Friday after a 90 minute wait was told my truck needed a part and I would need to return Monday. So, Monday I came early as requested. After waiting 1.5 hours they took my truck only to return 20 minutes later that the wrong part was ordered. Came back early Tuesday. Again waited 1.5 hrs before they took my truck back to install the part and align the front end. While the wait area is nice the noise from the big screens is poor.

He was in the Laurel, MS store and since he is now manager of the Hwy 49 Hattiesburg, MS store I am letting him service all my families vehicles at this location. The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to give them something. I just called to see about a spray in bedliner and vent visors for my truck and that was the worst customer service I have ever had. Not only was an obvious intrusion into Luke’s morning, he got an attitude when I told him I had to have a specific time to come in and have the work done. Terrible company when mean, entitled employee.

I went for alignment and balancing and they did nothing just pay for it, they just robbed me

In the past, we have had some issues with fleet vehicles being serviced, but management was quick to respond to these issues and addressed them directly. They have shown a willingness to earn and keep business, and respond to feedback from customers. They provide a convenient service for our fleet, especially considering their free shuttle service.

We blew out a tire on our travel trailer the first day of our trip and stopped by the hwy49 location. They were very friendly, helped us immediately and had us outfitted with two(I wasn’t running a risk with the second one) new tires in about 30 minutes total. Good prices too! I was very thankful for them and their fast service to get us back on the road!

Ame in to get an alignment, payed $85 dollars, when I left truck was pulling worse than before, when I returned to get the problem fixed, they said they fixed it, left and got on the interstate was even worse! I drive a lot back and forth to school so trying to pull a steering wheel hard left while going 70mph is hard to do. Thought they’d do a good job because it’s a large company but this is not the case. Very disappointed.

I had a low tire. It was really low so I pulled in to Southern Tire to see if they would air my tire up. A young guy came out named Chris Peterson. He tried to air up and said to please bring back early the next morning and he would fix it. I think it was closing for them. In a second, he had changed his mind and had my tire off and fixed in no time. He stated he would not want me in an accident. Smiled the whole time like it was just another day and a walk in the park! As I watched him I was so impressed with Chris. He set an example that we all could learn from. What Chris didnt know, is my house had flooded from the rains the week before. His one act of smiling kindness made my day...It made my week!! I will be going to get tires there just because of him. If you go there please ask for Chris Peterson...He Rocks!!! Thank you Chris from my heart!

Great customer service!

Last Saturday, I was traveling through Hattiesburg on my way to do some work at a familys farm. I had borrowed a friends truck, trailer, and commercial lawn equipment. The trailer had a blow out. I quickly learned that there was no spare or jack. Fortunately I was close and able to make it to the Southern Tire Mart on Hwy 49. I was greeted in the service office by Mike Jennings. I described my situation. Their shop was packed with commercial customers and it was clear that it would be quite some time before any of the technicians would be able to get to a trailer tire and damaged rim. Mike asked me to back up in front of several 18 wheelers that were being serviced. He came out from behind his counter and cool office and proceeded to replace the tire and rim. He had me back on the rode in about 30 minutes. I couldnt believe the service I received. Im not sure Ive ever been as impressed and thankful. Southern Tire Mart is lucky to have Mike. Id recommend Mike Jennings and Southern Tire Mart to anyone.

Just left there. We are from out of town and tire blew on our camper. We called to see if they could help us but person answering the phone sounded like he just woke up. My husband goes inside. Guy tells him his boss will be there in ab 30-40 minutes and he might be able to make some phone calls when he gets there! 😡

Aside from waiting FOREVER for an oil change the experience was Great! The service advisor did set the expectation that there was an hour or more wait so its on me for waiting. Free WiFi great showroom and a very knowledgeable staff. Going to return for a full light kit for my truck her soon. If your looking to customize your vehicle they have a TON of options and install them all!!

These guys are awesome. I’ve been here numerous times, from flat repairs to new tire mounts. Every time they have been overly courteous, quick service, and excellent customer service. I happily drive 12 miles out of my to use this business. Highly recommended!!!

These guys go above and beyond to help their customers!! We are from Vicksburg and were on a fieldtrip and had a flat right at the Hattiesburg exit....looked up and saw the sign to this business! They were a God send to say the least!! They plugged my tire and then put a new tire on for us at their store, They are very courteous to boot...also gave me a business card in case I have any trouble!
