Sad, shopping with Sear for over 40 years and now starting to close stores. Excellent Trademark Craftsman now gone with all the lawn mowers and tools. A mans toy store.

I guess because they are closing the store (plaza del norte) soon, the employees are being minimal when it comes to customer service. Nothing you buy at this point is returnable including clothing, which by the way, you cant try on because fitting rooms are close due to Covid so be ware..

They have some discounts this days. Is a nice store. The recently organized better the store. A nice experience and Custumer service. Is expensive but there some stuff worth paying for.

Cute love how they check your temperture and give you hand sanitizer before you come in beautiful place kinda expensive but you can find clearances on certain days. Supposedly its going to close down soon said a few of the workers so hurry up and go find your sales

This time the associate lady shoes department was not willing to serve us, showing her two different models of shoes for my son from mens, she said neither of those were available, without going to the warehouse in the back office to seek for an alternative to the best suitable available dress shoe, unfortunately some people gets down to a poor service blaming customers for the closing echoes of these corporations. Please let others eager to serve and peoples persons to represent Sears and not the wrong ones. Thanks.

I got a hardwood floors ShopVac, the cable is retractable!!! Unlike the more rough models. Customer service was good.

Love this place. They always have sales if you look well. I always spend like an hour plus looking around (shopping therapy lol).

Overpriced merchandise, meaningless discounts on display models, depression if you to the electronics department. This is more of a perfume and craftmans store tha a Sears. You get the vibe that RadioShack had in ther last months.

Clean, organized, customer service ok, furniture area service not so good, they lied telling us they have a sofa and after a month never arrived, we cancelled the order and went to Rooms to Go to buy, delivered in a week.
