Might have low prices, but I do not recommend working here at this specific location in hattiesburg .The store manager Russell, at the location in Hattiesburg is very disrespectful. I got hired at this location and had to quit two weeks later. I called in to let him know a week before my scheduled day to work that the scheduling interfered with my second job which wasnt my fault & he got very angry. I barely got a chance to explain my reasoning for calling and, I was cut off and hungup on. I called back a second time to make sure that he didnt mean to hangup on me & he hungup on me once more. I quit immediately after this!!!!!!

Laurel ms.harbor freight has a great staff and they are very friendly Ive bought six 212 cc predator engines this year all of them are doing great love the coupons and Ive had good luck with the tools

I do not care to much for them since they changed the way they do things. Now you have to be a member of their club. And today what an inconvenience they were cash only. Had to find a bank and come back as we live 30+ minutes away. I am not happy with Harbor Freight as i use to be these last 2 years

Never shop there again. Sure it’s cheap but expensive in the long run. Bot cement mixer but after opening the box discovered it has 80 parts and two strategic parts were missing. Customer service 800 number says they don’t carry those back up parts so I have to lug it back to the store and get a refund or buy the parts myself. Already spent an hour and halfway putting it together. Cheap stuff just isn’t worth it.

Still awesome. They carry higher end stuff now while still being much lower than other brands of similar qualtity. Their extended warranty is the best. You bring something back that doesnt work right and they replace it on the spot. No questions asked.

First time visiting Harbor Freight, and Im amazed at how much they have to offer for anything tool related! (Its also a very organized and clean establishment too) Plus super helpful employees!

Just like every other harbor freight Ive been to. A wide selection of low cost tools for diyers who dont need the extreme performance that contractors or professionals often do. I do wish that between their website and store layout it was a little easier to find tools by yourself, but if in doubt ask one of the store personnel, but I recommend having a picture or accurate description of what youre after to make sure you find it.

The cheapest place to find quality tools, hands down. They arent always the friendliest, but theyre never rude, and they probably arent being paid great. They dont have twine, though, and that made me sad. I need twine, people. Gotta tie stuff up.

Good place to find some great deals on pretty good tools. Some of their tools work exceptionally well depending on what you purchase.

You have to love Harbor Freight Tools! If you need a cheap tool to just use a couple of times this is the best place on the planet! Professional-grade, something you would use every day as a professional, they may not be the best choice. For the general homeowner who just needs a specialty tool for a one-time use or use every now and then, they are great! I am really glad they put a store in Hattiesburg. Sometimes you just need a $50 three quarter inch impact wrench to bust some lug nuts off a 70 year old tractor or something and you dont need to pay hundreds of dollars!

Good place to buy cheap tools. But be careful,they sometimes dont have the extra things you need for the equipment you buy. Like chargers for cordless drill battery.

I have this idea that walking through the doors and taking a deep breath is what China smells like. It is what it is though. The tools are decent and for the most part if you take care of them they will last. Cheap, decent, use it, if it breaks... Oh well. Have a little patience and use coupons and you can get great deals!

I find they have good prices for their tools. Ive seen complaints about Horbor Freight tools before but Ive bought tools from them several times and never had any problems with any item Ive purxhased. the employees have always been knowledgeable and helpful, very friendly. Id recommend this store to anyone looking for tools especially before I made a purchase to compare prices to other stores and tools.

The manager was very helpful with a power tool return. harbor freight tools are not the best quality but they are worth the occational malfunction IF you have a store manager that cares about the customers problem and strives to resolve the issue.
