Sales person was very courteous. He was there to greet me when I walked through the door to pick up the vehicle. He was very patient with me as he went through vehicle setup. Made sure to answer any questions I had. I would totally recommend this dealership to anyone.

It took them 2 months to replace my transmission..Everytime I called they say it will be on the rake next and be done by the weekend we will call me and keep me informed. They never would call.. I would recall the following Tuesday and be told the same thing every week!

Stopped in for an last minute oil change. Excellent service, they had it done with a full inspection in 20 minutes!I drive in from Glasgow (170 miles away) because of the quality of service and time.

Ill be honest, I was reluctant to visit these guys as Ive been with the same dealership for many years and trucks. But I spoke with the customer service manager who put my mind at ease. She told me they would try to find an option for me and that Ryan was pretty good. She was very pleasant to talk with. I scheduled an appointment with Ryan at 5, and he was well prepared with what I was looking for and had several that could possibly work. (I was a bit picky with what I wanted). We couldnt find exaxtly what I wanted and time was limited for the day. I got a call the next day, that they had good news. Turns out, he was still working on trying to find what I wanted and found it. We did the paperwork and I have myself a very nice truck. Thanks Ryan and the Finance guy (who was really nice but I forgot his name). Not only did you find me a truck, but, with terms I was happy with.

They painted the door when I bought it, did a good job, so when my husband hit a huge deer, we took it back to Tillmans to fix. I hated the just over 2 month wait, but his man who repaired it, did a great job. The parts were forever in the mail.

We just had a new windshield replaced, but it took more than three months, we also had to call multiple times and never heard back from anyone.. We do realize that things have been slower during COVID19 but that should not impact communication with the client and keeping them informed..

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I thought Toyota was good on my last car but this was notably better. I bought the car over the phone from out of state. Dan Danielson was my sales person. He took extensive time with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted. He took pictures of all the blemishes and carefully described the cars condition. The price negotiation was very fair and non stressful. No games. When I arrive to pick the car up, it was just as expected. In my experience, this level of honesty and attention is very hard to find. This is a very nice place to get the truck serviced. I appreciated that they set up an appointment and was able to keep it. They have WiFi available while I was waiting.

Thursday I emailed the owner Craig the price I was willing to purchase a used car on their lot for, he emailed me back letting me know the offer was accepted and the car was mine. Friday I heard back from the salesman that they were dropping the car off at the shop Monday to have door locks fixed and that he would text me back with updates. I texted him 3 days later asking if it was ready to be picked up and he informed me that the car had been sold wholesale. If you want to purchase from a professional, organized, upfront business...this is NOT it. Very displeased with the quality of service.

Super poor experience. Went to get a block heater installed and mentioned my power steering was acting up. Block heater was good. For power steering they said everything eas fine and it just needed a flush...by the time I got down the road it was acting up again...100 bucks for nothing. Also be careful...if they see any light on they will charge you $$$ just to take a look. I feel like I spent $310 and only got $180 of service and my car still has problems.

This place is outstanding, Service is fantastic! I’m 4.5 hrs away from Tilleman Motors. I talked to the salesman Ryan and Sales Manager Ben about the offer I had made. My son was traveling cross county when his car developed a misfire. He limped his car 100 miles to get to Tilleman. He did not have an appointment and the service department got him in right away. They ran diagnostics on the car and determined the part that he needed. Tilleman service department did not have the part that he needed but they were able to locate the part, replace it, and get him on his way. As a father located 1000 miles away from Havre I was so thankful for the team at Tilleman for helping my son and getting him on to his destination.

Friendly staff. Clean establishment. More of a selection of pre-owned vehicles would be beneficial. I understand that generally speaking, actual dealerships are a bit more pricey for parts or service, however im comparison, I think this one is even a little higher than most Ive visited.

These guys are nice ,but unless you are going there to buy a new car or pay with cash dont bother. These guys gave me the run around for five days saying that they couldnt sell me the car I wanted but they could sell me a more expensive car. In the end when they ran the loan it didnt go through. Shop here if you want, but dont believe anything they say and expect all the usual tricks: up-sells, good cop/ bad cop, etc. They will say anything to get you in the door and hooked on a car you cant afford. I am very disappointed in humanity after shopping here. When I finally save up the money for a new car I will not be coming here.
