You must know what you want. Sales person will try to run up prices instead of giving options if what you want isnt available. If you are on a tight timberline line avoid this place.

Went there to get a TV. Website listed tvs with an in store price only to get there to find out they only order them in. Wasted time driving from 35 miles away. Would be nice if the web site had mentioned that they dont stock them and you have to order then wait. Would not do that without viewing the TV before buying.

I have shopped here for years. Unique, quality items. I had a run-in that soured me to the store; it was rude enough that I thought Id never enter the business again. I talked to the owners and Im so glad that I did. Kindness heals a lot of hurt feelings. Because of the occurrence I cannot give the business 5 stars; because of their response I will not give the business 1 star. I believe they work very hard at providing a positive shopping experience, quality items, and high standard of customer relations.

My brother needed a washing machine. Brian helped us select the right washing machine that met our needs. Prior to purchase, we discussed repair but that was not feasible, thanks to Larry, we were given timely and accurate information.
