What a great local family owned business! Kim is always aiming to please and has a vast selection of whatever you want to cover your floors with. We went with a Luxury Vinyl Plank option from Mannington and could not be happier. To top it all off they after 4 other bids we should have just went with this shop in the first place. I have only great things to say about these guys. I grew up in Hastings and my parents eventually had all of the carpet in their home replaced by the Ramsbachers. I recently moved into a home of my own that desperately needed the carpet replaced so of course we called Ramsbachers. We liked that when you walk into the store you can actually talk to the person who will be doing or overseeing the installation. They also had prices that would work for people wanting top of the line material as well as broke college student/first time homeowners like us. We love our new carpet!

Dont tell them theyre wrong or doing anything illegal. Very good at being direct and assertive, not so great with conflict resolution or admitting theyre wrong
