Ahbab was a wonderful salesman...he spent all the time we needed with us and never pushed us as we thoroughly checked out every option. He did his utmost to offer us the best prices which was most appreciated. The delivery men (Alex and German) were kind and respectful...incredibly hard working and fast!

I needed a new mattress, I had no idea what I was looking for. I was greeted by Michael and this gentleman was extremely helpful and very professional, he explained the differences of all mattresses and answered all my questions. Did not pressure me which is not often found in a sales person. Great experience and I would definitely recommend this location. Happy with my purchase.

Just purchased our mattress from here. The manager, Michael, was fantastic. He was patient, funny and answered ALL our questions. Not only left feeling great about our mattress purchase but felt we made an awesome acquaintance with the manager.Our mattress and accessories arrived today (cant wait) and I had selected the wrong mattress cover for my sons bed by accident. Excellent experience! Bob was professional and knowledgeable and honest. we left with a hybrid and adjustable base, 2 pillows and cooling mattress protector- and quick delivery. You can get a mattress anywhere , why not go deal with a person that is friendly, honest and knows his mattresses?!

The products speak for themselves. I bought a king temperpedic mattress with the 2 cooling pillows and could not be happier. The salesman Michael was excellent and very accommodating. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Michael and this store.

I ordered 3 bed frames and 3 mattresses. The 3 mattresses no issues other than having wrong size bed springs but not a big deal. Now my issue here is my bed frames I had 3 bed frames that broke within a month. I actually received another one which broke within a week. Went on line saw that there was a lawsuit in NY in reference to frame. Frame needs another pin due to breaking in middle. Wrote review and it was posted on its website with photos. I received a call from corporate in which I had another 3 replaced and paid for but never got reimbursed for the other 3 that broke. The other 3 where different frames Now 2 months later another frame broke and I look at frame and where the connection is both sides broke on my sons bed. So Im 6 months in and went through 5 frames. My main gripe is I made reviews and they were taken down with photos. I was better off going on Amazon or Walmart which I did in the past. Buyer beware.

When I entered the store, I was stunned at the technology. Mattresses have come a long way. The manager, Michael, was knowledgeable and patient. I was there for several 3 hours while I tried out many brands. He knew all the little details of each mattress. I am very pleased with my purchase. If you go the store, ask for Michael.

I would give a 5 star review if I wasnt lied. I came to buy two mattresses, was offered to buy one new and one from the show room (thats how it was presented by the salesman, I think his name is Michael). Once the mattresses were brought upstairs from the storage room they were put in such way that the writing used on the back of one of them was concealed. I found it out later on at my apartment, along with few tears of the fabric. What makes me angry is dishonesty. Ok, you need to get rid of the item, but why to go around? It always comes around.

The truth is that this place must verify its customer service system between my family my wife and daughter and the first thing I saw were 3 people, one ran to take a bag and then talk to another person a young man who was somewhat withdrawn left with The 2 people and not even received nor greeted so much so I arrived where the 3 were and they did not even look at us and since I am not going to ask, I went to buy a Serta mattress and not receive any attention I told my wife lets go .. horrible customer service this happened at 1.00 pm

The guy who sold me the mattress didn’t explain me what was a foam mattress at the time or the sell. I though foam mattress has spring and they don’t.I had back surgery and the foam mattress is not for me, soI went to exchange the mattress and I left the store very satisfied and very happy. We purchased a Simmons Beautyrest Black Hybrid Gladney Mattress from Damian @ the Hasbrouck Heights Mattress Firm and we had a great experience. Damian was awesome - honest and to the point. He got us a great deal and he was a pleasure to work with! We probably wont be buying a mattress for a long time to come, but well gladly recommend him to anyone in search of a new mattress!

Store has good deals, but I was told 1 thing by the salesman and found out it was a lie when I got my first bill. Disappointed will not go back there.

I was not aware that the mattresses they sell are made from “SECOND HAND MATERIAL” and one of the mattresses I got actually said “PREOWNED”. Would have been nice if the moderfocker had explained to me at the start that the mattresses were not absolutely NEW!!!!!!!
