Michaels is located inside a strip all, plenty of parking!PRO TIP;1. Take a shopping list with you so you are not reacting on impulsive buys...2. Set an alarm for the exact time you NEED to be there, follow your shopping list ..3. Check online for comparison prices and follow that instead of the automatic thoughts of, I need it now, unless you really do.The store is HUGE so grab a shopping cart or basket and start with the above suggestions first. Michaels has so many sales it will have your head spinning!

Big box store that has a large selection, but doesn’t have the appeal of a real art supply store. Might be a good place to go in a pinch, but a lot of shelf space is taken up by plastic toys, candy and “paint” for paint guns and kids slime. And so many plastic flowers! But no crepe paper? So much Cricut supplies… but no selection of large mat board? I’m going to have nightmares about rows and rows of plastic flowers…

You can find just about anything in this place. Very clean and well organized for a place having so many small crafting items. Great job!

The worst only because the ladies restroom was disgusting. With 2 stalls, the 1st 1 had splattered feces all over toilet and clearly not cleaned according to the cleaning chart on the door. Do better

The people that work here are so sweet and they really know how to make the line move fast no matter how long it is. Also, they always remember to ask you to put in your phone number for the rewards. Every time I go here its such a positive experience! 🙂

It was very confusing shopping today, since the entire store had been restructured. I could not find anything.

It very well stocked but all the associates that I saw around the store were talking about how bad it get in x-mas and what vaccine they were going to chose. Pretty much I had to hunt for all the stuff I need. Oh Google helped a lot.

Not sure why, but this particular store seems like it has way more to offer than normal Michaels stores. We found everything we wanted and more. Signage was helpful and made it easy to find things. The price scanners were great because there were a few items that had no prices. Well stocked, lots of inventory, reasonable prices, lots of clearance items, friendly staff, and always nice to be able to use some coupons!Is this wasnt so far from home wed go again, but we have Michaels closer to us.

I found the weight yarn needed in various colors. A large selection to choose from.

Best place on earth to be when you have any crafting needs. Customer Service is always top notch here and they definitely take CoVid-19 regulations seriously, which is always going to be a Huge plus for my Family and I; until this is all over. Keep up the great work guys!

Im an artsy type half the time these days. Especially since Covid 19 has me saving money by redesigning my old clothes. What you cant find in store youre sure to find online. Come on, you dont know about Michaels? I bought this fantastic mini fountain, for office desk... $10 and it makes me feel like Im outdoors... Its the little things right. 😊

Only one register was open! And it was a very along line! Also none of the Kaboom items was in stock! I left and it was a waste of time.

I go to a bunch of hobby stores but Im so excited to finally find one that has cosplay supplies like worbla and foam. This location isnt always super stocked but they do have a different selection.

This store is always clean organized the associates alway great me as i come into the store. Clean carts provided. But the restrooms need a little more attention.

They are getting much better. Still hard to find somebody in the store when you have a question. Super friendly cashiers!

The Hawthorne location is always respectful, and the workers always try to find you deals.

Great store. These are a couple of great things I have bought throughout the years; school drawing books, paint, dog customs, beads, stickers, candles, ribbons, baking supplies, house decorations, yarn, picture frames, artificial flowers, and so much more.

I didnt get his name, but the cashier, an older guy, was very personable and engaging. Kudos to him for the good customer service.

Whatever youre looking for in holiday decor you will find it. TIP: Shop early before the holiday or event to make sure inventory is in stock. You will find staff helpful.

I’m not sure if this is a company wide problem but I ordered a couple of items for in store pick up today at Michaels and it was more difficult than it needed to be entirely. One of the items for my order the store did not have so I picked something to exchange it for and I was told by the manager that the employees could be terminated for simply changing an item . I was not notified at all that the item was not available at this store and the transaction was processed with no receipt. I also had to pick up 2 out of my 5 small items which basically defeats the purpose of pick up. The whole experience was really dismissive and I’ve worked in store pick up before So I’m not sure why Michaels doesn’t Have a better system for in store pick up in 2021.I’m just not understanding why my order had to be cancelled after it was already paid for and Why the system online couldn’t simply tell me that the item wasnt available.

Great store, I truly love. However sadly my only problem which is understandable they dont ALLOW ANYONE TO USE THERE RESTROOMS. FOR THERE SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS.YOU MUST BE QUICK, IN &OUT OR YOUR OUT OF LUCK.So hopefully use the restroom before shopping or wait until after you have completed your shopping.

Tried to order on their website. Ordered 8items and they came 1 or 2 at a time. One item short. 1 month, 4 calls, 3 chat sessions, 2 unexplained order cancellations and still not done with order. They did offer a refund but I am so done with this I dont care to stay on the phone to get my money back. Keep it.

Over abundance of crafts, yarns, paints even summer backyard accents. If you know what youre looking for, this is the place to get it (for the most part) and when stuffs on sale or clearance, you can really score some deals.

Picture framing was ok, but I had to return the frame due to the print not being flat. Alfredo was very helpful though, and has resolved the situation. The merchandise register lines were very slow. A long line and only 2 registers open.

I signed up for an art class with my grandson.Sign up for rewards..helps with cost..They are a bit pricey so use coupons the give out every week.Even the not so crafty can take classes for fun.

Always have whatever my gf needs for any of her Martha Stewart projects. The clearance section could be a little more organized and the prices could match those on Amazon a little better but when In a pinch its good to have Michaels to grab the stuff you need, when you need it.

Great selection on arts and crafts, from holiday items to yarn, crochet hooks, knitting needles, silk flowers, ribbons, baking supplies, picture frames photo albums, scrap books, household decorations. They also carry glitter glue, stickers, scissors and so much more. Store is well stocked and organized. I was looking for a latch hook tool also known as a basic rug hook used for rug making and they dont carry them. I would encourage the store to carry them. Great service!

Ordered for same day pickup. Drove to the store 7 hours later for pickup and after 30 mins on hold they said it wasnt ready and wouldnt be ready before close. So what is same day pickup then?

Went here looking for Vallejo paints. Only had Testors brand and almost all of them where Enamel Paints. They only had 2 mini sets of acrylic. Extra star for the very nice gentleman running the register.

Get creative! Has lots of stuff for painting, school & craft projects, decorating house/cakes/events like weddings, scrapbooking, jewelry making, and some things for crocheting and knitting. Staff all very friendly and very knowledgeable.
