Youre shocked when you get the bill because its far less than anticipated. Ive had many good mechanics and service centers in my 50+ years of driving and in all honesty this is the best.

Great service and excellent mechanics!!! I’ve been coming here for years and they always take care of my vehicles. Oil changes, tires and transmission, from my wife’s car to my work trucks I’ve never been disappointed with their service. Even some of my friends and family members have visited here they say the same thing.

This place is a Godsend. I cannot tell you how pleased I am by their determination, honesty, and customer service. My car had a check engine light and many codes were coming up, but instead of taking my money (a lot of it..) without getting to the root of the problem they went above and beyond to solve it and that they did!!! I was getting ready to take a road trip with my children when the check engine light came on in my car. Not wanting to take chances, I called Hawthorne auto lab, thinking they might be booked and unable to help, but wanting to go with them if possible as theyve always been so great to me and my family. To my delight, they had me bring my car in right then, diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. We took our trip worry free and are so grateful! We wont be using any other auto shops :)

Well, Ive been using these guys for almost 15 yrs now, well before they moved to their current location. The owner Don is a great guy that you can trust to take care of your cars. They have maintained both our Land Rover Discovery and Mazda Miata exclusively and I can honestly say that both vehicles are in tip top shape thanks to them. Work is great, staff is professional and prices are fair!
