We have been using WB Mason for years! We have always loved our delivery drivers. They are friendly and always offer to put our water jugs exactly where they belong so we don’t have to move them ourselves. I love that it’s next day delivery & if there is something wrong with an order I have an actual person to contact. Other companies that offer next day delivery don’t always come during normal business hours and if there is an issue it’s hard to get in contact with customer service. I also appreciate the fact that our sales rep will adjust the price of an item if I find it less expensive elsewhere. Definitely would recommend using WB Mason!

Terrible customer service. Catalogue prices are higher than most retailers. They say if you call you might get a better price. Why should you have to call to get the best price? Cant get my sales rep on the phone. Leave multiple messages. Easier to just shop at Staples, Costco, Office Depot, etc.

The receiving its very bad, I came by appointment and they did not take me , told me to wait until they will finish with they own trucks.
