My car was recently rear-ended while parked outside my house and needed the bumper replaced. Precision Auto Body was one of the shops listed by the Insurance Co., and after checking them out online I decided to take my car in for an initial assessment / quote.The owner / manager, Hovik, was super friendly and professional; after looking over the car and photographing the damage he assured me that the repair was straightforward but he wouldn’t know for sure until he took the bumper off and saw the extent of the damage underneath.He emailed the photos and his initial estimate to the insurance co. while we chatted, I then asked him for a separate personal quote to repair the paintwork on the roof and trunk-lid that had some nasty sun-damage; Hovik gave me a price that I thought was fair and we agreed to the work with a handshake.A little over a week later I picked up my car and was amazed at what I saw; Hovik had promised “You’re gonna have a new car!” and he wasn’t kidding!!!Walking around the car you would never guess it had been hit from behind; the car is 5yrs old and the paintwork on the roof and trunk-lid is perfectly matched! Not only that but Hovik and his team had also repaired a number of scrapes and dings, including a large scratch on the passenger side air dam, and fully detailed the car inside and out! It looks as if it’s just been driven off the dealer forecourt, in fact when I got to the office somebody asked if I was driving a new car! LOL!Hovik and his team did a spectacular job and it’s ridiculously easy to give them my highest recommendation! If you’re in the area and you need a body / paint shop, don’t waste your time digging through zillions of reviews online, just get yourself over to Precision Auto Body on Rosecrans, Hovik will take care of you and your vehicle; you won’t be sorry!!!
