Kara is awesome!!!! I called the office and she did her best to help me out. Because I didn’t understand what to do she told me she would wait to go to lunch if I could come to the office. I was in and out in like 2 min. The biggest reason I wrote this review is because so often I walk out of that store mad because the customer service stinks. Kara has customer service down. Thank you Kara and I hope someone can see what good you are doing for the company.

Was there three times this past week because of phone failure. I was impressed that a new replacement phone arrived the next day as promised. I appreciate being able to follow up with same staff person. Breeze, Kara, and another salesperson (sorry didn’t get her name) were very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.

Although courteous and professional, they were unable to move videos on my phone the Verizons own cloud. Seems difficult to accept as Im paying for that service. Whats a person to do as now I cant take more pictures or videos, as my phones capacity is too full.

The absolute worst company I have dealt with to date in the overall cell phone experience. I had heard so much negative about this company before I came over to it but some people told me they had the best coverage so I took a chance. Bad decision, Took 7 full days to switch my service to my number, I spent countless hours in their stores and on the phone with them with no help whatsoever, they have a bunch of employees who can do nothing to help you with any credits or issues. They transfer you around and you never get actual answers to your questions. Worse customer service I have ever received. Sold me a landline hookup for a rural area assuring me it would work and of course no service with it. Worse review I’ve ever given and Verizon is absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with. The best news is that no matter, what cell phone companies do not affect your credit report. Quit paying for inadequate service, cell phone or customer service.

Sandra was so great to work with and made the process simple and fast to upgrade my damaged phone and get an iPad with it too. She got me some great deals and made it worthwhile!

I was originally happy with my service. Now I am not. I give the customer support and sale agents a very poor review. They are unbelievably inept at their job. I asked them to order a otter phone case me and I was told by 3 different sale agents that they would. 3 months later they tell me that they cant. It was suppose to be part of the promotion that they were doing at the time. As soon as the promotion ended I find out that they cant. Never once did any of them try to make it right. Never once did the say let me see what I can do , instead they pass the problem to the associate that isnt working at the time.
