This place is awesome great staff the one that stuck out to me the most was Jessie. The reason why is he is just a very nice guy I felt more comfortable going up to him when I had a question. Upgraded the locks to the ones you can control via their app! Which is awesome because you no longer have to hang half of your body out the drivers side window while simultaneously keeping one hand on the wheel and your phone that has the code youre trying to punch into the keypad while keeping your foot on the brake, because why put your car in park when it shouldnt take *that* long, you think?Anyways, kudos to the new locks! My inability to stretch like that anymore thanks you!

Nobody wants to have storage and an extra bill each month but at least the staff at this Extra Space storage help make it as painless as possible. Theyre friendly and pleasant. I was a bit frustrated because for some reason this month I wasnt able to pay online due to a glitch or something, maybe because of the holiday.

I got a storage space on Christmas Eve and Diamond was such a great help! He was patient with my questions and honored the web rate of our reservation! Excellent customer service, I would like to add extra stars!

This was my first time renting a storage unit and Ever made it a smooth and comfortable process! She explained the breakdown cost of everything, gave me multiple unit options, and was transparent about providing the best deal possible considering I needed the until for just one month. Because of this pandemic, tours of the different units aren’t being offered. But I listed all the things I would be moving in and Ever made the decision for which unit would be best for all my belongings. The access to the units here are great, the unit was spacious, and the time I went to drop off things, there weren’t a lot of people around. It was hassle-free. I put my completely trust in Ever and it was definitely the right decision!

The staff here are great. The Manager and team does an excellent job maintaining the property.

Staff was friendly and efficient while setting up the details for my unit. There was no contact needed and my unit was clean and the facility is clean. I have other family members who have stored here too so they get extra points for treating my family well too. I recommend storing here for the affordable pricing, great space and awesome staff.

Decent prices for a decent venue. Would like to see alarms installed in each storage room, so if you dont access your special code at the entrance, your unit would sound off if opened.

Jesse and Elena are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. I have used this location many times over the last 10 years and have always been satisfied.I have looked at tho other locations near us, but they are not as friendly and I did not get a good feeling vibe.I have no worries and feel my treasures are always safe.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Extra Space Storage in Hawaiian Gardens. I have rented 3 units so far and each experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is courteous, professional and friendly. Especially Elena the assistant manager she is awesome! If I have any questions or concerns they take the time to address them. The facility is clean and well organized. I love that I never have a problem finding a cart. I know that sounds like such a minor thing but when you have lots of items to take to your unit and there are no carts available it can be very frustrating. Parking is a non-issue. Neighborhood can be a little sketchy at times but the facility itself is very safe. I have never experienced a problem with anyone. Rates are better than other places. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a safe, clean and economical place to store your items. Support a business that appreciates your business.

Extra Space Storage has wonderfully helpful staff & great rates that are quite affordable; they have online deals & walk-in deals. They have deals to offer because they want your business!You supply your own lock. They sell all sorts of moving & storage supplies!Its a nice, little local storage place. You drive in, keypad is by the palm trees to punch in your personal code to let yourself in, park, do your business (load &/or unload), drive around to other keyoad to punch in your personal code to let yourself out. Easy!

This place is really great. 5 stars for choice of discount web rate or first month free. Clean and lockers are new. Smallest unit will surprise you if you stack it correctly.
