I went to party city in Harvey 3 times to buy some Halloween stuff but it was disgusting, disorganized and very unfriendly! You can tell that they don’t clean the store or sanitize it. The people that work there clearly don’t care cause they don’t acknowledge you they stand towards the back by the balloons talking or they’re on their phones!

I ordered from this store for my grandsons birthday party! I called twice to confirm the delivery of my items and was told they were there and they confirmed the delivery. It was getting close to the end of delivery window I called again and was told my items were coming. getting close to delivered. The driver calls to tell me one of my items was not there and was out of stock! The manager was a horrible excuse for a manager and he hung up on me. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN ! No customer service whatsoever

They have some good party decorations for birthday depends what you do what I did was make a present for a sweet 16!

Everything was everywhere and when I did find what I needed the line was so long it was from the top by the register all the way to the back of the store with only 2 people working at the register! I had to put my stuff back because the line was so long and we was moving!

Okay, given what is going on in our lives. Spirit Halloween store didnt open on our side of the river. Party City did try to keep up with our demands, but they are not a Halloween specialty store and try there best to make sure that your Halloween dreams come true. Instead of faulting them when they try to provide, instead thank them for trying and learn how to use your search engine for other things you cant find in store.

We were told to search through boxes for merchandise. The item we wanted said there were 7 in stock at this location. Nothing was in stock. Nothing.

This store is just disgusting! I have never in my life walked into ANY store that has looked this trashed. Their customer service is terrible they seriously do not even acknowledge you. Everyone is on their phone or making excuses as to why a customer cant get something that is OBVIOUSLY on the wall. Smh

Never had a problem with party city westbank in 20 years until recently. There are lacking in customer service,I believe covid has a lot to do with this. Ordered through website chocolate candies for parents 50th anniversary party ,they arrived melted the whole bottom of box was soaked from the ice packs melting. Bought balloons from the store in person and because I did not have receipt was priced $25 to have them blow it up I paid $ 20 for the pack of balloons. Asked one store employee where can I find ribbon she said I dont know wow really and never bothered to help us find it. So disappointed . So ended up at Doller General where the store employee was so helpful and only charged us $9.00 to fill all six balloons of different sizes. Thank you to her .

Inventory was low. Appt of missing products from the shelves. I was able to get something that worked but the choices were limited.

Store needs a lot of love. Shelves were bare, stuff thrown everywhere. Cant buy stuff if i cant find it. Left buying only 1 thing for my daughters birthday cause they didnt have any of the other stuff on the shelf.

Whats not to love? The associate even informed me that I could bring all the balloons back on the day of the party (with the receipt) and they fill them for free. Which Ive NEVER known. I will be buying party favors for kids from dollar tree because its cheaper. But I love party city and the staff st this store is AMAZING.

Clean store, great fast friendly available customer service. Tons of custumes. Purchased Elmo costume for my 2 year old, he wouldnt take it off.

It is really sad to see this establishment look as disorganized, empty and dirty. One register open seven people in a line to check out. Then finally someone else comes to help. Two workers on shift, really sad. Party City your better then this.

The store didnt have the balloons she wanted so we ordered them online and had the store blow them up for us. They did an excellent job and the balloons were a big hit at our party!

This place is usually stocked up with the best party supplies ever. However we went there last night and it looks as if they are in desperate need to restock..... I know they will be back up and running too full capacity in no time... but a little disappointed this round

Great place to find Halloween items among other things.

Had an order of over $100. They said they closed at 6pm. I got there at 530pm and the place was completely empty. Couldnt get any of my decorations. If youre going to close early common curiosity is to at least warn the customers who have a standing order that your closing early for the day!

I wish I would have gotten the girls names who helped us today, but they were very nice. She overcharged me, but I didnt even notice. She caught it, and refunded me the money. Definitely someone I would want working for my business. Our balloons were filled before we finished shopping, and we were out the door in less than 20 minutes.

I went to party city today last minute for my graduation pictures tomorrow. Damian was so helpful and went above and beyond with his service. I will definitely be back!!

OMG! I am beyond grateful to the employees here. My amazon order was delayed. Party cannot happen because of Covid nonsense. Nothing was going right. I was not aware that it was curbside pick up only. So I ordered but (3 minutes) after 4. The party city on veterans wouldn’t give me my curb side order (a policeman costume for my autistic son’s birthday present) Until the next day despite not having any other customers. It wouldn’t have taken long but she refused. I called over to this Party city and they made it happen. I am so grateful. They rock out loud. I wish I had gotten his name. (It was a man working @1700 if supervisors are looking to give him kudos). This will be my Party City store from now on.

I went here on Wednesday bought what I thought was a nice pair of tenna shoes 2 days later the soles fell off! If this is the kind of stuff they selling Im not buying. Ive always come here for yrs and yrs and this is the second pair I bought that did this!!!! Im not renting a pair of second hand shoes for $5.00 a day!!! Yall lost my buisness!!!!!!

Slow workers and rude people working there

Unorganized ,dysfunctional, over crowded and the prices are outrageous . I wish I could say my experience was more pleasant but I can not . I walked in with my three children excited and in the Halloween spirit only to walk out feeling very overwhelmed and unsatisfied because one of my children was unable to get a costume after being told three times they did not have any of the costumes he picked . He would pick one and wait in a large group of people just to be told they dont have anymore three separate times after waiting for about 10 minutes at a time we had to say enough is enough and take our business else where . If ever we do go back we will have a pin and paper to list all of the items we want and then wait to be served . I wish we would have thought of that before because it would have saved us so much time . Im not sure why they dont just have the costumes available on the walls so we can pick them , pay and leave but Im assuming it has to do with theft prevention which is very sad because the good have to suffer for the bad . Last but not least I think the location ( space of the store ) was too small . I could feel the body heat of others and we were all bumping into each other and could hardly fit in the store . Maybe next year things will be better . Oh sorry one more thing as far as prices go , I only needed to get my daughter wings to go with her costume but Im not about to pay $21 or more for something she will only wear once. I really wanted to get these really pretty purple wings but rent is due on the 1st and I had to say no . I already have wings at home so we went to Wall- Mart for arts and crafts to make our own purple wings ! I spent $7 in total there and we are now all set for trick or treating!!!!

The customers service is suck.... I try to purchase the costume for my kids and nobody helps. I run to the cashier and ask for help. The lady playing her phone and telling me go back by the door and someone will come to help me. Why she don’t call them come out help me instead use her time play her phone? I stay by the door 10 minuets but no ones coming. And nobody care to sale the products. I wish the owner read this so they can figure out why they’re so slow....

This is a great place to get party supplies... This is a typical Party City. They have a lot of party decorations and things like that... You can get all your party supplies here....from napkins, tablecloths, & party favors to blow up trees, etc. They have costumes organized by themes, holidays and even by color. Although this store has everything you need to throw a fun party , there are NEVER enough employees to help you.

I love Party City.!!Especially for Halloween! The associates there are very friendly and knowledgeable and are eager to help you find whatever you need. I patronize the store on Manhattan in Harvey and I think they have the best staff!

Not real easy to find where things are, but theyre the best place to go for party stuff. Bought my boss some invitations for his bday party. They were shaped like Hawaiian shirts! So cute!Theyre also a good place to get Halloween and party costumes, usually carrying a decent selection year round.

The store needs updating.

Tried to call this location on several occasions. No one answers the phone. If someone does answer, they immediately tell you to hold and never return to the phone. The store manager should correct this situation.

Brought back package sealed, unopened, and wasn’t offered credit back. Original receipt in hand as well. The wig was bought YESTERDAY, and there are signs at the counter that explicitly say that returns will be acknowledged within 30 days if package isn’t opened. I received store credit, which won’t be used since I was only visiting and the voucher can only be used at issuing store. Attendant said there was nothing she could do. This is ridiculous, and party city literally just stole 30 dollars.

Called to inquire about the price on helium balloons getting filled, associate was very rude and condescending stating they didn’t have any helium to fill said balloons. If there was any lower, I would put that #0Stars.
