I recently had an accident that required some body work for my front bumper/fender. My insurance company gave me a list of preferred vendors to take my car into for the work and I selected Fix based on customer reviews. I can see why they were rated so highly. Their staff was transparent about costs/timing from the first minute and my representative Henry walked me through all the work they needed to do. When hey returned my car, it honestly looked better than before the accident. The parts were immaculate and the paint job pristine. Add into everything the fact they work seamless with Enterprise for rental cars making whats typically a stressful situation incredibly easy. I cant imagine Ill ever use any other shop again. The first time we brought in my husbands vehicle after pickup we noticed that the drivers side electrical for his seat did not work only after getting work done here. Now this time he went to pickup his car only to have to leave the car longer because they did not fix his grill that was on the claim and on top of that his power steering is not working again only after dropping it off for repair. It is all electrical, and they still left scratches on the vehicle that were part of the claim.

Dont take your car to them, whatever they fix , will never be close to perfect. They dont know how to put a bumper back properly and they will leave chip marks. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

My experience here was extremely easy, from setting up an appointment, dropping off my car, leaving with a rental, and picking up my car 11 days later. I did not know what i would be entering into fix auto collision until first I was met at the front desk with three beautiful professional women who sure me of my car would be fine and on time as was said to me. i am grateful very grateful for the comfort and question they apply with every conversation I had with them. they assure me a person name Mr.Henry a modest person would take care of my car and he did clean it very well may I add.but he was the one who call and call as well three professional at the front desk did as well to assure my car would be ready when the date was near.in the end I am very please with my results of my 2018 honda accord touring 2.0 thank you to the whole staff of Fix auto collision ✊🏿

Front desk, at all time, was very professional. Very clean environment. George who handled my auto service, listened very well to my concerns, details expected, and executed to my expectations. He and his staff informed me, through call and via text, when my parts were in, timing of production, and when it was done. I’ve never had that experience in any auto shop. And I can say that was a great concept of affirmation to their work, and that I appreciate my car was in good hands! George was very patient with me every time I called. Fix Auto provided me with a great rent a car, and were quick and professional with customer service. Gave me a call back maybe a few days later to let me know my car would be repaired within a week, which was quicker than Ive expected....When they returned my vehicle, it looked so new that I didnt believe it was mine. I would recommend this place to anyone who unfortunately happens to be in an accident.

I found this shop thru my insurance and saw that it had good reviews. I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. I go in today and was very disappointed with their service. My wheel plate was still scratched and was told to come back in 2 days to have that fixed. Also, as I walked around my car noticed a lot of little scratches and thin hairs all over my car which my car did not have. The employee said they were going to buff my car.

Wesley was extremely professional and kept his word as to when my car would be ready. And as promised they delivered my car back to me in perfect condition. Good well done. Extremely satisfied.
