The cashier was very attentive my husband accidentally picked up 2 different shoe sizes and she noticed it luckily

I didnt find any boots that I was looking for but my Mom did and she also found a pair of running shoes for a gift for my brother all reasonably priced. The store was neat, clean and well organized. The employees were kind and extremely helpful.

Lines were rediculously slow, we stood behind one customer, getting 2 pairs of shoes for over 15 mins. Then the cashier failed to apply the ongoing bogo promotion to our ticket, which I didnt notice until we were paying and after waiting so long, I just let it go.

But the worst customer service my husband and i walked in and we ask for the military discount turns out the cashier and the manager said he didn’t qualify not even for the veteran discount it’s so disappointing to walk into a store with low management that don’t know how to appreciate the sacrifice and the service of a marine I would never step into this store again, I called another store just to verify the information they give me and they said they shouldn’t have denied him the discount. They need to know and learn better

I bought shoes. Shoes are good for walking. Walking barefoot hurts your feet especially in the summer. Also its generally frowned upon in modern society.

The staff is really helpful and nice. and I love my new shoes. gonna go out dancing in them!

I love to come to shoe carnival for there great deals...but today was the worst customer service! I stood in a long line 3 times to get service.
