the diagnosis went to a seminar. Im all for professional development but the only person who can do a diagnosis cant go to seminars when customers need their vehicle. I didnt hear anything on Saturday. On Monday I called and I was told that they couldnt look at it because of the weather. I was told that if they were able to eventually do the diagnosis that day, it would take until the following Monday (7/30) for me to get my car back. I dont even live in the state of NJ but even if I did, who can afford to not have their car for 11 days? Really? They do not have the staff. I towed my car from M&P to Prestige and got my car back in 1 1/2 days because I only needed my key replaced. I wasted 4 days just waiting. I would have preferred being told they were booked because obviously they couldnt get to my in a timely manner.

From the first moment me and my husband walked into this dealership we were treated as if we were the only customers they have, we receive the VIP experience from the beginning to the end. Everyone was courteous and professional there was no glitches or hiccups. We chose the Mercedes-Benz ML550 and within 5 days later we were picking it up and closing the deal. From the beginning to the end we had the best TLC. What they say they mean and what they give is 150% to assure you are happy and satisfied.I highly recommend this dealership to everyone whos looking and for those who needs someone to be very patient with them.

Buying a used car can be uneasy. I had the chance to work with Eric who made it an easy and pleasant process. Coming from another state, Eric was patient and ready to help. He had the car ready to be inspected and went to the length of having the car put on a lift so that I could look underneath the car to help insure that the car was indeed in good condition. Unlike many new car dealers, Eric maintained contact even after the sale was complete. His customer service skills are top notch. He even checked on us to make sure we had made back ok to our home state. I would recommend working with Eric if you guys see a car you like at M and P! Lisa was also very helpful and made the registration process streamlined. Even with bad weather and holidays, Lisa was able to help get the permanent tags and title on time before the temporary tags had expired. Lisa was very good at maintaining contact to keep us up to date on where the registration process was. For an out of state buyer, the process was pleasant. Thanks guys for your help!

My husband and I went there today and eventhough they were closing and all the sales men were gone a young lady that was there (sorry I forgot her name, she was tall, dark skin), she was very helpful. Crooks, Id give them zero stars if I could. I provided them with the wheel bearing assembly they changed that and said I needed some type of bushing link changed. Well today my wheel was making funny noises took out my wheel and they never changed that bushing link. They gave my dad the parts they replaced, clearly has not been changed.Edit: some back story my father has been dealing with Freddy a mechanic of his for over 2 decades. I guess Freddy quit or moved here. Brought my car here for service.

This place is Amazing.. words can’t describe how happy I am with the service I’ve received at this dealership. They have great used cars in amazing condition. I was in a terrible loan situation and these guys help me get out of it and into something 100x better and cheaper than what I was paying for. Nico & the owner at their 2nd lot in Lodi was extremely respectful and treated my family like family of their own. And that goes a long ways. Especially in sales. They never pressured me or gave me options that I couldn’t afford. They was willing to work with me and keep pushing to make a deal work. Purchased a car with them a few years ago and it was recently totaled. I called them in a few days after the accident requesting my GAP information and they advised that I didn’t have GAP coverage, so I began to pay the remaining balance on my vehicle. I recently found paperwork stating that I did have GAP coverage and they basically LIED to me. I called in and an associate took my information and stated that she would call me back with an update. Seconds later I receive a call from CAROL the manager of finance at M & P who was was literally yelling, extremely rude and constantly talked over me instead of assisting me. If I purchased a car from YOUR company and purchased GAP through YOUR company how could you LIE and say I didn’t have a certain coverage when I literally have the paperwork !? I called the GAP coverage company directly and they told me that M & P never filed a claim with them regarding my totaled vehicle, wow !

Dealing with certain people at M & P can be a challenge! Carol, head manager of finance, is extremely rude, talks over you, & even MOCKS YOU. Christina, one of the receptionist I am guessing, by far has the nastiest attitude. Customer service sucks !! To say the least, I will never refer anyone there. Invest your money elsewhere!
