Absolutely wonderful experience. We had the ability to walk through the indoor facility to view the huge inventory of granite, marble and other types of solid surface slabs. Its incredible to see how many styles are available. Even better was the service we received! Lisa came out to answer our questions and guide us. Her knowledge of the location and layout of the different slabs if so impressive. Once we found exactly what we were looking for, she immediately got a hold of the warehouse crew to pull the number of slabs needed for closer inspection and to hold them for our fabricator. Do yourself a favor and start at Boston Granite Exchange in Haverhill. They are the best.

I had no idea what to expect when going to pick out the stone for our countertops. All I knew it was a warehouse. I was pleasantly welcomed by Lisa at the front desk. I immediately felt comfortable. Lisa helped me through the entire process from explaining the warehouse layout to pointing me in the right direction after hearing what I was most interested in seeing. Boston Granite Exchange made it an easy seamless process and the staff, specifically Lisa, could not have been more accommodating.

Great customer service! Knowledgeable and friendly. Helped a lot with the selection process. They moved stones so we were able multiple pieces and make our selection. Finished it off by sending the information to our fabricator.

Awesome experience! The women at the front desk were very friendly and super helpful when explaining the process. Lisa took me over to the slab I requested to view, it took like 2 minutes to move a few slabs to check the ones in behind. Super easy process! It might be different for me because I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to look at but the whole process was in and out in 15 minutes.

Excellent experience. We worked with LIsa Carozza. She was knowledgeable and helped by answering our questions related to the various types of stone (granite, quartzite) options. Several slabs were held for a return viewing and her efficiency in coordinating them on a short timeline was appreciated. Large selection on site. Ladies at front desk were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. They were helpful in making final decision. Highly recommend you see your slabs in person, each lot of same name can vary greatly.

Had a great experience shopping for counter tops at Boston Granite Exchange in Haverhill. My wife and I were helped by Lisa who knew exactly what was available on the floor and directed us to various options that fit our design goals. In short order we identified specific slabs that matched our needs, confirmed their availability and put them on hold. We were in and out much faster than we expected and got exactly what we wanted. We were delighted!

Picking out the right piece of stone for a project can we overwhelming - but Rebecca at the Haverhill warehouse made it EASY!

We arrived at Boston Granite Exchange on 8/10/2021 to pick out countertop material for our kitchen renovation, referred by our kitchen designer and fabricator. Upon entering, we were immediately warmly greeted by Lisa Carozza. Explaining our purpose, she provided us with a short questionnaire while she located us on her computer. As we were unfamiliar with the process, Lisa (aided briefly by Rebecca), explained how the process worked. Paperwork completed, Lisa brought us back to the showroom of stone slabs - thousands of them in every direction. We had come with one type of granite in mind - Typhoon Bordeaux. Lisa immediately brought over to row H-5 to view the two slabs available. As we marveled over the vast selection, Lisa provided information on the overall selections, and gave us details on stone that caught our eye on the way to our destination. We immediately loved the first slab, and asked to see the second. Jackie was overcome with emotion over the beauty of the stone and envisioning it in our home - she likely would have received a hug from Lisa if we were not still in the pandemic! Lisa called for assistance to move the first slab over, and described the process of moving it using the overhead lifts, telling us about the various cranes, slab weight, and how careful the moves are. We moved a safe distance away but were able to watch the move, which was fascinating, The second slab was equally as beautiful as the first, and we asked that both be put on hold. Lisa allowed us to put our new kitchen cabinet door up against the granite, and stated, in her opinion, it was a wonderful match. We snapped a few pictures of the stones and returned to the front reception area. Lisa filled out the necessary paperwork and provided us with copies, all the while detailing the process of what happens next and the options available to us. We could not have been happier with the process or with Lisa. She was warm, informative, empathetic, and answered every questioned we had - and provided a means to contact her if we had any other questions. It truly felt like we walked in and made an instant friend. Lisa has excellent customer skills - she puts people at ease and listens intently to the customer and what they are seeking. She radiates truthfulness and honesty, and projects confidence in the product and process - we thought she had thirty years of experience in the business! She is an absolute asset to Boston Granite Exchange - well skilled as Director of First Impressions at reception. Product can be bought anywhere - we choose by evaluating the company and the people. Lisa gets an A+ for representing BGE, as does BGE for providing a welcoming space for clients. So many pieces to choose. Dawn was very helpful!

Drove for an hour to get there based on our cabinet builders recommendation. Spent another hour wandering through their warehouse armed with a clipboard. Identified seven different slabs that we liked, only to learn that they were all taken. Not sure why they don’t mark slabs that are taken. Wasted a lot of time. Could improve the customer experience tremendously if they would just mark things that are already sold.

Frustrating mess. Abandoned in warehouse. Told to look on website to figure out whats what. Website useless. Couldnt be more annoyed.

Incredible inventory; so many beautiful natural stones! We enjoyed walking the rows and noting stones that we liked. Early in the process but look forward to returning to narrow our options!

Extremely patient, and helpful staff. We made close to 8 to 10 visits, given the large selection available. For the most part, they gave us an intro tour, then left us on our own to wander through the rows upon rows of slabs. When we had a particular stone we were interested in, they graciously arranged to move a few of that selection side by side to let us see the range of pattern and design offered by that stone. The deliver to our countertop fabricator was prompt and efficient. The front desk staff was exceptional and very courteous. Gave us quick suggestions for a place to eat some lunch, taking a break from one of our marathon sessions. I would recommend them without reservation.

Great selection on stone. Didnt feel like people working upfront were very helpful or dressed very professionally. Lady who we spoke with was in the middle of eating at the front desk. Gross

While they have a large selection, their inventory system is horrible. Slabs that are labeled with the same lot number are two completely different colors. Slabs that are nearly mirror image of each other are labeled with different lot number. They do not bother to take pictures of each slab. The photos online may not even be from one of the slabs in the group, despite their representation.Find a different slab yard. Its just not worth the hassle.

I have been in the real estate industry my whole life and when I built my home I purchased my granite from Boston Granite Exchange. Bill Thomas was outstanding. Service and selection couldn’t be beat. Highly recommend Bill and his company.

This was about the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Not only were the sales people scarce and unavailable but once you found one they were not interested in helping. They were rude, aloof, disinterested, annoyed, and condescending ~ and I worked with two different ones. Not only that but you are only allowed to pull a few slabs. If you dont like those they refuse to pull any others. I reserved one that was the best of what they would show me, settling due to lack of choice. When I left I went to another place, Ital Marble in Lynn. What a difference! So much so that I cancelled the reservation at Boston Granite and let my cabinet company know I would never do business there and to change their affiliation. They had heard the same thing from others. Avoid if possible.

I damaged the countertop and called BGE for a repair. Adam arrived promptly, was very nice, did an extremely beautiful repair on the damage, buffed the rest of the sink edges and most amazingly, it was FREE!

Terrible service. Most people just sitting around. They made you feel as though you were a nuisance for being there. Not the only players in the game. Ill take my business elsewhere.
