I love how fast and efficient they are with online ordering . Their car side service is fast and my groceries are always fresh . I hope eventually the will grow in their produce selection.

It was very helpful with the checkout when I was having trouble with my card and they were very prepared for anything to help. I also love how they have the app and I just got a gift card from scanning an item or downloading the app. it was amazing and easier. I can do a pickup or shop with discounts.

CVS pharmacist was very good at giving us our flu shots.

Store was nicely stocked. Employees were making sure customers were being helped.

I wasnt looking for anything in particular but I found a couple of movies I havent seen yet and they were a good price and I bought them.

Even though Target was pretty busy w/ people getting last minute Valentine’s Day gifts and people stocking up and preparing for bad weather, I had a fantastic experience at checkout! Ciera was very kind and attentive and made a point to connect with me while checking out my purchase! She is a great example of a good employee! Target make sure to give her a raise! She definitely deserves that or atleast a nice bonus! :)

3/23/20215:13 CSTI am not doing business with Target, again, for another big ticket electronics item. I came to you guys, because Best Buy wasnt answeing their phones. Tonight, I spent 25 minutes of my time waiting for Targets system to recover from alll this MS rain. That said; I still had to call UPS, *twice* for an update on a product purchased and shipped from Target. Weather be danged, you guys really need to answer the phones, if at all possible. ? Phone system needs redundancy, or walkies across the store. This was not a fun phone call.

The help was very nice

Target recently put restrictions on the amount of boxes of sports cards your could buy. Problem is when the signs went up, they stopped stocking. The older gentleman that stocks for Excel has not been there in a month and Target employees are not informed on the situation. So now all the product is sitting in the back somewhere probably being taken by employees. STOCK THE TRADING CARD SECTION!

This is my first ever trip to a Target store, and Im very impressed! The place have tons of items, neatly organized, clean, everything in top shape, and great employees! I didnt stop by the Pizza Hut Express or Starbucks, but both restaurants had the whole store lit up with delicious scents! (So you know its gonna be AMAZING)

My local Target in Hattiesburg MS - very clean, wonderful service. All staff was friendly, helpful and patient. Multiple were shelving, but made sure to ask me if I needed help or if I found what I was looking for.

My local Target appears to be protecting the health safety of its workers and customers really well during the COVID-19 pandemic. They have also done suprisingly well managing their supply chain. With the exception of Lysol spray and disinfecting wipes, which I am beginning to suspect are only available to commercial outlets, I am consistently able to find whatever I need. I am so grateful that I do not need to brave a certain competing big-box store whose lack of concern for the health and safety of its employees seems to be only matched by the equal lack of concern exhibited by its customers. I will never shop that big box store again, but Target, on the other hand, has a customer for life.

Very nice employees..easy to find help most times. Nice having price check machines so you dont have to bother someone for the price of a product. Well except one time where the price did not come up.Decent selection with most things..except with music and movies..one of the main reasons I went to target in the past. The selection is horrible now with both. Its pretty much just 2 rows now total. Its sad that Walmart accros the street has a much bigger selection. * edit walmart use to have a better selection...not anymore. * edit again..targets movie and music section is even worse now. They have more books now. A Books A Million is a few stores down..so Target with more books makes no senseThe selection of mens shoes vs womens and childrens is pretty sad too.Because of that I dont plan on going to Target all that much anymore. And that sucks because I love Target... i just waste a trip now whenever I have gone there the last few times

Good customer service

Target had a good selection on the things of what I was looking for. Especially when it comes to pens.

Its easy to get in and out without the hassles present at other, unnamed, stores.

I loved the quick pickup. The employee was so nice and professional.

I would not recommend target pickup because i received a text that my order was in. I received an email that my order was in. Apparently, about a minute later I received an email that my order was not complete, but i did not get a text with that information. My husband went to pick up the present and it was not there. The people at the desk were not very helpful. They said that I should check my email and I might be able to have it mailed. I checked my email, and there was no option to be mailed. I ended up getting my sister in law in another state to go pick it up for me. I now have to wait until Dec 23rd until I see my family. I am not very pleased. If we lived in an area where there were more targets, the option to just go pick it up elsewhere is OK. However, the nearest target is an hour away, so we were quite inconvenienced. I also had to inconvenience my sister in law and get her out in Christmas shopping madness.

I bought some yogurt on 12/26/19 but I didnt realize that it had already expired on 12/21/19. This has happened to me two other times with other grocery items. The employees were actually very nice and they didnt hesitate to give me a refund each time, but I shouldnt have to ask for a refund in the first place. Its pretty ridiculous at this point.

It was so easy to use and very quick

The cash registers went down in the store and the associates were quick to get it fixed. All the associates were extremely nice. Since the registers didn’t work at the snack bar or Starbucks, free samples were given out to the guests.

Usually I love target. My only complaint is to understand how the return policies need to be stressed more to the employees. I returned a shirt I ordered from online. And the girl couldn’t find it in the system. So I was getting less than half of what I paid for back for some reason? Anyways got my full money back after talking to a manager. But overall, the return process really needed to be handled better.

The gentleman at the self checkout was very knowledgeable and helped me when needed. I had just downloaded the app, and I was having questions and he was very patient and helped walk me through navigating the app.

Well organized store and helpful staff. Much better than shopping at Walmart. We wish a store was located closer to us. However, being able to purchase online and then pick up at the store within the allowed window of time is helpful.

If I could give -3 stars I would. 2 older men kept following me around the store acting suspicious and one had am radio on his shoulder so I dont know if they were security or not but it was extremely uncomfortable anx it made my anxiety worse to the point where i had to leave. DONT GO HERE. Id appreciate if I could shop alone.

The goods were ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Friendly service topped it off. Target is very accommodating to those of us who are iPhone challenged. Target is a regular part of our monthly shopping experience.

So glad Target has established itself in this region, but the MS stores are not well stocked or well kept. If they really wanted to pull people from Walmart they should have presented the same quality of service and stock the stores do elsewhere. I just hope they stay in business here, but if they don’t it’s their own fault.

Love target. They have really cute clothes. Love that they sell variety of items. Basically an upscale walmart. Better selections but have everything from clothes to household items furniture etc.

The lady shannon is super sweet but working under extreme stress... she works both Starbucks and the cafe , making coffee in one area then running over to the pizza working another area... I feel so sorry for her, she does not never lose her patience with the customers when I would of already flipped out at how badly the customers treat her when shes making Starbucks for a customer and unable to help the customer at the pizza counter...target , Starbucks or whoever hired her should be ashamed of themselves for working one person so hard for minimum wage.

It’s a good place to go to get stuff that you need. It’s a little more expensive than Walmart but it’s cleaner and there are usually less people. You can get Starbucks coffee and also a hot dog and popcorn.

I found the items that I needed and the price was within my budget. I didnt have to wait in along line at the register. Great!!!¡

Dear target,Tonight I came to you with no direction. I only had one MO: to spend some mothafreakin money. I found myself first entrapped by the Dollar Spot. Tbh, wasn’t that into it tonight. So I quickly moved on to the jewelry. The new line is SO FETCH! Props to you guys. Then I went to the shoes. I found a bunch but my closet is already overflowing and I really wear the same two pairs everyday. So I moved to the food aisles. I found the Cheez-it’s I’ve been looking for immediately. I’ve been to Walmart FOUR TIMES in the last month looking for the Italian Cheez-it’s and they haven’t had them. I found them at your store, and let me just say, that was the biggest blessing I’ve received all week. It’s my own fault for trusting Walmart over my one true love (you) in the first place... Moving on. I went back to the clothes because I needed to avoid the candle/home section at all costs. So I found myself in the 90s section. Not sure if that’s what y’all were going for, but it looks like the 90s threw up with the new brand. And I LOOOVE IT. I found a No Doubt crop on clearance for $6.00. That brings me to my original thought of why I wrote this in the first place. I went to the self checkout and I actually hate self checkouts because they always mess up. So of course, this one messed up. And I had to call over an associate. And I met Jayyyyy. I’m not being dramatic, that’s his name. Jayyyyy. He delivered the best customer service I’ve ever had since this morning when I went to Chic Fil A! He deserves a raise. Truly. 10/10, would recommend. Okay anywho, I gotta go. My pie is almost done and I don’t wanna burn it again.Love you!!! See ya soon!

So many different things to choose from plus the clean and comfortable atmosphere. Also cheaper than anywhere else when you have the cartwheel app and get the stuff discounted!

I love Targets

The self checkout is killing their store. Often no other aisles are open and self check does not work well with a large amount of items. I go to Target to avoid Walmart congestion but at this point, Walmart is faster (and less expensive).

They refused to price match what was on the TARGET WEBSITE. I dont care if it is the Sunday after Black Friday. The website said the Hattiesburg Target had the item in stock for that price on that date and I would have to drive to that location because online ordering was not available.I just got off the phone with corporate. If its on the Target website they have to price match it.
