This is a great location, However I have noticed the guys who look up part will generally show you the most expensive Part first and its up to you to requestThe part that is less expensive.

You will surely find 96% of the time the part your looking for, and the other 4% can be researched or ordered.

Picked up some gas treatment. Workers are always friendly and helpful.

Alexander was extremely helpful and kind. He checked my clutch and power steering fluids, showed me how to open and fill, that I should be careful with brake fluid since it corrodes paint, filled the fluids for me after picking them out (wow!!!) And let me get some paper towel to clean up, then let me use their restroom to wash my hands and took my trash! Thank you!!!

Went to recycle my used motor oil and the guy behind the counter said very rudely we really Don t take motor oil.anymore. then he said its gonna be a while before i help you. Im never coming back to this location again. Especially when an oreillys is closer and they arent rude

The manager or supervisor here is a little shifty. I went in once to return a core that I had for a while, because I finally had time to install the item. I could not find the receipt, but I remember the guy that sold it to me said that I didnt have to worry because my receipt would be in the system.Well, when I went to return it, I should have asked for his name and I failed to see his name badge, the guy, manager or supervisor, said I needed the receipt. I told him I lost it because Ive had it for a while. He refused to give me a refund and claimed he could not find it in his system. I got upset and went to another location. Funny, the guy from a different location found it in his system and I didnt even buy in that store. Funny ha!

Went in for car wash supplies. I was in and out rather quickly. There was no line at the register so that speed up the process.

Im a 70 year old who found herself with a flat tire, I pulled into the nearest parking lot which happened to be AutoZone in Hawaiian Gardens. Norwalk and 214th. I did not have the strength to change the tire and went into the store to ask for help.Jose A, the parts manager come out to help me. He had the tire changed in no time at all and was so nice,I was so grateful to him, it was mid morning and very hot, but Jose didnt hesitate to help. Many thanks Jose, I will always come to your store to shop. Great customer service. Once again, a big shout out to Jose.

😕 i drop my battery last night 08-28-19 to get check before buying new one , when I went to pick up the battery in the morning still not Ready, so the guy told me need atlist 1hour more,When I go back again to the store my car battery still not getting charge because they reason they used the smaller charger so now they told me again give another 2hours.“So hopefully this time they do the job right.”They should know the right volts to plug in on the battery because this is just wasting my time.They should get training every 6months so they know what there doing and not getting this experience for all customer.

Plan was to just go in buy a can of R13 needless to say I needed 2 cans. The gentleman by the name of Adrian was who assisted me, went above and beyond a 5 star rating. Not only did he check the pressure before (which was completely empty) he refilled the freon tank as well showed me the proper gauge and level it is suppose to be at. Thanks again Adrian. My hometown store they are really helpful

I went in to get a passenger mirror for my car, the first of which broke after a week. I went back to purchase another, but they could not find the passenger mirror I needed. They ordered two of the closest matches which were to be delivered later in the day, which they told me I was not obliged to pay for. At the designated time I called to see if the part was in. The girl who picked up responded it was not, and told me to come in at the designated time. When I tried to explain it was the designated time and I needed to first confirm the mirrors were passenger and NOT driver side BEFORE I came to pick them up she hung up.

This autozone in particular has really knowledgable staff I recomend coming to this one if you need help and dont mind chatting a bit. You can find mostly all replacable car parts here and if they dont have it they can Order it.
